The work to replace our windows in the dining room and a bedroom, was to a high standard in accordance with the agreed schedule. The tradesperson arrived on time, on the designated dates. He then undertook the work quickly and efficiently, with minimal noise. Plus, the areas of our home where the windows were replaced, were cleared and tidied following the completion of the work. Judith was helpful in the progression of the job. She also followed up after the job had been completed, to gauge our satisfaction with the work.

The marvellous Andy did a great job . So charming, efficient , neat and professional. Can’t believe how he did it all in one day ! Taking out our rotted window and putting in the new one in our awkwardly placed room. He protected all my shelves of delicate things and covered floor and carpets most efficiently. The new window looks fantastic and He cleared up so well You wouldn’t have known he had been. Thank you very much . We couldn’t be more pleased . Worth every penny.

I used London box sash windows company for a third time. This time they installed my kitchen window. They are incredibly professional, the window specs were bespoke as i wanted all the details to be as the originals, they were the cheapest i could find using accoya wood, very polite, very skilled craftsmanship. The windows are spotless, they covered all areas before works so no there was no dust, they even hoovered and cleaned up after they left. In every stage from initial visit, to communication, they were very professional, whenever i called they always answered my calls. The last two times i didn’t even look for other companies to use. I first used London box sash windows ltd in 2014. At that point I had upstairs windows replaced. The move to double glazing was amazing for warmth retention and we felt spoilt being able to open and close the sash windows so easily. Then in 2021 we replaced the Lounge room sash and this year (2026) we replaced a number of bathroom windows. The quality is fantastic. The windows are as good today as when installed. We haven’t needed to repaint any yet. One windows glass got some water trapped and they came and replaced quickly with no fuss. They are easily to deal with and the finish when installed is professional and then left everything tidy. I don’t recommend a lot of companies but they are great.

Every step of the process was great and the new windows have massively improved the look of the house from the street – as well as making it better insulated for noise and warmth. I have used the this company seven years ago, the window which was installed is still in perfect condition, the same as the day it was put in, which has made me use them again for my bathroom window which badly needed replacing. The carpenter installing the window was very communicative about his needs in such a confined space and I was amazed to see he had specially designed table to go over the bidet and the bath, so there was no damage. He worked tirelessly all day to ensure the job was finished and it is perfect! He left the area clean, just as he found it.

I obtained prices from two firms, although a higher quote I accepted the LBSW offer because of neighbour's recommendation, a full and clear specification and confidence in the representative who clearly had practical knowledge of the work. A standby offer gave a possible earlier installation start date and a cost saving, it could have meant a short notice period but in the event we were given plenty of time. Preparation of the areas of work and solving of possible problems were agreed in a practical, helpful way and well in advance. A month's notice for start of the installation, an installation schedule, the names and contact numbers of the 3 installers and a provisional 3 day period for the work was given. All were carried out as stated. The installation of the 12 windows was amazing, carried out with speed, energy, care and good humour. What could have been a stressful project was carried out smoothly from start to finish with efficiency, sympathy and good communication throughout. The whole job was completed to the agreed schedule and budget.

Had a couple of beautiful new sash windows installed in the summer of 2024 by London Box Sash Windows Ltd. At the time, we were (and still are delighted with their work. When we needed a new made-to-measure balcony door in June 2025, for obvious reasons, London Box Sash Windows Ltd was our first port of call. So we went with ‘the devil we knew’ The experience from start to finish was as great as before. From the first visit by Jake to the post-installation follow-up call by Judith, everything worked extremely well again. The door looks and feels solid and is made to look like the original door (first installed in 1905), including double glazing in 3 different colours across the 9 glass segments. If you are after a cheap job, don’t use London Box Sash Windows Ltd – they are not cheap. But for your money, you get an outstanding product, expertly installed and with full warranty. From our initial enquiry onwards, every aspect of getting our three new windows went smoothly. The estimator, surveyor and fitter were all caring, polite and efficient (as was the accounts manager who I only spoke to on the phone). Every effort was made to cause as little disruption as possible and protect to our rooms, carpets and furniture before work began. This work proceeded at a pace and by the end of day one (of three) two windows were already fitted. The windows are beautiful, bespoke made in the LBSC. factory but the architraves are cut on site by the fitter so perfectly fit each window. We got cheaper quotes but are so pleased we chose London Box Sash Windows Ltd. The professionalism, care and quality of the windows are brilliant. The sound reduction has been remarkable. The property is a rented property and communications between us, the tenants and company and workmen were excellent, with quick and positive responses to any queries. LBSW recently fitted 2 new double glazed box sash windows in our Victorian house. As we live on a busy road we opted for the acoustic glass in the front of the double glazed unit. We can really tell the difference already in terms of sound proofing. The windows are beautifully made. The fitter Andy was very professional. He kept everything clean and tidy and went the extra mile in making sure the details were right. All in all, a smooth experience from start to finish with good communication all along.
