I would never use another company other than London Box Sash. Having used them for many years on many projects, i can safely say you are in good hands. From the initial consultation to the final fit, everything is smooth and professional. The fitting is exemplary and the result is perfection. In my mind no one does wood windows like this company and the workmanship and quality of the product is second to none. I would never hesitate in recommending them and whilst they may be a little more expensive than other suppliers and fitters, rest assured it is because their products are superior. Another major feature of their windows is the quality and longevity of their paint and wood choice they use. My original windows are well over 10 years old. No cracking of the wood or paint and they look brand new, just like the day they were fitted.

I had two windows replaced - I was impressed by the workmanship and expertise of the fitters but also the p sales, planning /measuring and advice I was given including the office support customer service and care . The windows look wonderful and work extremely well. I would recommend this company to anyone considering replacing their sash windows with double glazed wooden windows. I have used London Box Sash Windows Ltd over the last few years for upgrading nearly all the windows in my house and wouldn't go anywhere else. We have used London Box Sash Windows twice. The sales team are easy to contact, clear about the process and prices and helpful in answering follow up questions. The window fitter, who has done both jobs, has always been punctual, friendly, efficient and highly skilled at his job. The quality of the sash windows is amazing- they look brilliant and have improved the heat retention and light in every room. We would not hesitate to use them.

I found London Box through Trusted Traders and was so glad that we chose them to replace a bathroom window in 2025 following it being damaged through an attempted break-in. We were so impressed with the service given by the company through the assessment visit by Simon, the contact and support through the office of the lovely Judith and the amazing work done in a single day by the wonderful Andy to replace the window. He worked tirelessly all day and cleaned and tidied up beautifully afterwards. Because of their impressive service installing this window, we employed them to replace the bay windows on our house which was a much bigger and more complicated job because of issues to do with the state of the bay itself but London Box were more than up to it. This time Harry came to measure up and Judith in the office continued to keep us informed and up to date with the process. Angelo and Raf did a fantastic job on the day of installing the new windows. It was a very difficult job but they did amazingly well and we couldn’t be happier with the windows as well as with every aspect of our involvement with the company. Would thoroughly recommend this company and not hesitate to use them again in future.

The work to replace our windows in the dining room and a bedroom, was to a high standard in accordance with the agreed schedule. The tradesperson arrived on time, on the designated dates. He then undertook the work quickly and efficiently, with minimal noise. Plus, the areas of our home where the windows were replaced, were cleared and tidied following the completion of the work. Judith was helpful in the progression of the job. She also followed up after the job had been completed, to gauge our satisfaction with the work.

The marvellous Andy did a great job . So charming, efficient , neat and professional. Can’t believe how he did it all in one day ! Taking out our rotted window and putting in the new one in our awkwardly placed room. He protected all my shelves of delicate things and covered floor and carpets most efficiently. The new window looks fantastic and He cleared up so well You wouldn’t have known he had been. Thank you very much . We couldn’t be more pleased . Worth every penny.

I used London box sash windows company for a third time. This time they installed my kitchen window. They are incredibly professional, the window specs were bespoke as i wanted all the details to be as the originals, they were the cheapest i could find using accoya wood, very polite, very skilled craftsmanship. The windows are spotless, they covered all areas before works so no there was no dust, they even hoovered and cleaned up after they left. In every stage from initial visit, to communication, they were very professional, whenever i called they always answered my calls. The last two times i didn’t even look for other companies to use. Great experience and lovely great quality windows, with quick installation. Thank you so much!

What a fantastic job the London box sash company carried out in my property. The installers were fantastic, architect and original sales contact were informative and answered all questions asked. Of course the amazing Judith who kept me informed on the admin side of things including payments and timetabling. I cannot recommend them highly enough. The outcome is amazing. I first used London box sash windows ltd in 2014. At that point I had upstairs windows replaced. The move to double glazing was amazing for warmth retention and we felt spoilt being able to open and close the sash windows so easily. Then in 2021 we replaced the Lounge room sash and this year (2026) we replaced a number of bathroom windows. The quality is fantastic. The windows are as good today as when installed. We haven’t needed to repaint any yet. One windows glass got some water trapped and they came and replaced quickly with no fuss. They are easily to deal with and the finish when installed is professional and then left everything tidy. I don’t recommend a lot of companies but they are great.

After getting quotes from three sash window companies, we chose London Box Sash to replace six old, single-glazed sash windows. Every step of the process was great and the new windows have massively improved the look of the house from the street – as well as making it better insulated for noise and warmth. At the initial home visit, Jake clearly explained the different options available to us and their respective costs. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured with an upsell. Harry took measurements at the pre-manufacture survey, confirmed our chosen options and explained the installation process. We were also invited to visit the factory, and it was great to see the windows being made locally. Andy, the window installer, was absolutely fantastic. He arrived on time every day, was a hard worker, and showed real attention to detail. He also took the time to explain what he was doing at each stage of the install. I have used the this company seven years ago, the window which was installed is still in perfect condition, the same as the day it was put in, which has made me use them again for my bathroom window which badly needed replacing. The carpenter installing the window was very communicative about his needs in such a confined space and I was amazed to see he had specially designed table to go over the bidet and the bath, so there was no damage. He worked tirelessly all day to ensure the job was finished and it is perfect! He left the area clean, just as he found it.

I obtained prices from two firms, although a higher quote I accepted the LBSW offer because of neighbour's recommendation, a full and clear specification and confidence in the representative who clearly had practical knowledge of the work. A standby offer gave a possible earlier installation start date and a cost saving, it could have meant a short notice period but in the event we were given plenty of time. Preparation of the areas of work and solving of possible problems were agreed in a practical, helpful way and well in advance. A month's notice for start of the installation, an installation schedule, the names and contact numbers of the 3 installers and a provisional 3 day period for the work was given. All were carried out as stated. The installation of the 12 windows was amazing, carried out with speed, energy, care and good humour. What could have been a stressful project was carried out smoothly from start to finish with efficiency, sympathy and good communication throughout. The whole job was completed to the agreed schedule and budget.

Had a couple of beautiful new sash windows installed in the summer of 2024 by London Box Sash Windows Ltd. At the time, we were (and still are delighted with their work. When we needed a new made-to-measure balcony door in June 2025, for obvious reasons, London Box Sash Windows Ltd was our first port of call. We gathered a couple of quotes from specialised door installation companies, but found that the price difference was marginal compared with what London Box Sash Windows Ltd quoted us. So we went with ‘the devil we knew’ The experience from start to finish was as great as before. From the first visit by Jake to the post-installation follow-up call by Judith, everything worked extremely well again. The door looks and feels solid and is made to look like the original door (first installed in 1905), including double glazing in 3 different colours across the 9 glass segments. If you are after a cheap job, don’t use London Box Sash Windows Ltd – they are not cheap. But for your money, you get an outstanding product, expertly installed and with full warranty. Without hesitation, I will recommend London Box Sash Windows Ltd to friends and neighbours.
