I found London Box through Trusted Traders and was so glad that we chose them to replace a bathroom window in 2025 following it being damaged through an attempted break-in. We were so impressed with the service given by the company through the assessment visit by Simon, the contact and support through the office of the lovely Judith and the amazing work done in a single day by the wonderful Andy to replace the window. He worked tirelessly all day and cleaned and tidied up beautifully afterwards. Because of their impressive service installing this window, we employed them to replace the bay windows on our house which was a much bigger and more complicated job because of issues to do with the state of the bay itself but London Box were more than up to it. This time Harry came to measure up and Judith in the office continued to keep us informed and up to date with the process. Angelo and Raf did a fantastic job on the day of installing the new windows. It was a very difficult job but they did amazingly well and we couldn’t be happier with the windows as well as with every aspect of our involvement with the company. Would thoroughly recommend this company and not hesitate to use them again in future.

The work to replace our windows in the dining room and a bedroom, was to a high standard in accordance with the agreed schedule. The tradesperson arrived on time, on the designated dates. He then undertook the work quickly and efficiently, with minimal noise. Plus, the areas of our home where the windows were replaced, were cleared and tidied following the completion of the work. Judith was helpful in the progression of the job. She also followed up after the job had been completed, to gauge our satisfaction with the work.

The marvellous Andy did a great job . So charming, efficient , neat and professional. Can’t believe how he did it all in one day ! Taking out our rotted window and putting in the new one in our awkwardly placed room. He protected all my shelves of delicate things and covered floor and carpets most efficiently. The new window looks fantastic and He cleared up so well You wouldn’t have known he had been. Thank you very much . We couldn’t be more pleased . Worth every penny.

I used London box sash windows company for a third time. This time they installed my kitchen window. They are incredibly professional, the window specs were bespoke as i wanted all the details to be as the originals, they were the cheapest i could find using accoya wood, very polite, very skilled craftsmanship. The windows are spotless, they covered all areas before works so no there was no dust, they even hoovered and cleaned up after they left. In every stage from initial visit, to communication, they were very professional, whenever i called they always answered my calls. The last two times i didn’t even look for other companies to use. Great experience and lovely great quality windows, with quick installation. Thank you so much!

What a fantastic job the London box sash company carried out in my property. The installers were fantastic, architect and original sales contact were informative and answered all questions asked. Of course the amazing Judith who kept me informed on the admin side of things including payments and timetabling. I cannot recommend them highly enough. The outcome is amazing. Beautiful Wi does and a warm house which is better for the environment as the house is losing less heat. Thanks to all.

I first used London box sash windows ltd in 2014. At that point I had upstairs windows replaced. The move to double glazing was amazing for warmth retention and we felt spoilt being able to open and close the sash windows so easily. Then in 2021 we replaced the Lounge room sash and this year (2026) we replaced a number of bathroom windows. The quality is fantastic. The windows are as good today as when installed. We haven’t needed to repaint any yet. One windows glass got some water trapped and they came and replaced quickly with no fuss. They are easily to deal with and the finish when installed is professional and then left everything tidy. I don’t recommend a lot of companies but they are great.

After getting quotes from three sash window companies, we chose London Box Sash to replace six old, single-glazed sash windows. Every step of the process was great and the new windows have massively improved the look of the house from the street – as well as making it better insulated for noise and warmth. At the initial home visit, Jake clearly explained the different options available to us and their respective costs. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured with an upsell. Harry took measurements at the pre-manufacture survey, confirmed our chosen options and explained the installation process. We were also invited to visit the factory, and it was great to see the windows being made locally. Andy, the window installer, was absolutely fantastic. He arrived on time every day, was a hard worker, and showed real attention to detail. He also took the time to explain what he was doing at each stage of the install. I would not hesitate to recommend London Box Sash to others and will reach out to them when we need other windows replacing.
