I had one large double glazed sash window installed by London Box Sash Windows. Throughout the quote, design and survey stages, the entire team were friendly, knowledgable and excellent with communication. I enjoyed the showroom and learning about the Accoya wood process. The installation itself was quick and tidy, and the window is very high quality. I received several other quotes for my window, and I felt London Box Sash offered the best value for money.

My first contact with London Box Sash was July 2020 when Harry came out to look at replacing some of our old draughty windows with new ones. We also explored upgrading existing windows, which we did not pursue as it is easier, and in the l/term more cost effective, to replace. Work commitments took me away and we revisited the schedule in 2023. What was pleasing to me was that my original contacts were still there and Judith in the office had full and accurate records of where we had got to. We finished stage 1 in March 24 and stage 2 has just been completed. Same people and Jasper the window fitter has been with us all the way. Construction materials are all grade A, from the Accoya to the glazing and fasteners. I have other properties which have had conservation windows fitted but none have matched the quality and service from London Box Sash, A big thank you to all the team

Had London Box Sash Windows in to install a box sash window in our bathroom. Very pleased with all communication from the company and with the surveyor's visit. The window was fitted at relatively short notice and we were very pleased with the work and the product. The fitter (Andy) was excellent and completed the work very quickly and with very little mess. Everything around the new windows was made good, so it seems like the old ones came out and the new ones went in by magic! We recently had 10 sash windows installed in our 120-year-old house by London Box Sash Company, and couldn't be happier with the result. The house's walls are notoriously wonky, but Angelo and Rafal handled every challenge with real skill, getting all 10 windows beautifully level despite the tricky, uneven surfaces. Beyond the technical work, they were a pleasure to have in the house — working hard throughout while keeping dust and disruption to an absolute minimum, which made a big difference given the scale of the job. London Box Sash replaced all the sash windows at the front of my Victorian house including a dormer, and a kitchen casement window. Every aspect of this company’s service was friendly, efficient and highly professional. The windows themselves are perfect with a 50 year guarantee and the fitters were extremely competent and completed the task very quickly. They also took exacting care not to leave any mess, building a floor to ceiling screen around all the work and covering every inch of floor. I was particularly impressed with the initial survey, where my needs were listened to so that what was installed exactly met my requirements. I chose the company’s ‘standby’ offer since I wanted the work done fairly quickly, and they were accommodating enough to fit it within the dates I could do. The customer service was also everything I could ask for, and when a blind couldn’t be refitted and there was a problem with rehanging a curtain rail, I was compensated. It was one of the higher quotes I received, but completely worth it, and the standby reduction made a difference. I can’t recommend more highly.

Whilst the quote was slightly higher than some others, the quality of these windows stood out and the team were incredible with communication, helped me make decisions that saved me money, and also booked the job in asap as a priority due to my childs window being broken and really needing to be replaced before bad weather arrived. Every member of the team was friendly, helpful and reliable. they stuck to dates and even finished early. There was not even any redecorating needed to be done post installation. Highly recommended

All seamless from start to finish. Communication was excellent. Fitters were polite , friendly, hard working and stayed late when needed to make sure everything was finished properly for the day. They took great care in our home, covering all the furniture to minimise dust and disruption as much as possible. The back room staff were also fantastic- organised, helpful and always quick to follow up on any queries we had, which made us feel reassured throughout that we had made the right choice. We are absolutely delighted with the finished result and would highly recommend this company to anyone considering new windows.

A sash window was replaced in my late 19th century flat conversion. The estimator, surveyor, installer and phone receptionist were all professional and the work was carried out on time and to budget. The new window was close to the same style as the original (save slightly larger frames to accommodate double-glazing).

I have a number of properties that needed the old aluminium windows. London Box Sash have done a fantastic job. I have used their service about four times now. Each time, I have shopped around and each time, London Box Sash has been the best company by far - competitive on price, service and aesthetically pleasing products. Firstly, they have gorgeous windows, with a wide range of hardware. I have had both sash windows and casement windows installed - they use the highest quality accoya wood. Secondly, the installers always do a really good job of making good around the windows - be it wall paint or tiles - after installation, ensuring that the work doesn't look half finished. The installers arrive on time, they are respectful of the home and work really quickly and professionally. Often, installation would be all done in half a day. Thirdly, the whole process of ordering windows, to survey and installation date is smooth and helpful. Everyone from Judith in the office who takes care of payment to Harry and Jake who arrive to measure and survey, it has the feel of a family business, and there are always the same people on hand, ready to help. Furthermore, their knowledge of windows and its materials is impressive - and they always provide advice on what works best. Lastly, the aftercare is excellent. For any challenging window installations (and there were a few for my wonky Victorian walls), they will problem-solve and arrive at the drop of a hat to fix!

I would never use another company other than London Box Sash. Having used them for many years on many projects, i can safely say you are in good hands. From the initial consultation to the final fit, everything is smooth and professional. The fitting is exemplary and the result is perfection. In my mind no one does wood windows like this company and the workmanship and quality of the product is second to none. Another major feature of their windows is the quality and longevity of their paint and wood choice they use. My original windows are well over 10 years old. No cracking of the wood or paint and they look brand new, just like the day they were fitted.

I had two windows replaced - I was impressed by the workmanship and expertise of the fitters but also the p sales, planning /measuring and advice I was given including the office support customer service and care . I found London Box through Trusted Traders and was so glad that we chose them to replace a bathroom window in 2025 following it being damaged through an attempted break-in. We were so impressed with the service given by the company through the assessment visit by Simon, the contact and support through the office of the lovely Judith and the amazing work done in a single day by the wonderful Andy to replace the window. He worked tirelessly all day and cleaned and tidied up beautifully afterwards. Because of their impressive service installing this window, we employed them to replace the bay windows on our house which was a much bigger and more complicated job because of issues to do with the state of the bay itself but London Box were more than up to it. This time Harry came to measure up and Judith in the office continued to keep us informed and up to date with the process. Angelo and Raf did a fantastic job on the day of installing the new windows. It was a very difficult job but they did amazingly well and we couldn’t be happier with the windows as well as with every aspect of our involvement with the company. Would thoroughly recommend this company and not hesitate to use them again in future.

The work to replace our windows in the dining room and a bedroom, was to a high standard in accordance with the agreed schedule. The tradesperson arrived on time, on the designated dates. He then undertook the work quickly and efficiently, with minimal noise. Plus, the areas of our home where the windows were replaced, were cleared and tidied following the completion of the work. Judith was helpful in the progression of the job. She also followed up after the job had been completed, to gauge our satisfaction with the work.

The marvellous Andy did a great job . So charming, efficient , neat and professional. Can’t believe how he did it all in one day ! Taking out our rotted window and putting in the new one in our awkwardly placed room. He protected all my shelves of delicate things and covered floor and carpets most efficiently. I used London box sash windows company for a third time. This time they installed my kitchen window. They are incredibly professional, the window specs were bespoke as i wanted all the details to be as the originals, they were the cheapest i could find using accoya wood, very polite, very skilled craftsmanship. The windows are spotless, they covered all areas before works so no there was no dust, they even hoovered and cleaned up after they left. In every stage from initial visit, to communication, they were very professional, whenever i called they always answered my calls. The last two times i didn’t even look for other companies to use. What a fantastic job the London box sash company carried out in my property. The installers were fantastic, architect and original sales contact were informative and answered all questions asked. Of course the amazing Judith who kept me informed on the admin side of things including payments and timetabling. I cannot recommend them highly enough. The outcome is amazing. Beautiful Wi does and a warm house which is better for the environment as the house is losing less heat. Thanks to all.

I first used London box sash windows ltd in 2014. At that point I had upstairs windows replaced. The move to double glazing was amazing for warmth retention and we felt spoilt being able to open and close the sash windows so easily. Then in 2021 we replaced the Lounge room sash and this year (2026) we replaced a number of bathroom windows. The quality is fantastic. The windows are as good today as when installed. We haven’t needed to repaint any yet. One windows glass got some water trapped and they came and replaced quickly with no fuss. They are easily to deal with and the finish when installed is professional and then left everything tidy. I don’t recommend a lot of companies but they are great.

After getting quotes from three sash window companies, we chose London Box Sash to replace six old, single-glazed sash windows. Every step of the process was great and the new windows have massively improved the look of the house from the street – as well as making it better insulated for noise and warmth. At the initial home visit, Jake clearly explained the different options available to us and their respective costs. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured with an upsell. Harry took measurements at the pre-manufacture survey, confirmed our chosen options and explained the installation process. We were also invited to visit the factory, and it was great to see the windows being made locally. Andy, the window installer, was absolutely fantastic. He arrived on time every day, was a hard worker, and showed real attention to detail. He also took the time to explain what he was doing at each stage of the install. I would not hesitate to recommend London Box Sash to others and will reach out to them when we need other windows replacing.
