We had London Cooling come and install an air con unit in our home. They were very efficient, polite and friendly. Very well installed quick and easy and explained how everything worked and made sure I was happy before they left. Very clean and tidy would highly recommend.

We had a full annual maintenance service carried out which included checking all indoor units were in full working order, cleaning, battery replacement on remotes, outside check of pipework and condenser units. Booking of the appointment was very easy and the team of 3 turned up when expected. Polite and courteous at all times, the team worked around my needs of working from home with minimal disruption. The work was very thorough and took into account my pre-work comments of some of the remotes not working and outside pipework insulation gaps (birds taking it for their nests) and were rectified during the service. Very happy with the work carried out, will use them again for our service needs. The same company installed the AC system a couple of years ago and I can't fault their work quality and professionalism. Would recommend without hesitation.

We called Mike from London Cooling in to get his advice on cooling and heating our bedroom and kitchen/diner areas which both get too cold in the winter and too hot in the summer. He was able to advise us on the best unit for each option as well as the right look and positioning for each unit Fitting was quick and precise and all areas left clean, Tom was able to provide us with a run through of how the units worked as well as leaving us with all the relevant user information. All around a very professional job and we felt like we had been listened to by Mike and advised accordingly.
