Excellent. Accurately assessed the problem and effectively solved it. They didn't try and add on additional work. Another contractor (not a Which Trusted Trader) reckoned I should replace all the guttering and downpipe! Highly recommended and very good value. I will now definitely use them every year to clean and assess my gutters.

We needed gutters cleaned and repaired off a 3 storey property with pitched roof. Lee and the team did a phenomenal job - not only cleaning the gutters, but also undertaking repairs and cleaning the roof and gullies. The videos were highly informative and very useful for identifying future repairs. Excellent job - totally professional. Would definitely recommend.

Drew and his colleague from London Gutters recently Jet washed our Drive, Paths and Patio. They gave us a free quote, which we thought was reasonable, given the amount of concrete that needed cleaning and the fact that it was very dirty. This is a job we have undertaken ourselves in the past but it is hugely time consuming and is a constant battle between cleaning the paths and simply spreading the dirt to walls, garage etc. Drew and his colleague worked very hard. We found them to be punctual, reliable and honest. They completed the job speedily, leaving all the surrounding walls, garage etc. clean, and they achieved a level of clean we hadn't seen in years. We were delighted with their work and their positive 'can do' attitude. We were very pleased with this company in general and have already asked Drew back to do additional work in the garden. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing Jet wash services.

Two very polite men from London Gutter Clean Ltd arrived promptly, unblocked our gutters and carried out minor repairs, for a very reasonable price. They also provided an invoice. This was the second time we had used the company. We highly recommend them for this type of work.

I needed my gutters cleaned urgently as water was leaking from them into the flat below. Lee was very attentive and supportive over the phone and came out in less than 24 hours. All the work was carried out and Lee provided a lot of helpful advice over and above the guttering matter which was greatly appreciated. My experience of London Gutter Clean Ltd. was that the workmen were punctual, reliable and honest. They did an excellent job, and also took photos of my chimney for me, as it is deteriorating. I would definitely recommend this company.

E-mailed this company 4/10/21 and they got back to me and explained that I wanted the gutters cleaned. I was informed that they would attend after mid-day and carry out the work. Consequently stayed in all day awaiting arrival and by 4.30 pm I was worried about non attendance. I telephoned the company and the person on the phone said he would look into this. He phoned me back and gave me the mobile number of the person I spoke to and arranged the appointment. I duly telephoned this number and left a voice mail. To date no-one has been in contact either to apologise for non attendance or to arrange a further appointment. I realise emergencies happen but surely a telephone call to inform the customer is not beyond their capabilities. Cannot comment on standard of work as did not have any but serious doubts on whether they are reliable and their company's office standards.

Kyle and Chris attended the job this morning at the agreed time. They were very professional and experienced - repaired the loose guttering for a very affordable price. I had tried several times with other companies to get the repair carried out and was very pleased to have found London Gutter Clean Ltd. Will keep their details for all maintenance to my gutters. Leaking gutter at front of the house and blocked guttering on the rear extension. Two polite, friendly chaps arrived between the allotted time. Attended to both problems without fuss and gave good advise. Not phased by the access problems to the rear gutters.

London Gutters came to replace some old leaking cast iron guttering and make some repairs. They were timely, professional and very knowledgable. Price paid was exactly as quote despite some small additional works being completed. Lee also gave some good advice on work required at top of house with recommendation to wait till next summer so work holds, but quote provided at this time, to compare to other providers. Would definitely recommend.

Major leak in gutter. Piece of guttering was replaced, fixed previous faulty job when roof was replaced some years back. Quite tricky as at 3 storey level at rear of house. Also cleaned gutters back and front and provided useful information about the state of the roof. Work done quickly and efficiently and at reasonable cost. Family business. Would certainly recommend. We were the victims of rogue traders who did a botched job. Luckily we wrote a cheque that we were able to cancel. Lee was recommended by our neighbor. He quoted a fair price and was able to do the work immediately as it wasn't a huge job. He was wearing his Which badge which immediately made me feel safe.

We've used Lee and the team previously to clean some gutters - so when we had some building work done, and then found that some of our gutter down piping had 'disappeared', we didn't hesitate to contact Lee again. My wife was in when he came - and he very quickly established that the pipework was still there, but had become disconnected and hidden out of place - and that the connecting brackets were actually still there, but placed in the gutter for safe keeping. I can only assume the roofing company had moved them to replace our flat roof and then forgot to replace. Lee didn't charge for the work or the call out - which was incredibly decent of him; I've no doubt if this hadn't been sorted out it could have become a lot more serious (guttering just overflowing on to a flat roof is not going to end well). We've used them twice now - wouldn't hesitate - good honest tradesman.

So grateful to Lee, Daniel and the tip top building solutions crew for putting right a real botched replacement gutter, soffit and fascia job! Some of the nicest people I’ve come across in a while! 100% recommend them!

Arranged to stay in (9am-3pm) so they could visit & quote on 4/3/2020. They promised a call 1 hour before arriving. Never called or showed.

London Gutter Clean did a great job with clearing out the gutters on our terraced Edwardian house, including unblocking a down-pipe, which not a straightforward job as it was attached to a waste pipe. Daniel and Drew were cheerful and friendly, identifying issues and resolving them as they went along, or advising on future repairs required, all whilst speedily carrying out the clean. Communications for the booking with their office was very good too. I intend to use their services again.
