Daniel and Lee put forward a very reasonable quote for clearing the gutters and down pipes at one of our commercial depots, as well as repairs where necessary. The communication was great, they were accommodating when we had to reschedule last minute and booked us in as soon as they could. Despite the poor weather they were in and out within pre-agreed timescales so operations wouldn't be disrupted. We've had a problem for the last few years with a damp area inside the front wall on the 4th floor of our 5 storey Georgian town house. Two different firms tried to find the cause and couldn't, but suggested measures that would reduce the risk of water penetration from the parapet on the 5th floor and the gutter inside it. We had both sets of measures implemented, which reduced the problem but there was still some damp occurring. I noticed the hopper outside the parapet was overflowing in heavy rain which was running from the back of the hopper down the outside wall. I arranged for London Gutter Clean & Repair to come. Louis(?) and Rhys quickly found the problem - compacted debris in the downpipe's bend just below the hopper. They cleaned it, reassembled it and sealed the joints. In order to reduce the chances of a blockage recurring, they adjusted the position of the zinc flashing just above the hopper, so enabling rodding of the downpipe from the above parapet (which will mean we don't need to put up scaffolding in future as the parapet is accessible from inside the house.) They gave me a price as soon as they'd identified the cause and it was nominal - just the call out charge. I'm delighted with every aspect of their work and will ask them back to do the annual clearing of the gutters and downpipes.

Did a great job, quickly replacing some faulty guttering. Able to use ladders, which made the job considerable cheaper than other quotes.

Unlike many other gutter-cleaning companies whose workers stay at ground level and use vacuums on poles, this team uses ladders up to 3 (Victorian house) levels, so they can properly assess the gutters and make necessary small repairs. As well as clearing out debris from the high-up gutters, they tightened up where guttering was loose, and happily took photos of the gutter work for my peace of mind. All at a very competitive price.

Drew and his colleague from London Gutters recently Jet washed our Drive, Paths and Patio. They gave us a free quote, which we thought was reasonable, given the amount of concrete that needed cleaning and the fact that it was very dirty. This is a job we have undertaken ourselves in the past but it is hugely time consuming and is a constant battle between cleaning the paths and simply spreading the dirt to walls, garage etc. Drew and his colleague worked very hard. We found them to be punctual, reliable and honest. They completed the job speedily, leaving all the surrounding walls, garage etc. clean, and they achieved a level of clean we hadn't seen in years. We were delighted with their work and their positive 'can do' attitude. We were very pleased with this company in general and have already asked Drew back to do additional work in the garden. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing Jet wash services.

Lee, Connor, Charlie arrived at my property. Checked out thoroughly all the guttering around my property. Also the plastic gutter boards and downpipes. They cleared away the muck and the dead pigeon. Also, Charlie fitted a new vent panel on the wall whereupon when I used my cooker hood the old slatted panel was broken and noisy when the wind blew. Now the new panel is not slatted and loose. The men worked really hard and professionally cleared away the muck and broken vent panel. I thoroughly recommend London Gutterclean who are close being situated in Richmond. Will definitely be using again. 10 Stars are worth the job today. The Company workers are completely honest, trustworthy, and reliable. Their rates they charge are also very reasonable.

Daniel and Drew came to clean and repair all our gutters. They were on time, very courteous, hardworking and went above and beyond what they were here to do. Major leak in gutter. Piece of guttering was replaced, fixed previous faulty job when roof was replaced some years back. Quite tricky as at 3 storey level at rear of house. I needed my gutters cleaned urgently as water was leaking from them into the flat below. Lee was very attentive and supportive over the phone and came out in less than 24 hours. All the work was carried out and Lee provided a lot of helpful advice over and above the guttering matter which was greatly appreciated. The guys from London Gutter Clean were great. They arrived on time and were friendly and cheerful. They had to go up and over a very high (Victorian terrace) roof to get to the back gutters and they even did a couple of minor repairs while they were up there. Would happily recommend them. Sue F

This job was longer and messier than I anticipated but Lee did it carefully and cheerfully, explained what he was doing ongoing, cleared up afterwards and gave a 6 month guarantee. He advised that the problem arose from moss on the roof and advised that in dryer weather an anti moss coating could be applied. I am very pleased and would recommend.
