They did a very thorough job, especially the positioning of the gutters. He even returned so solve a stubborn leak. All is now good and I will have them back when future work is required. A very sensible price too. Full marks for a job well done.

We were the victims of rogue traders who did a botched job. Luckily we wrote a cheque that we were able to cancel. Lee was recommended by our neighbor. He quoted a fair price and was able to do the work immediately as it wasn't a huge job. He was wearing his Which badge which immediately made me feel safe.

Recently had my gutters cleaned and minor repairs carried out by by Daniel and Drew. They did a really good job and where a pleasure to deal with. Also gave some great advice. Would definitely recommend.

E-mailed this company 4/10/21 and they got back to me and explained that I wanted the gutters cleaned. I was informed that they would attend after mid-day and carry out the work. Consequently stayed in all day awaiting arrival and by 4.30 pm I was worried about non attendance. I telephoned the company and the person on the phone said he would look into this. He phoned me back and gave me the mobile number of the person I spoke to and arranged the appointment. I duly telephoned this number and left a voice mail. To date no-one has been in contact either to apologise for non attendance or to arrange a further appointment. I realise emergencies happen but surely a telephone call to inform the customer is not beyond their capabilities. Cannot comment on standard of work as did not have any but serious doubts on whether they are reliable and their company's office standards.

Kyle and Chris attended the job this morning at the agreed time. They were very professional and experienced - repaired the loose guttering for a very affordable price. I had tried several times with other companies to get the repair carried out and was very pleased to have found London Gutter Clean Ltd. Will keep their details for all maintenance to my gutters. Two very polite men from London Gutter Clean Ltd arrived promptly, unblocked our gutters and carried out minor repairs, for a very reasonable price. They also provided an invoice. This was the second time we had used the company. We highly recommend them for this type of work.

We needed gutters cleaned and repaired off a 3 storey property with pitched roof. Lee and the team did a phenomenal job - not only cleaning the gutters, but also undertaking repairs and cleaning the roof and gullies. The videos were highly informative and very useful for identifying future repairs. Excellent job - totally professional. Would definitely recommend.

I needed a gutter replaced because the original was too small, spilling water down the brickwork during heavy rainfall. As it was initially unclear what the problem was, London Gutter Clean, visited assuming I just needed the gutter cleaned. It turned out the gutter needed replacing (it was too small and poorly fitted/positioned). No charge was made for the initial visit. The gutter was replaced with a deep flow version. London Gutter Clean also, again at no additional cost, repaired a broken tile and replaced some missing lead flushing. The service was seamless. The house was left spotless after the work was completed. A perfect job. I will certainly use London Gutter Clean again for any other gutter/tile work I need doing.

Thanks to Lee and the boys from London Gutter Clean for going the extra mile. I got them round to clean the gutters in our Victorian terrace and fix what I thought was a very noisy leak from a drainpipe outside our bedroom. It turned out the problem was two blocked downpipes belonging to our very elderly neighbour. Instead of heading off to their next job, they stayed on to unblock his drains as a favour. My neighbour was so grateful (as was I) and I’m looking forward to a good night’s sleep next time it rains! They were so generous with their time and it was really kind of them. Thank you!

Daniel phoned ahead to tell me when to expect him and his colleague. They set to work straight away as soon as they arrived and replaced the leaking gutter and the downpipe which no longer fitted and resolved the problem of the badly installed fascia. In addition they checked all the gutters to ensure they were free of debris. They kept me informed about what they were doing throughout the job and if there would be any additional cost such as the downpipe. They left the site clean and tidy with a 6 year guarantee. I was very pleased with the work, which they carried out efficiently, with good humour and lots of helpful information.

They came quickly and carried out remedial work on a job they had done 6 years previously without a quibble, and at no cost.

We have today had our gutter fixed and cleaned. The service, friendliness and efficiency from Daniel and Charlie was excellent. They arrived on time, and were not at all concerned by the height and difficult access to the main gutter and they also noticed a separate fault with a downpipe. They completed both jobs quickly and professionally. I will certainly contact them again if other problems occurred and we would not hesitate to recommend them to our friends or neighbours.

The guys were friendly, efficient and competent. They completed difficult to access repairs followed by a full gutter clean. I would certainly recommend them and would not hesitate to use them in the future.
