Daniel phoned ahead to tell me when to expect him and his colleague. They set to work straight away as soon as they arrived and replaced the leaking gutter and the downpipe which no longer fitted and resolved the problem of the badly installed fascia. In addition they checked all the gutters to ensure they were free of debris. They kept me informed about what they were doing throughout the job and if there would be any additional cost such as the downpipe. They left the site clean and tidy with a 6 year guarantee. I was very pleased with the work, which they carried out efficiently, with good humour and lots of helpful information.

London Gutter Clean installed a new downpipe and cleaned all the gutters at my mother's house. Drew and Daniel were extremely pleasant and professional. Lee, Connor, Charlie arrived at my property. Checked out thoroughly all the guttering around my property. Also the plastic gutter boards and downpipes. They cleared away the muck and the dead pigeon. Also, Charlie fitted a new vent panel on the wall whereupon when I used my cooker hood the old slatted panel was broken and noisy when the wind blew. Now the new panel is not slatted and loose. The men worked really hard and professionally cleared away the muck and broken vent panel. I thoroughly recommend London Gutterclean who are close being situated in Richmond. We have today had our gutter fixed and cleaned. The service, friendliness and efficiency from Daniel and Charlie was excellent. They arrived on time, and were not at all concerned by the height and difficult access to the main gutter and they also noticed a separate fault with a downpipe. They completed both jobs quickly and professionally. I will certainly contact them again if other problems occurred and we would not hesitate to recommend them to our friends or neighbours.

This job was longer and messier than I anticipated but Lee did it carefully and cheerfully, explained what he was doing ongoing, cleared up afterwards and gave a 6 month guarantee. He advised that the problem arose from moss on the roof and advised that in dryer weather an anti moss coating could be applied. I am very pleased and would recommend.

Daniel and Drew came to clean and repair all our gutters. They were on time, very courteous, hardworking and went above and beyond what they were here to do. They cleaned up well after themselves and were very pleasant to have around. Their charge was very reasonable. It could not have been easier to arrange this job and I would happily use them again.

I needed a gutter replaced because the original was too small, spilling water down the brickwork during heavy rainfall. As it was initially unclear what the problem was, London Gutter Clean, visited assuming I just needed the gutter cleaned. It turned out the gutter needed replacing (it was too small and poorly fitted/positioned). No charge was made for the initial visit. The gutter was replaced with a deep flow version. London Gutter Clean also, again at no additional cost, repaired a broken tile and replaced some missing lead flushing. The service was seamless. The house was left spotless after the work was completed. A perfect job. I will certainly use London Gutter Clean again for any other gutter/tile work I need doing.

Thanks to Lee and the boys from London Gutter Clean for going the extra mile. I got them round to clean the gutters in our Victorian terrace and fix what I thought was a very noisy leak from a drainpipe outside our bedroom. It turned out the problem was two blocked downpipes belonging to our very elderly neighbour. Instead of heading off to their next job, they stayed on to unblock his drains as a favour. My neighbour was so grateful (as was I) and I’m looking forward to a good night’s sleep next time it rains! They were so generous with their time and it was really kind of them. Thank you!

The guys from London Gutter Clean were great. They arrived on time and were friendly and cheerful. They had to go up and over a very high (Victorian terrace) roof to get to the back gutters and they even did a couple of minor repairs while they were up there. Would happily recommend them. Sue F

Unlike many other gutter-cleaning companies whose workers stay at ground level and use vacuums on poles, this team uses ladders up to 3 (Victorian house) levels, so they can properly assess the gutters and make necessary small repairs. As well as clearing out debris from the high-up gutters, they tightened up where guttering was loose, and happily took photos of the gutter work for my peace of mind. All at a very competitive price.

Needed some repairs to the end of a gutter. Got in touch with the company and they were prompt to answer emails and questions. Drew and Daniel turned up on time, got the job done and were friendly to boot. They work was only done about a day ago, so we'll see how it holds up but we're already planning to use them again.

Lee and the team did a phenomenal job - not only cleaning the gutters, but also undertaking repairs and cleaning the roof and gullies. Drew and his colleague from London Gutters recently Jet washed our Drive, Paths and Patio. They gave us a free quote, which we thought was reasonable, given the amount of concrete that needed cleaning and the fact that it was very dirty. This is a job we have undertaken ourselves in the past but it is hugely time consuming and is a constant battle between cleaning the paths and simply spreading the dirt to walls, garage etc. Drew and his colleague worked very hard. We found them to be punctual, reliable and honest. They completed the job speedily, leaving all the surrounding walls, garage etc. clean, and they achieved a level of clean we hadn't seen in years. We were delighted with their work and their positive 'can do' attitude. We were very pleased with this company in general and have already asked Drew back to do additional work in the garden. I needed my gutters cleaned urgently as water was leaking from them into the flat below. Lee was very attentive and supportive over the phone and came out in less than 24 hours. All the work was carried out and Lee provided a lot of helpful advice over and above the guttering matter which was greatly appreciated. My experience of London Gutter Clean Ltd. was that the workmen were punctual, reliable and honest. They did an excellent job, and also took photos of my chimney for me, as it is deteriorating. I would definitely recommend this company.

E-mailed this company 4/10/21 and they got back to me and explained that I wanted the gutters cleaned. I was informed that they would attend after mid-day and carry out the work. Consequently stayed in all day awaiting arrival and by 4.30 pm I was worried about non attendance. I telephoned the company and the person on the phone said he would look into this. He phoned me back and gave me the mobile number of the person I spoke to and arranged the appointment. I duly telephoned this number and left a voice mail. To date no-one has been in contact either to apologise for non attendance or to arrange a further appointment. I realise emergencies happen but surely a telephone call to inform the customer is not beyond their capabilities. Cannot comment on standard of work as did not have any but serious doubts on whether they are reliable and their company's office standards.

Leaking gutter at front of the house and blocked guttering on the rear extension. Two polite, friendly chaps arrived between the allotted time. Attended to both problems without fuss and gave good advise. Not phased by the access problems to the rear gutters.

London Gutters came to replace some old leaking cast iron guttering and make some repairs. They were timely, professional and very knowledgable. Price paid was exactly as quote despite some small additional works being completed. Lee also gave some good advice on work required at top of house with recommendation to wait till next summer so work holds, but quote provided at this time, to compare to other providers. Would definitely recommend.

Major leak in gutter. Piece of guttering was replaced, fixed previous faulty job when roof was replaced some years back. Quite tricky as at 3 storey level at rear of house. We were the victims of rogue traders who did a botched job. Luckily we wrote a cheque that we were able to cancel. Lee was recommended by our neighbor. He quoted a fair price and was able to do the work immediately as it wasn't a huge job. He was wearing his Which badge which immediately made me feel safe.

We've used Lee and the team previously to clean some gutters - so when we had some building work done, and then found that some of our gutter down piping had 'disappeared', we didn't hesitate to contact Lee again. My wife was in when he came - and he very quickly established that the pipework was still there, but had become disconnected and hidden out of place - and that the connecting brackets were actually still there, but placed in the gutter for safe keeping. I can only assume the roofing company had moved them to replace our flat roof and then forgot to replace. Lee didn't charge for the work or the call out - which was incredibly decent of him; I've no doubt if this hadn't been sorted out it could have become a lot more serious (guttering just overflowing on to a flat roof is not going to end well). We've used them twice now - wouldn't hesitate - good honest tradesman.

London Gutter Clean did a great job with clearing out the gutters on our terraced Edwardian house, including unblocking a down-pipe, which not a straightforward job as it was attached to a waste pipe. Daniel and Drew were cheerful and friendly, identifying issues and resolving them as they went along, or advising on future repairs required, all whilst speedily carrying out the clean. Communications for the booking with their office was very good too. I intend to use their services again.

Did a great job, quickly replacing some faulty guttering. Able to use ladders, which made the job considerable cheaper than other quotes.

We've had a problem for the last few years with a damp area inside the front wall on the 4th floor of our 5 storey Georgian town house. Two different firms tried to find the cause and couldn't, but suggested measures that would reduce the risk of water penetration from the parapet on the 5th floor and the gutter inside it. We had both sets of measures implemented, which reduced the problem but there was still some damp occurring. I noticed the hopper outside the parapet was overflowing in heavy rain which was running from the back of the hopper down the outside wall. I arranged for London Gutter Clean & Repair to come. Louis(?) and Rhys quickly found the problem - compacted debris in the downpipe's bend just below the hopper. They cleaned it, reassembled it and sealed the joints. In order to reduce the chances of a blockage recurring, they adjusted the position of the zinc flashing just above the hopper, so enabling rodding of the downpipe from the above parapet (which will mean we don't need to put up scaffolding in future as the parapet is accessible from inside the house.) They gave me a price as soon as they'd identified the cause and it was nominal - just the call out charge. I'm delighted with every aspect of their work and will ask them back to do the annual clearing of the gutters and downpipes.

Daniel and Lee put forward a very reasonable quote for clearing the gutters and down pipes at one of our commercial depots, as well as repairs where necessary. The communication was great, they were accommodating when we had to reschedule last minute and booked us in as soon as they could. Despite the poor weather they were in and out within pre-agreed timescales so operations wouldn't be disrupted. They've been a pleasure to work with and we will most certainly be in touch with them again to maintain our other locations. Thank you for an excellent, hassle free service!

I had a huge pile of rubbish removed from the bottom of my garden by Daniel. He was polite, very efficient and got the job done quickly. He even swept up afterwards and flattened down the soil that was left under the pile of rubbish! Very reasonably priced and would use again :)

Rang Lee at London Gutter Clean re our leaking flat roof above bay window. Timescale and likely costs provided in that phone call. Turned up to inspect work as stated prior to actually carrying out work at time and on date arranged. Rubber on roof advised. Guarantee given for 5 years. Haven’t yet had the chance to verify work will have completely stopped leak as it has not rained sufficiently since so wary at present of allocating 5 stars. However pleased with the professional approach to job.

Cleaned gutters, fixed loose downpipe and fitted pigeon proof chimney cowl. Worked quickly and did an excellent job at a reasonable rate.

They did a very thorough job, especially the positioning of the gutters. He even returned so solve a stubborn leak. All is now good and I will have them back when future work is required. A very sensible price too. Full marks for a job well done.

I live in a town house and have had these guys round a few times. I like their versatility; not just gutters, but they've worked on flashing, fascias, removal of TV aeriels and so on. They were more than happy to come back when the flashing needed a slight alteration after the initial job. They are now my first choice if there's anything I need that requires going up a ladder. Today, a fascia had come loose in the wind. Daniel suggested I send a picture so he could instantly assess the urgency of the situation. From sending the picture to the completion of the job was less than 90 minutes. At the same time, they looked at the gutters, and reckoned they won't need cleaning for another 12 months. The guys are honest, prompt and work is always of a high quality.
