I have called London and Kent to do an electrical report and fix whatever come during the report and also to change the electrical board. They did the report but never sent the quote to do the bulk of the work.

I worked previously with Tony, and expected good quality again this time, but he was even better than the expectations. I had two problems, one related to hot water, the other one to lightning, and in both cases I found that he is a good listener, and happy to educate me on loosely related things I was asking about, such as how the heating panel works.

Alfie and Sam came to move our consumer unit and to finish off a rewiring job. As ever they were professional, courteous, and did a fantastic job with minimal fuss. I have used London & Kent on several occasions now and they're my first point of call for any electrical work. I can't recommend them highly enough.

They installed new under cupbaord lighting in my kitchen in Greenwich. Alfie had come round first for a quote and then send me photos of similar jobs done earlier. He also made some good recommendations. It took two weeks before they could do the job due to other work commitments but they kept me informed . Sam did the actual work. He was friendly, quick and very efficient. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Tony and Sam were both helpful and knowledgeable. We got an EICR test done and then various smaller jobs - a new wall socket, wiring for a lighted bathroom cabinet, a heavy light fixture in the hall. All done professionally and cleaned up afterwards.

Very pleased with the work that was completed. We had a whole rewire in a 3 bedroom house, all rooms completed to a very good standard. All staff was very friendly and professional. Would recommend without any hesitation.

I contacted London & Kent about a couple of electrical jobs needed at my flat - bathroom lighting not working and a corroded bedroom light fitting. Communication was good, and Alfie was able to arrange the initial and follow up visits at weekends which was very convenient for me. Pricing was fair and as per the initial quote, Alfie was polite and friendly and did a great job. I was a little nervous about using a firm I hadn't had personally recommended, but very glad I went with them and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.

Alfie and Sam previously installed new electrical wiring and switchboard in my house. They were extremely professional, great value for money and the quality of work was outstanding. All the work was completed on time, within budget and I got my electrical certificate. I have continued to use them for any electrical work ever since, and as before, the work is outstanding. As such, I would highly recommend them to anyone thinking of availing their services!

London and Kent (Tony Phillips and team) carried out a few pieces of electrical work, including a NICEIC Electrical Condition Report and follow-up, at my flat in Rotherhithe, which is currently let. It was very easy to contact them and communications were always easy and quick throughout. They were flexible in liaising between me and my tenants and in dealing with new issues that arose. They stuck to time and exactly to the quotes they gave me. When the tenants had a problem operating the new boiler controls Tony's team were quick to step in and help them. I would definitely go to them again.

This firm undertook the rewiring of my house earlier this year and I wish to highly recommend them. Clear and comprehensive quotes were provided and adhered to and the work was of high quality both the electrical work and making good and redecorating afterwards and every effort was made to minimize the disruption as I was resident in the house all the time. It is a large Victorian house and inevitably problems were found with the building during the rewiring such as damp infiltration and perished plaster,and any additional costs were explained and agreed and these problems were dealt with very well.

From my experience of London & Kent I would highly recommend using this firm. They undertook the full electrical rewire of my 2 bed terrace house, made good all disturbed finishes and then decorated internally. I was kept informed of progress and they completed the work on time and in accordance with their original quotation. The overall finish was to a high standard and the property was left neat and tidy with the relevant NICEIC Test certificate provided ready for the ingoing tenants. I had gas service done and subsequently had to have installation of a boiler filling link and to recharge expansion vessel. The engineer was professional and explained why and what needs to carry on clearly. Works done efficiently. Arrival on time. Pricing is good and fair. I would use them again.

From start to finish they were great. Turned up when they said they would, kept us informed of any changes, got the job done with the minimum amount of fuss and everyone we met and spoke to was polite and friendly. Very happy and would definitely use them again.

I couldn't recommend the team more. Alfie did the initial assessment of the work required and promised his team would be there at 8am the following Friday. Sam and Franky turned up at exactly 8am, and immediately started on a number of electrical jobs I had been saving up. The first was some electrical work in the bathroom: to lower the height of a light switch and put a permanent live to a shaving socket. What on the face of it was a simple job turned into many hours work and involved dismantling a shower in order to be able to run cables, due to some interesting electrical decisions from the builders who first put in the bathroom. The main job was actually to fit some kitchen LED lighting, which was finished to a very high standard, with Sam and Franky staying late in order to get the work finished. I will definitely be using London & Kent for any future electrical needs.

Sam and Tony came to our house to change our fuse box, check the electrics and did some rewiring. The work is impeccable, they explained very well our choices and what they were going to do. The pricing is good and fair. We will definitely use them again.

Highly recommend. Extremely professional, quoted a fair price, fast to respond and confirm a date (a Saturday). Punctual and polite, Alfie is a lovely guy who clearly loves his work. Quickly and efficiently replaced old halogen lights in bathroom ceiling with better, plus new fittings, with lots of helpful advice. So impressed, have asked him to quote for two other electrical jobs in my apartment. Great to find someone who’s both excellent and happy to do small but essential domestic electrical jobs. Especially when his company also works on large shiny corporate projects!

Our problems were a radiator not working and a defective towel rail during a very cold spell. The engineer came promptly and fixed both problems speedily. He also advised on erratic movements of water pressure. So another satisfied customer.

This is time I have employed Tony to do a job and his workmanship is excellent. He also has excellent manners and is the consummate professional and came one evening to complete a job for me due to my time limit of having a bedroom fitted. I will definitely be employing Tony to do all the electrical jobs I have in my new house.

Tony has replaced our bathroom extractor fan and installed new spotlights, while Lee has replaced the bath and sink taps. They were highly professional, helpful and quick to respond when quoting for the works and during the planning stage. Work was completed with minimal fuss and mess. Would recommend.

Great service and customer care. We had quite a large job sorting out various jobs as an incoming tenant into an old warehouse/office building. Lee removed and installed a WC and corner basin in my downstairs toilet and tiled a splashback. He also removed the old shower enclosure in my bathroom and installed a new one. He is very personable and the work was done speedily and professionally. He also purchased a couple of items I did not have adding the items to the invoice. I am extremely pleased and would definitely use this trader again and would recommend them should my neighbours need a plumber or electrician.

We have now used these guys a few times and have never been disappointed. Their quotes are competitive and so far they have always turned up on time and got on with it which is quite rare. On all occasions, Lee has turned up on time, cracked on with the job at hand and left the place clean and tidy. Will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone!

Useful preliminary visit to consider various options for completing the work. Detailed estimate. Prompt competent and tidy completion of the job, within estimate. Time had been a major consideration in finding an electrician and this firm met all our requirements.

London & Kent, and our engineer Lee, was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. He turned up promptly to provide a quote for complete boiler removal and replacement, including rebuilding the flue and external outlet. His quote came in far more reasonably than any of the other engineers we asked and once asked to do the job, he obtained the right boiler straight away and quoted the job would take one day, possibly into the second. I have never been so impressed with the service we then received as Lee got to work. Polite, tidy and extremely hard-working, he couldn't even be persuaded to stop for a cup of tea once. He finished the job by 6pm and tidied up the area completely, including removing the old boiler and waste, not needing the second day at all. He worked on his own all day and so efficiently we were both stunned looking on. Could not possibly have received a better service and I will be recommending this business to anyone and everyone. On top of the quick, polite and very efficient service the whole job came in £2k less than some of the quotes we originally received. 100 out of 100 for a very professional service.

Alfie did a number of jobs for us. He attended reliably and did a fantastic job installing new pendant lights from scratch above our dining table. He provided a very reasonable quote and there were no unexpected charges. Couldn't ask for more and would recommend highly to friends and family. I found this company through trusted trader and we employed them to do some rewiring and repair work to the electrics in the house we have just bought. Alfie and Tony are really lovely guys - reliable, polite, professional and hardworking. The job took longer than they were expecting but they didn't ask for any more money and were flexible about when they came to fit in around our needs.
