Found the company to be very good from the initial design to the finished kitchen everyone was very polite and helpful throughout. A very competent tradesman fitted the kitchen always asking how we thought as it progressed. A couple of small problems were quickly dealt with and as such we would recommend this company to anyone requiring such work to be done.

We have bought several white goods from David and his team over the last few years and on each occasion have been very impressed with the professionalism and expertise of this company. We have gone with their recommendations and have not been disappointed. Each member of staff has been courteous and friendly and the items have been delivered within 48 hrs. I cannot recommend this company highly enough - thank you!

I ordered a number of kitchen appliances around 6 years ago from Long Eaton and was very pleased with service, price and delivery etc. Unfortunately we have had continuing problems with a range cooker and were dealing direct with the company and not getting anywhere but on Which’s advice went back to our supplier (Long Eaton). Sally has been brilliant at sorting out a free repair last year and when it went wrong again this year managed to get us a replacement cooker. I can’t thank Sally and the company enough for the help they have been with these various problems!

We decided on a full make over for our existing kitchen, having made slight amendments when we first moved into the property 18 months earlier. And a full make over is exactly what Long Eaton Appliances were able to provide. From advice to planning, from selection of finishes and work surfaces to styles of cupboard 'innards', from suitable appliances for our needs to additional electrical and plumbing work - all were available and to the highest standard from Ian and his team. All fitters and providers were to time and fitted seamlessly together. Equipment was removed, delivered and fitted on dates promised. A new floor was laid, electrics completed and cupboards and appliances fitted so that we were only without some kind of working kitchen for a very short time. And when completed we couldn't believe the difference. More efficient, lighter, easier to work in - you name the improvement and we would say everything was several times better than our old kitchen. Thanks to Long Eaton Appliances for all the work - and for a follow up workman's visit when one very small floor piece needed refitting - all done with no hassle at all to us.

I just love my new kitchen and it has been admired many times, and I have recommended them to other people. They were excellent workmen clean neat and tidy excellent service all round. They have a great team of workmen. Cannot fault.

I had a new kitchen and appliances designed and fitted by Long Eaton Appliances. The planning and design of the kitchen was very well done. I Was extremely pleased with all work carried out. All workmen were polite, arrived on time and made sure everything tidied at the end of the day. They kept me informed each day of the progression and what would be happening next and if I wasn’t happy with something they made sure it was sorted. I would (and have) recommend them to others.

Excellent customer service! We bought a Bosch upright freezer from Long Eaton Appliances in Jan 2023. When defreezing it yesterday I noticed the plastic cover for the copper heating tube (inside back) was dislodged, because of a lump on the tube. To check whether it was safe, I rang Bosch customer services, who told me their service personnel were not electricians so I'd have to get an electrician to look at it (at my own expense) and Bosch would "refund for the spare part". This didn't match the situation as I saw it, so I rang LEA and Sally the customer service manager understood the nature of the problem immediately; I sent her photos, she was able to contact the relevant person at Bosch and rang me back within minutes to assure me the join was safe, so I could replace the frozen foods before they thawed.

We had postponed having a new kitchen, as we dreaded having to experience poor quality units at high prices and shoddy workmanship. Thank goodness we found Mr. Ian Sowter at Long Eaton Appliances! From start to finish, Ian gave good, sound advice, no hard pushing just to make a sale! A caring, patient man who went above and beyond to make sure we were 100% satisfied and happy, every step of the way! Our many, many thanks to Ian; a brilliant man and certainly a great Ambassador for Long Eaton Appliances. Ian then went on to find us two first class men who take great pride in their work: our brilliant Kitchen Fitter, Craig who had an eagle eye for every detail and perfection and our equally brilliant Electrician, Mark. Both Craig and Mark clearly take pride in their work and as a retired Rolls-Royce man, I recognise exceptional talent and excellent workmanship. Craig and Mark paid great attention to detail and take pride in their work, no cutting corners for them; amazing workmen, sadly in our experience, not very often found these days. A project we were dreading, turned out to be a great, friendly and happy experience which we would recommend to anyone! We are now loving and enjoying our perfectly designed and beautiful quality, new kitchen, and all at a great price for good quality products; thank you for all the excellent work you did, meeting our budget and schedule and keeping us in the picture throughout the whole job.
