We have been in business for 25 years specialising in supplying, designing and fitting kitchens and appliances throughout the east mids . We have a huge showroom with a wide selection of Range cookers , built in and freestanding appliances. We also have a wonderful selection of both contempory and traditional kitchens on display in our kitchen showroom and our fully trained staff on hand to answer any questions you may have. Should you require a home visit from our kitchen designer this is available free of charge. My kitchen was started in February, it has been a very trying 4 months. The kitchen is good quality Long Eaton App have been quick to respond to my problems, but the fitting has been terrible. The kitchen was fitted before the floor was levelled, meaning my rangemaster cooker and fridge freezer, were taken out and put into a non water tight unfinished extension. In February we had to walk around the outside of the house morning noon and night, just to get some milk for drinks. This went on for 5 days. Floor finished the kitchen was refitted. Many problems along the way. One an electrical socket left over the sink in the utility room. 2 corner cupboard not fixed to the wall in kitchen. 3 extractor hose left hanging with dirt and grease from the wall above the units. Out of sight out of mind. I did wonder why my kitchen was so cold. 4 freezer put into a gap much too small, leaving no room for air to circulate. The kitchen has only just been finished. I just have to repair the damage to my wooden floors, they were not covered until, after I complained. The pillar in my front garden also needs repair, they hit that twice with a large van. I think the one thing that stands out for me, is seeing my brand new cooker and fridge freezer covered in dirt and dust standing in the freezing cold, then just brought into my kitchen and plumbed in not new and shiny any more. Would I use them again no. Although Long Eaton have good products, fitting has let them down.

Our kitchen was designed and fitted by Long Eaton Appliance Company and all our new appliances were supplied by them. The designer was very patient, helpful and never pushy with us during the design process. The kitchen fitters and all other tradesmen were friendly and professional and fitting was to an excellent standard. The whole process of removing the old kitchen and installing the new was excellently planned and, despite a few delivery problems which were promptly resolved, ran so smoothly as a result. We were kept informed of progress throughout and always consulted regarding any necessary tweaks to the original design. A great service and a beautiful new kitchen which we love using. We are so pleased with the result.

We were highly delighted with the service we received from our first visit to the showroom, to completion. Our visits to the were handled in a friendly and non pushy way with plenty of helpful advice. The fitting team were second to none. They were friendly, polite and made the disruption as pleasant as possible. They were always on time and left everything as clean and tidy on leaving. Their attention to detail was fantastic, giving us a light and airy, well planned kitchen, delighted.

They arrived prompt striped out our kitchen completely, and made a tremendous job of rebuilding the kitchen with units and appliances. The fitter, plumber, electrician and plasterer were all very pleasant and helpful young men. particularly the fitter (Craig) and the electrician (Mark). We also found the staff at Long Eaton most pleasant and very helpful without being pushy. We would be only to happy to recommend them.

Having looked for months for our replacement kitchen we were lucky to find these online and were pleased with the range of white goods and high end cooking appliances we eventually brought under the one roof. We also went into the show room and ended up buying a new fitted kitchen with granite worktops. The delivery men were professional and considerate and the fitters had the job completed to a high standard and as planned for when the granite company arrived to finish the complete project. Highly recommended to our family and friends with some already having brought replacement cooker and microwave.

We originally visited Long Eaton Appliance Company to purchase products from the appliance showroom and then we met Martin in Kitchen Design who was extremely helpful and professional and we pretty much placed the order there and then. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He worked out various designs and gave us advice when needed and we thought the overall cost was really good value for money. We chose Neff and SMEG appliances with Getacore work surfaces which all arrived on time as promised. We chose the fitting service provided by Long Eaton Company Kitchen Design and a guy called Craig fitted out units, sink and worktops - his workmanship was excellent and he was friendly and professional and a real credit to the company. We were thrilled with all aspects from start to finish and love our new kitchen. I would highly recommend Long Eaton Appliance Company and their kitchen design service without hesitation. Long Eaton Appliance Company gave me the confidence to have our kitchen re-done after much deliberation with my husband. We knew it needed doing but the thought of the mess and all that was involved put us off. However Ian and team did everything and held our hand along the way. Even when we changed our minds about aspects of the design or colours Ian was able to show us new designs so that we got just the way we wanted it. From design through to completion LEA were fantastic, they considered everything to make sure that our kitchen was exactly what we needed. Jim was patient and very thoughtful throughout the design phase and any questions were answered with confidence. Not only did we have a new kitchen but we had the whole bottom floor re-modelled, Wayne and his team were excellent in making sure the work was carried out to a high spec and on time. Really important with a young family. It’s only been a few weeks since completion, but I couldn’t rate LEA anymore, we are loving living in the new space. Sure there will be bumps in the road, but everything was dealt with swiftly and little impact to my family. Thanks again to all the team at LEA.

We had Ian from LEA come out to our home to give us an estimate on our kitchen renovation. Ian was very professional with his advice and even recommended his builders to give us an estimate on the building work we required. From start to finish LEA and their team worked together from Wayne PM and builder / plasterer/Mark the electrician and the kitchen fitter . Everything went smoothly and to plan . They were all very professional and skilled workman. The quality of the product is 100% We are very happy with our new kitchen extension. We recently returned to buy a new American fridge freezer for our utility room and Dave in store looked after us. I would highly recommend this company.

We were immediately impressed with Long Eaton Appliance Company’s kitchen department from our very first chat with Jim. He was helpful and answered all our questions, suggesting ideas we hadn’t thought of. We liked the fact that they completed all aspects of our kitchen including tiling and flooring to a high standard, a complete one stop shop. We chose a white gloss kitchen which looks modern and contemporary and is easy to keep clean. We are very happy with it and have had some lovely compliments. We were having some alterations to the flat roof on the kitchen extension and replacing the lighting and ceiling in the kitchen when we decided to have the fixtures and fittings replaced as well. Long Eaton Kitchen Company was the first of a number of traders we had decided to visit. Having visited the showroom and discussed our thoughts and preferences with the staff we asked them to give us a quote. We were so impressed we didn’t visit any other kitchen firm. Everything we had talked about was noted so the design produced ticked all of our boxes and more. We needed electrical work, walls and ceiling made good, as well as plumbing, new floor etc. The final quote included all the additional services. The craftsmen were all top of their trade. The removal of the old kitchen and fitting of the new took just over 2 weeks. It took another couple of weeks for final fixes to be completed but we had a functional kitchen in that time. We are extremely pleased with the quality and finish of units, work surface, electrical goods, lighting, flooring etc. There isn’t a thing I would change. I love it! Pam Hallam

A chance comment from a friend at the gym led to us visiting the showroom and meeting Jim back in late spring. Jim spent a lot of time with us at home, listening to what we wanted and suggesting possibilities, certainly giving us food for thought. After several meetings to finalise the design and choose our kitchen, we had our kitchen refitted in August. The team were Wayne, Craig, Mark and Matt. From start to finish the professionalism, standard of work and communication with us was all of the highest standard. The quality of the units, worktop and appliances is excellent and we wouldn't change a thing. Jim had 'tweaked' the design several times to satisfy our needs and budget. We were under no pressure to sign off the design until we were absolutely satisfied, which we really appreciated. The result speaks for itself. We're so thrilled with the kitchen that in the autumn we went back to have our utility room redesigned. We asked for the same team and had the refit completed in December. Once again the workmanship and quality were first class. We love our finished rooms as do our friends and family. The storage is amazing and we're delighted with the value for money. Would highly recommend anyone to use Jim and team. Would also add that everyone we met in the shop, showroom or who came to the house was approachable, professional and willing to go the extra mile for us. Just sorry we don't need any more work to be done! Thank you to all the team.

From start to finish it was a delight dealing with Long Eaton Appliance Company. It was so good to find a professional company that offers excellent value for money and carries out its promises to the letter. As soon as I placed the order Long Eaton emailed confirming the order, also the amount paid and delivery date. Although the appliance was not in stock when I placed the order, the company kept me informed regarding its delivery date and the appliance arrive exactly when indicated, which was only 1 week from the date of order. We received excellent advice from Jim, the kitchen designer, whose product knowledge was very extensive. He managed to accommodate all of our suggestions and requirements for both the units and the appliances into the finished design that we wanted. Craig the kitchen installer always arrived promptly as advised and carried the strip-out and installation in a professional and neat and tidy manner, including disposing of the old kitchen units and appliances. He is a perfectionist and his attention to detail and skill set quickly turned a bare room into a stunning kitchen. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he co-ordinated the plasterer and Mark the electrician who easily facilitated a new ring main to accommodate all the new appliances without any disruption. Throughout the kitchen installation we felt confident that we were in safe knowledgeable hands, with each step being explained, with what was going to happen next, etc. All the team cleaned up as they worked and kept any disturbance to an absolute minimum. The whole process from design to installation was professionally carried out, we could tell from early on that we were in safe hands and this gave us peace of mind. To conclude, the whole project was completed on time and within the agreed budget. Since completion, we have been contacted several times to see if we are still “happy” with the kitchen and if we are managing to use all the new appliances, etc. We would like to thank the team at LEK
