We’ve used Lock Security for many years and they’ve always been reliable, responsive, and highly professional. Their team is experienced, on the ball, and provide excellent customer service every time. In August we had an urgent issue at one of our buildings while I was away. We called Lock Security, and within the hour one of their operators was on site, released the locks, and got the job done quickly and efficiently. No fuss, no delays, professional service. We’ve never had any complaints, only positive experiences. Definitely a five-star service from all at The Hogarth Property Group (THPG).

An impressively quick response to my initial enquiry followed by an equally swift visit and resolution of the problem. During the first visit to fully assess the repair work needed, Saul secured the malfunctioning bi-fold doors and noticing a couple of issues with other locks which he fixed them on the spot. A second visit shortly afterwards, after parts had been sourced, resolved the original issue. No hesitation to call Lox should security issues arise in the future.

I call LOX Security early on a Saturday morning due to the fact I locked myself out! Having never called a locksmith before especially requiring an immediate response, I was a little apprehensive. From the off set LOX Security & Saul were just brilliant, definitely instilling confidence. Extremely professional asking all the right security questions to ensure I was the homeowner. I had an emergency situation, as we were unable to lock my elderly mothers front door, and we needed to lock up the house to get her to an important appointment. Lox security were fantastic, they really put themselves out to help me and visit promptly. When the came to do the job, they were quick, efficient, gave me a full explanation of the problem, and fixed it quickly and efficiently. The job was also very fairly priced. I have no hesitation at all in recommending them. One word summary - exceptional.

We inherited a big old lock c30 years old on our front door which has always been a challenge to open. It finally stuck leaving us unable to open the door. Saul came to the rescue and listened to my concerns about replacing it with something of an equivalent size to avoid carpentry to the old door. He did one better, he took the lock apart, got it all cleaned up and operational again and now it works very smoothly. He even removed some external paint to make it look like new! I love the fact he was prepared to take the time to revive an old lock in our throw away world. He clearly knows his craft and his attention to detail really shows in his work. Natalie was also very quick and efficient in her response to my initial email despite the fact she was on holiday! Strong communications and a choice of appointment times and prompt follow up. What a great and friendly team. I will be recommending them highly and definately using Lox services again should the need arise.

Very prompt and efficient. Excellent job (replacing lock) and good quality materials. But seemed very expensive - £170 to replace one mortise lock in wooden door.

LOX Security fitted our security bollard on our drive in April 2022. I was very impressed with their service from start to finish. Absolutely superb, very honest, trustworthy and a brilliant service. I located Saul and LOX Security via the Which Trusted Trader website. I had locked myself out of my new property and called Saul. He gave me a fixed quote on the phone and bear in mind this was later in the evening. He turned up and was very friendly and professional. He did his magic and very promptly got me back in to the house. Job done. However, the story does not end there. I explained this was a new house and a new lock which had not been demonstrated to me by the seller and he very kindly took the time to explain how to unlock and lock the door and for this particular type how the key needs to be cleaned regularly. He also let me practice a few times whilst he was there both inside and out. I explained to him I was not a big fan of these slam shut doors and would be looking to change to one which needs to be manually locked from outside. He then explained he could do it for me and would take a minute or two. That was very reassuring as I was worried we would get caught out again in future. He made the adjustment to the lock and it now works exactly as we wish. He did not charge me any extra for the advice or the adjustment. I can not thank him enough for his faultless service.
