I've used LS Heating & Plumbing Ltd to provide gas engineering services on a portfolio of properties I have. They do the Boiler Service & Gas Safety certs annually for me. I know ahead of the visit what the likely cost is - it is competitive and I get the all important pre-arrival call ahead of the visit so I don't waste my time hanging on for the visit. I also receive a text about a month prior to when the Gas Safety Cert is due so it works well. Although I missed one such notification, and was at risk of failing to meet the deadline, Heaven and Earth were moved to ensure we met the very short deadline.

Luc offered to assist and help with a small task of fitting a water heater to a sink in our workshop. He estimated works and turned up on time and promptly completed the task and found pressure issues and then a leaky joint in the existing system and had to source additional parts. All the time with a smile and keeping me informed he completed the job and charged very reasonably for his time and efforts and additional parts. Highly recommended and Thank you wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

Luc at LS Heating was swift to come and visit when our current boiler had reached the end of economical repair, he made a thorough inspection of the system to understand its workings/failings and discussed options with me. As a Chartered Surveyor, I had already done some homework and of course had some views! Luc put together a professional quote within a few days and was happy to recommend and use Hive controls to bring us into the current century. I had three quotes, LS Heating were competitive, local, approved and personally recommended. They arrived this morning as scheduled, laid protective sheeting from boiler to exit and set about methodically stripping out the old boiler and installing the new. End-feed copper piping used and soldered really neatly. Flue installed neatly too. Controls installed level and set up, system flushed, run up and balanced. Warranty and Gas Safe certificate sent through already. Would thoroughly recommend.

Luc came by at really short notice, with parts ready and was able to fix it quickly. It's been some months and the issue never returned. We needed a whole heating system upgrade -servicing existing Worcester boiler, removal of cold and heating tanks, supply and installation of new unvented hot water kit, circular pumps, valves, pipe works, and new horizontal indirect Tempest hot cylinder in the eaves. Luc gave us a great service from start to finish, was friendly and his attention to detail was really amazing. We arranged a date very quickly and the installation was quick (over 2 days), efficient, neat and tidy. He was very nice engineer whom l would recommend as well as the company. We are happy and highly recommend this company.
