I can’t say enough good things about Luc. I called with an urgent toilet issue, and he was at my home within just a few hours. Luc fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. It’s clear he’s extremely knowledgeable and experienced. He was professional, friendly, and made the whole process completely stress-free. I’ve spoken to Luc many times and he is always knowledgeable, helpful, and quick to respond. Most recently, he came out at short notice to resolve a heating issue I was having and took the time to clearly explain what the problem was and how it would be fixed. I've used LS Heating & Plumbing Ltd to provide gas engineering services on a portfolio of properties I have. They do the Boiler Service & Gas Safety certs annually for me. I know ahead of the visit what the likely cost is - it is competitive and I get the all important pre-arrival call ahead of the visit so I don't waste my time hanging on for the visit. I also receive a text about a month prior to when the Gas Safety Cert is due so it works well. Although I missed one such notification, and was at risk of failing to meet the deadline, Heaven and Earth were moved to ensure we met the very short deadline.
