We needed a whole heating system upgrade -servicing existing Worcester boiler, removal of cold and heating tanks, supply and installation of new unvented hot water kit, circular pumps, valves, pipe works, and new horizontal indirect Tempest hot cylinder in the eaves. Luc gave us a great service from start to finish, was friendly and his attention to detail was really amazing. We arranged a date very quickly and the installation was quick (over 2 days), efficient, neat and tidy. He was very nice engineer whom l would recommend as well as the company. We are happy and highly recommend this company.

Luc fitted new taps and repaired leaking pipe in my bathroom. He also fixed a blockage in my central heating system. He was reliable, knowledgeable and trustworthy.

There was an issue with the boiler pressure constantly dropping despite bleeding radiators and topping up the pressure via the boiler. Luc came by at really short notice, with parts ready and was able to fix it quickly. It?s been some months and the issue never returned. Luc was friendly, efficient and took the time to explain everything that he was doing.

Luc is a very thorough and competent plumber. He is quick to attend, is prompt and courteous. His most recent work was to source a leak, repair it and make good. We were very happy with the outcome, as we have been for everything he has done for us. His prices are reasonable and fair and he will always try and help in an emergency. We would recommend him wholeheartedly

Very knowledgeable and helpful - Luc recommended a new towel rail and fittings to replace our old bathroom radiator. Quoted and carried out the work very promptly. I would definitely recommend.
