Lukasz and Sebastian are professional, skilful and reliable workers. They replaced our large, old garage roof. The work was completed to a very high standard. Lucasz explained everything in detail as he went along and left the site clean and tidy every day, We were also impressed by his use of modern technology eg drones, to ensure that every aspect of what needed fixing was identified, and therefore, an accurate estimate was provided. We were delighted with the finished job and have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Replacement of bay window roof

Lukasz and Sebastion replaced a Bay Window Roof. The quality of the work and attention to details was outstanding. All aspects of the replacement from the felting through to addition of lead flashing were expertly done. The two aspect of the job which really stood out was the removal and reinstation of the existing cast Iron guttering and the quality of the lead work which is truly outstanding. Through out the job working space was always kept clean and tidy. I can, without hesitation, recommend Lukas and Sebastion

The quote was fair and reflected the work to be done. Lukasz and Sebastion turned up promptly each day and worked under some difficult conditions as the weather was extremely hot for most of the time(2 weeks) The major faults on the roof were identified and recorded on Lukasz's i phone which he showed me as the work progressed so that I was kept fully informed. The work site was kept tidy at all times so that we had easy access to the house. On a personal note both Lukasz and Sebastion were very pleasant affable individuals and were easy to talk to and easy to get along with. I have no problem in recommending them and would use them again if necessary

I rang the number and explained the problem. He said he would come around to the property 7 days later between 4pm and 5pm. He asked for my details to be sent. I emailed these confirming my appointment. He never contacted me.

Lucasz insulated and retiled a pitched kitchen roof and fitted a new solar controlled Velux roof light therein. He replaced a leaking ground floor bathroom roof with an thermally insulated epdm flat roof. The work was done efficiently, very professionally,and to the quotation provided. He started work ontime every morning and did not interupt the work to go off site for other clients. He communicated with us at meaningful stages of the work and kept us up to date with progress. The finished job looks great.

We had a leak in the roof of our garage / outhouse. Lucas responded quickly to our request for advice and quote. A complete side of the roof needed replacing new felt and retiling. The quote seemed appropriate and all work was completed within that quote, despite a couple of unexpected discoveries, including the end of a main beam being rotten and needed replacement. Lucas started work on the day he forecast and communicated well throughout. The site was always left neat and tidy. The finished roof, including some complex flashing, was well executed.

Reliable, high quality workmanship, excellent team, good cooperation with other trades, considerate. The job was complex, required investigations and later testing. All longstanding problems were fully resolved, with added Velux window installed. Excellent problem solving skills, and flexibility to accommodate changes during the works.

This is a great small building firm. They really know what they are doing. They provide competitive quotes and stick to them. They were considerably cheaper than a much larger builder that we had used before - and they were much more efficient. I would certainly use them again and have already recommended them to friends and neighbours. Their work is very thorough, tidy, and looks first class.
