Conducted leak testing on both dormers and adjacent main roof to confirm the source of the leak. The proposed best solution to provide the most robust result and aesthetic appearance. This included removing render to dormer walls, replacing damaged wood panels, some ridge tiles, and poor-quality lead work. New felt, battens and pan tiles were attached to the dormer walls. The work was completed to the agreed schedule, cost, and quality. We were impressed with his knowledge and willingness to ensure we would be happy with the outcome. His attention to detail and commitment to providing a first class job is commendable. Throughout the project, he updated us on the status and provided the opportunity to discuss and agree the actions he was taking. He maintained a clean and safe environment on our property. He has provided a 10 year guarantee for the works defined in his quotation.

Lukasz did a great job repairing our chimney which had been leaking creating a damp area on the chimney breast in our living room. He replaced the top two or three rows of bricks and re-mortared the top crown. He also replaced three tiles which had been damaged. We had some very heavy downpours a few days after the repair was completed and no evidence of any dampness on the chimney breast so a job well done. Lukasz and his mate completed the job in good time, left everything tidy, and the price was very good value.

Lukasz and team did a great job in fixing my garage roof which had previously been leaking for years. Lead was applied to seal the brickwork which makes the garage look tidier. No more leaks, even through heavy storms!

Lukasz and Sebastion replaced a Bay Window Roof. The quality of the work and attention to details was outstanding. All aspects of the replacement from the felting through to addition of lead flashing were expertly done. The two aspect of the job which really stood out was the removal and reinstation of the existing cast Iron guttering and the quality of the lead work which is truly outstanding. The quote was fair and reflected the work to be done. Lukasz and Sebastion turned up promptly each day and worked under some difficult conditions as the weather was extremely hot for most of the time(2 weeks) The major faults on the roof were identified and recorded on Lukasz's i phone which he showed me as the work progressed so that I was kept fully informed. The work site was kept tidy at all times so that we had easy access to the house. On a personal note both Lukasz and Sebastion were very pleasant affable individuals and were easy to talk to and easy to get along with. I have no problem in recommending them and would use them again if necessary

I rang the number and explained the problem. He said he would come around to the property 7 days later between 4pm and 5pm. He asked for my details to be sent. I emailed these confirming my appointment. He never contacted me.

Lucasz insulated and retiled a pitched kitchen roof and fitted a new solar controlled Velux roof light therein. He replaced a leaking ground floor bathroom roof with an thermally insulated epdm flat roof. The work was done efficiently, very professionally,and to the quotation provided.
