This is the third time I have used Lucas Plumbing and Heating Ltd and I have been really happy with the service offered. When I called to make a appointment for a plumber to come to my house, the girl that answered the phone was very helpful and arranged the time around my shift so I didn’t have to miss work. The Plumber arrived promptly on time and was very friendly and polite. Once he finished the work he explained what he had done and I was very happy to be able to use my hot tap again on my bath 🛁😃

I'm disappointed to have to write this review as have used this company many times, previously having received good customer. However, things have obviously changed I have received appalling customer service, the job wasn't fixed - short term solutions put in place so the property required several call outs. The lady in the office was happy to lose my custom even though I'm a regular customer for several properties and there's not been an issue in the past, just about says everything when a company no longer cares about its customers.

Luke arrived on time, took his shoes off!, got stuck in. He rehung the radiator, replaced the bath taps all within the quote (both time and price) would be happy to have him back for any plumbing problems. Thank you

Yearly boiler service carried out punctually, efficiently and comprehensively. Also, sound advice on draining and refilling the system provided free of charge. The combi boiler (Greenstar CDi 30) was installed by the same company 3 years ago and has been faultless throughout. Recommended.

I found this company on line & called them because I had a problem with an electric boiler & had no hot water! Their response was both knowledgeable & helpful. Ours was (for us) quite a big job ,a new oil tank and a new exterior boiler ,we found them skilled, proficient, punctual, polite,reasonably priced and everything was left clean and tidy. This was 5 star service at it's best and we would highly recommend Lucas Plumbing and Heating.

Our old gas central heating boiler was replaced with a new condensing boiler in less than 2 days with minimal disruption to the rest of the system. The existing opening for the external flue was re-used leaving a very neat finish on the outside of the house.
