Lucas were recommended by friends of ours, who had used them previously. From our initial contact the process was smooth and enjoyable. The supervisor who arrived for the reccy was polite and affable and very helpful around explaining the nature of the situation. On the day the plumbers were super polite and professional throughout the process. They managed to get everything done successfully and in a timely manner.
