From initial contact to every other dealing Lucas have been great. Haven’t managed to fix all of my issues (not of their making I hasten to add!!) but James was knowledgeable, neat and tidy and installed my new nest in excellent time. We still can’t work out why my heating won’t do what it’s supposed to but that’s an ongoing issue which I’ve asked them to come back and try to resolve and I have absolutely no doubt James will get to the bottom of it. Our hot water cylinder started leaking on the Monday and Lucas Plumbing came round the same day to drain the system and stop water leaking everywhere. The cylinder was 30 years old and needed replacing. We received a competitive quote the same day and the work was all done on Friday of the same week. A neat job and plenty of hot water now!
