We have used Lucas Plumbing for many years and would not hesitate to recommend them. We have had boiler servicing, repairs and even a new bathroom installed by them. Boiler was leaking and I was told that it would be better for me to have a new boiler as existing one is 8 years old. First visit was for a quote for a new boiler but engineer said it could be repaired and there was a lot more life left in the boiler. I appreciated not to be persuaded to have a new boiler and the fact that Lucas plumbing were prepared to repair it, thus saving me a lot of money as I am an OAP. Visits were on time and the work was completed satisfactorily.

We were very impressed with Lucas plumbing and heating We initially had two radiators replaced and were very happy with the quality of work, so much so we asked them to replace our boiler. A special thanks to George and Finn who were friendly, helpful and answered all our questions. My shower thermostatic bar stopped working. Apparently it was the 'cartridge'. Lucas Plumbing came and replaced it within 10 days of my initial call. A quick job and no mess left behind. The only downside... they don't take Credit Cards!

The company gave a competitive quote for a fairly complex system. They arranged the work quickly to ensure we had heating and hot water before winter. Arrived on time, wore PPE and arranged the work to reduce the impact on us. Very efficient, very polite and arranged on our behalf to involve the gas board to ensure a safe installation. The system is working well at present and I am very impressed with level of knowledge of all the people we dealt with. They are very approachable and I am very confident of their capability to assist with any unexpected issues should they arise.

This is the third time I have used Lucas Plumbing and Heating Ltd and I have been really happy with the service offered. When I called to make a appointment for a plumber to come to my house, the girl that answered the phone was very helpful and arranged the time around my shift so I didn’t have to miss work. The Plumber arrived promptly on time and was very friendly and polite. Once he finished the work he explained what he had done and I was very happy to be able to use my hot tap again on my bath 🛁😃

I'm disappointed to have to write this review as have used this company many times, previously having received good customer. However, things have obviously changed I have received appalling customer service, the job wasn't fixed - short term solutions put in place so the property required several call outs. The lady in the office was happy to lose my custom even though I'm a regular customer for several properties and there's not been an issue in the past, just about says everything when a company no longer cares about its customers.
