Came out promptly to mend our boiler, then came back the next day with parts. Just brilliant, had total confidence Lee was a man of his word. I must not lose his telephone number because feels like we have found a gem of an engineer.

Lee was very helpful and explained everything he was doing so I knew what was going on. He fixed the problem which he identified as lots of air bubbles in the flexitube that runs from the oil tank to the boiler. All proper tests were carried out like the CO and CO2 tests. I felt comfortable with Lee in the house and will use him for any issues and further needs like the annual service.

I have used LVG previously, but for the last 2 years another company serviced my boiler. Since they couldn't book me in until next January, I tried LVG again. It made me realise I should have used Lee all the time. Obviously, I can't comment on the actual work since I'm not an engineer, but Lee does inspire confidence and was very conscientious in ensuring that everything worked properly and efficiently. I would recommend him and will use him again.

Lee was excellent. Worked over the weekend to complete the work. Really satisfied. Even helped with extra work like guttering. A completely new inverted pressurised indirect 200L cylinder was installed in the loft with the old cylinder removed from the airing cupboard. Took lots of work and completed on time. I would recommend Lee any time for all plumbing work.

I first used LVG for an emergency call out for a gas leak a few weeks ago. This morning LVG serviced our boiler and did a gas safety report for us. Was very thorough and reassured that whilst our combi boiler maybe ageing, nothing needs repair or replacing, so no needless expense. The advice, keep the boiler until parts become unavailable. I’m happy with the service.

I contacted LVG with an urgent job (and a less-urgent follow-up task), and Lee set everything right in a friendly, helpful and — most importantly — reliable manner. He came exactly when he said he’d come, and he did all the jobs efficiently and well. He managed to help me clear a stressful situation with a minimum of fuss. I was asked by my boiler insurance company to get radiators power flushed luckily having knowledge of the property Lee contacted me immediately and advised not to do that as the pipes on radiators were too small and could cause further damage to property he then gave a quote to have them cleaned individually and did a great job which took longer than he thought but price remained the same very informative.

I had several various issues with my plumbing in a house I rent out. Lee was very direct and comprehensive in his assessment of my issues and talked me through the need and requirements of all the various problems. We both accepted that due to the complexities of the work he could only offer me a quote based on the hours it took and to trust him that he would work efficiently. I accepted this. Lee has kept my troublesome Ferolli Boiler going for some years, but last Thursday it broke down again and he advised me to replace it. He was able to get it working temporarily. He swiftly produced a detailed quote, which I accepted and the installation started on 2nd Feb and completed on the 4th. He and Will worked very hard with early starts and late finishes. I now have a fully functioning system plus 5 new radiators.

Lee of LVG once again provided an excellent service, right to the point only carrying out what was required rather than let the customer undergo unnecessary expenditure by buying items for the plant not requiring replacement. Lee kindly undertook a service of our gas boiler at very short notice when a non specialist general service company could not carry out a routine service. Lee was very professional, prompt and thorough, and we will certainly use his team in the future. He used Covid PPE correctly, and left the place spotlessly clean. Communication was also excellent, from the office.

From start to finish I would highly recommend Lee (LVG). Lee came round to assess the job and gave us a quote. This was a fixed price. A few days before the work was due to commence he sent a schedule of works confirming the work he would undertake. On the planned day he arrived (with his colleagues) on time and commenced converting a two boiler system into one. This not only required replacing the two existing boilers but also much of old pipe work some of which had been installed with the wrong type of pipe (copper not plastic). The work was finished to time and all the necessary checks were undertaken. They were tidy workers and everything was cleaned up. I was so pleased with the work that I asked Lee to change a leaky tap and sort out a couple of long standing issues with toilets in the house. I would definetly recommend LVG for all boiler and plumbing jobs and have put him on speed dial for any future work I might need. Great job.

We recently moved into our house and the boiler needed servicing. Lee arrived on time and completed the inspection, fitted a required new part and serviced the boiler. Lee explained everything in a clear and accurate way, he was efficient and highly skilled, I highly recommend him.

I found LVG Plumbing via Trust a Trader and booked Lee for a quote after seeing his 5 star reviews. He gave me a quote and was able to start work within a couple of days. Lee worked very hard over the next few days to get the problem solved. He was very hardworking and stayed past his quoted time for the job. He had to return to do a power flush to fully unblock the system which again he attended quickly and stayed past his quoted hours to get the job done due to unforseen problems with the system. Lee has since attended several times at no extra cost to empty the magnaclean to remove sludge that the cleaner he put in the system had dislodged as my mother is 90 years old and unable to do it herself. LVG is thoroughly recommended.
