At LVG Plumbing & Heating Ltd , we offer a 24 hour emergency service 7 days a week for all your breakdowns and repairs.

With over forty years industry experience we have the knowledge to handle any emergency and bathroom installation.

We can also offer a telephone service should you need advice in order to make your property safe.

I found LVG Plumbing via Trust a Trader and booked Lee for a quote after seeing his 5 star reviews. He gave me a quote and was able to start work within a couple of days. Lee worked very hard over the next few days to get the problem solved. He was very hardworking and stayed past his quoted time for the job. He had to return to do a power flush to fully unblock the system which again he attended quickly and stayed past his quoted hours to get the job done due to unforseen problems with the system. Lee has since attended several times at no extra cost to empty the magnaclean to remove sludge that the cleaner he put in the system had dislodged as my mother is 90 years old and unable to do it herself. LVG is thoroughly recommended.

LVG Plumbing and Heating ("LVG") undertook works to remedy "water hammering" within the kitchen mains cold water pipes and subsequently (at my request) to replace the waste water pipes and connections to the kitchen sink and washing machine. For both jobs: I was given a detailed explanation of the likely cause of the problem; a remedial works plan; and a detailed price in writing. The estimated price was reasonable and not exceed. Again on both occasions: LVG arrived at the agreed time; undertook the work in a professional manner; were very thorough - ensuring all elements of the associated plumbing were satisfactory too; LVG used good quality materials; when finished Lee explained what had been done; and showed us the work undertaken to ensure we were satisfied. Before leaving they cleaned up any mess. Throughout the period Lee was easy to get hold of and communicated well so that we had a high confidence he would undertake the works at the time agreed. The remedial works still look good (three weeks later) and the water hammering and waste water problem both seem to have been cured. In any case LVG have provided a 1 year warranty on all the works they undertook.

Installation of new Baxi Gas Boiler

Lee and his team from LVG installed a new Baxi 630 gas boiler, as well as updating other elements of the heating system. The team arrived at the agreed time and within half a day had installed a new pump and magnetic cleaner, as well as replacing some pipe work. System flush was also put in place. All of this work was fully in accordance with the detailed schedule we had previously received. Next day the boiler was installed and other work completed quickly, to a very high standard. Information regarding how to use the boiler and programmer were clearly given and all checks completed. As a Baxi approved installer, the boiler comes with an excellent 7 year guarantee (much better than the 2 years guarantee if fitted by non-Baxi engineers). Overall a first rate team led by Lee, who were friendly and worked efficiently to a high standard to complete the job quicker than we had anticipated. Very pleased with the completed work, and the team cleaned up fully before departing. Would fully recommend LVG for gas boiler installation at a competitive, agreed price.

Vailey came out immediately, stopped the water lead from the gas boiler. Next day replaced the faulty plastic part with chrome fitting, also installed a tap to isolate water in the future, plus full service, all explained! Best trades person I have every come across. Brilliant and very reassuring for a lone pensioner.
