Latest experience with Lee was due to a problem with a Carbon Monoxide detector that had resulted in the Gas supplier shutting off the gas. Lee attended very promptly thoroughly checked all appliances, identified the fault . ( Boiler flue blocked by overgrowth from next door) and restored the Gas supply. In addition he replaced the CO detector at my request. We have used Lee regularly for over the last 10 years. The first instance was for a boiler replacement for an ageing relative and he has since replaced our boiler. He has also provided ongoing annual service and support for the boiler and associated plumbing systems to a high standard. Lee has always provided quick responses to any of my calls or enquiries whether by email or phone and will always do his best to respond to call outs and emergencies even on systems he has not installed.

I thought I might have needed new radiators as they are 40 years old, trader came, looked around, no pressure - Said they would be fine and would just need flushing through with inhibitor. Very quick, efficient, explained what he was doing all the time. Everything left clean and tidy. I would recommend

I contacted LVG with an urgent job (and a less-urgent follow-up task), and Lee set everything right in a friendly, helpful and — most importantly — reliable manner. He came exactly when he said he’d come, and he did all the jobs efficiently and well. He managed to help me clear a stressful situation with a minimum of fuss. I’m glad to have found him and will certainly be using again in the future (though I hope I don’t have any plumbing problems for a long time!).

I was asked by my boiler insurance company to get radiators power flushed luckily having knowledge of the property Lee contacted me immediately and advised not to do that as the pipes on radiators were too small and could cause further damage to property he then gave a quote to have them cleaned individually and did a great job which took longer than he thought but price remained the same very informative.

I had several various issues with my plumbing in a house I rent out. Lee was very direct and comprehensive in his assessment of my issues and talked me through the need and requirements of all the various problems. We both accepted that due to the complexities of the work he could only offer me a quote based on the hours it took and to trust him that he would work efficiently. I accepted this. The work was completed ahead of the expected time schedule and a comprehensive check of the completed work was carried out together, with thorough explanations of the work that had been done. Lee is very professional in his work methods and imparts a craftsman's knowledge of his trade to the customer which makes him a reliable and trustworthy tradesman.

Lee has kept my troublesome Ferolli Boiler going for some years, but last Thursday it broke down again and he advised me to replace it. He was able to get it working temporarily. He swiftly produced a detailed quote, which I accepted and the installation started on 2nd Feb and completed on the 4th. He and Will worked very hard with early starts and late finishes. I now have a fully functioning system plus 5 new radiators.
