Excellent service once again from Lee Varney. Woke up on New Years Eve morning to find a flooded kitchen! Lee was in London but gave us great service on telephone to stop the leak until he was back in the afternoon to fix it. Excellent work as always. Would thoroughly recommend, very trusted trader!

I called Lee out to mend my immersion heater. He pointed out that only the thermostat needed replacing, rather than the complete immersion, charging me less than his original estimate. Also, free of charge, he advised me on the problems I was having with my shower pump. All in all just what I hoped a Which Trusted Trader would be and more.

Lee came out to us really quickly (about 1/2 hour after we called!). He found where the leak was and sorted it out simply and efficiently, with the minimum of mess. An estimate of the cost was given beforehand - so no surprises.

After becoming a homeowner only 9 days ago, I was devastated today to find no hot water and cold radiators. Noticing a fault code on the boiler and having no idea what to do, a quick Google brought me to LVG via Facebook. Lee talked me through the problem by phone and resolved the matter without even coming out "I don't want to charge you for something that can be fixed easily". Life saver!!! It's great to find a tradesman who is simply there to do a good job and help people, and isn't about ruthless financial gain. At a time when I needed it most, I was given a friendly and helpful service by a trustworthy and knowledgeable expert.

Billy works for Lee Varney at LVG Plumbing & Heating Ltd. Billy has just installed a new kitchen tap for me. Billy is a very nice and polite young man. He worked quietly and efficiently, did a good clean job and put everything back in the cupboard under the sink when he had finished the work. He arrived at the house with Lee on time on the appointed day. I would definitely recommend him.

Prompt service to an emergency. Lee Varney explained what needed to be done, gave a quotation for the work and did the remedial work on the agreed day.
