From the first moment my call was answered to the successful completion of the job I felt in knowledgeable hands. They went well above the standard of service I was expecting and explained everything clearly. I needed a new pump in the heating system that had been missed by two previous companies who had been suggesting more expensive options. I will definitely use them again as my first point of contact in future. Thank you.

This is the second year which I have used LW Gas for my annual boiler service. They have always been punctual, professional and friendly, and this year have ensured they've been Covid safe too. Communication prior to and after the service is always prompt and courteous. I highly recommend LW Gas and will continue to use them in the future.

From quote to finish no messing about prompt attention. Second time have used them for a boiler, moved this year needed new one, first port of call for us always had our boiler serviced with them to. Clean and tidy tradesmen, polite and professional. I also like they had an apprentice learning his trade.

Exceptionally helpful in planning the visit and taking extra care during the visit, due to member of the household being Immunosuppressed. This at a time when government and some companies have relaxed Covid19 safety requirements. Appointment was made on a day and at time to suit me. This was confirmed by email and a reminder sent the day before. Arrived on time, servicing the boiler and lounge gas fire was carried out in a systematic way, and he also flushed out Magna Clean unit and the engineer cleaned up afterwards. The actual cost was as agreed in advance.
