We were delighted with the speed of the response to this request, the radiator seam had split and urgently needed replacing. The engineer was clean, tidy and very efficient, making sure that the replacement worked, the system was refilled and repressurised and rebalanced. very pleased with the service, thank you

I have used this company for several years now, for my annual boiler service and for a boiler replacement. I have had no problems with them, finding them to be timely, efficient, tidy and courteous.

Contacted supplier had a call back within a hour quote sent to me contacted supplier to say I was happy with price knew that I had no heating or hot water.Came back with a day and time,turned up 3 days later Carried out removing and fitting the new boiler all done by 3pm.Explained how boiler worked went round checking radiators talked me through new thermostat.left said that old boiler and rubbish would be removed by 5pm same day and it was even rang to make sure it had been collected

Exceptionally helpful in planning the visit and taking extra care during the visit, due to member of the household being Immunosuppressed. This at a time when government and some companies have relaxed Covid19 safety requirements. Appointment was made on a day and at time to suit me. This was confirmed by email and a reminder sent the day before. Arrived on time, servicing the boiler and lounge gas fire was carried out in a systematic way, and he also flushed out Magna Clean unit and the engineer cleaned up afterwards. The actual cost was as agreed in advance.

I have been using LW GAS more years than I can remember. They are reliable and trustworthy, and I would recommend them Inequivacably. We have had a boiler change, change from single pipe system to duo over the years and never a problem from them. They can be trusted and do a great job.

Amazing team, First we had the whole system checked by Lee's team, at another visit Lee himself came and gave us advice about improving our heating and hot water system and gave us outstanding cost for the whole service. During the boiler replacement LW GAS's team were extremely careful clean and thorough during the whole process. They have completed the task quite efficiently and our home is now much more modern with the remote smart controlling system by Bosch. The water in the shower is much softer and pleasant. It was a true pleasure and ease dealing with LW GAS, highly recommend them to everyone.

Great service from LW Gas

We had the guys from LW Gas fit a new boiler and a couple of radiators just over a year ago, and in the middle of the heatwave of 2022 They were so polite and professional. They did a fantastic job, working through the heat in the smallest cupboard in the bathroom - I don’t even know how they did it, I would’ve melted!! Everything was finished to a great standard. They left the area tidy and clean and we were really pleased with their work. A year on, we’ve just had them back out for the boiler service and we were equally impressed with them. Punctual and polite. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them - very reliable and trustworthy

Really pleased with L W Gas. They done a boiler change for me recently. Lee Ward visited to complete a survey and a couple of weeks later, Lewis Ward visited to do the job. He brought an appentice with him and they were both very pleasent, friendy and very helpful. They just got on with the job. I left them too it and the job was completed without any problems at all. They explained everything and asked me if there were any questions etc. The whole job was carried out in a very proffesional way and they cleaned up, moved the rubbish and my kitchen was left very clean and tidy as though they had never been there. I would definately recommend L W Gas for any gas related work.
