I’ve used LW Gas for around 8 years now, and they have always provided an excellent level of customer service. The engineers always arrive promptly (often slightly early), and are always very courteous, and carry out their work to a very high standard of professionalism. I would not hesitate to recommend the company and cannot rate them highly enough.

We have had LW Gas coming to service our boiler for the last five years and they have been excellent. Martin serviced our boiler this time, he came on time very polite and friendly and sorted a couple of small problems out. Would definitely recommend.

We had our boiler fitted and radiators changed about 15 years ago by LW Gas and since then they have maintained and repaired the whole system. During the initial fitting and during the subsequent 15 years they have provided excellent service. They are courteous and efficient and have responded very promptly when we needed emergency help. They provide a good service at a reasonable price and I will continue to use their services for all my heating and plumbing needs in the future.

Efficient, friendly and helpful service from all staff. Good advice and prompt resolution of issues. Always use them for boiler servicing, and love that they send a reminder when this is due. Also, when our boiler needed servicing during the pandemic, the engineer was very covid aware and took all appropriate safety measures.

Full central heating system power flush. Removed old WB boiler and replaced with new Worcester Bosch boiler. Replaced old radiator. Lewis and Tom carried out this work to a very high standard in a friendly, efficient manner. They paid particular attention to detail and left everything pristine. They were an absolute pleasure to have in our home and they didn’t leave without explaining everything they had done and for us to call if we had any questions in the future.
