LW Gas is one of the best companies I have ever come across. Their workmanship is first class and communication exemplary. They first installed a new boiler for me in 2007 and I have used them ever since for all central heating, water or gas problems. I recently had to have the boiler replaced and they, as always, came up with the goods quickly, efficiently and with a smile. The workmen always clean up after themselves and arrange for the disposal of old parts and packaging. I am pleased to be able to recommend this outstanding company to others.

L W Gas installed my first ever gas central heating system in December 2016. I had been apprehensive about having the work done but I was pleasantly surprised that it was carried out so smoothly and quickly with little disruption. The team were very efficient, friendly and tidy and I have no hesitation in recommending them to others. The company has also carried out the yearly boiler service checks since then, the last being March 2022

Install New Heating & Hot Water System

LW Gas completed a full rip out and install of a new heating and hot water system. From start to finish we were really happy with the service, great communication, tidy work and brilliant immediate aftercare. The team ripped out our dated tank system and replaced with a relocated combi boiler over two days. Dealt with any unexpected issues efficiently and have delivered an amazing result which gives us more space and much more powerful showers. After care has been really good so far. Great local company striking a nice balance between personal and professional service.

Annual Service Boiler & Fire - Excellent

Exceptionally helpful in planning the visit and taking extra care during the visit, due to member of the household being Immunosuppressed. This at a time when government and some companies have relaxed Covid19 safety requirements. Appointment was made on a day and at time to suit me. This was confirmed by email and a reminder sent the day before. Arrived on time, servicing the boiler and lounge gas fire was carried out in a systematic way, and he also flushed out Magna Clean unit and the engineer cleaned up afterwards. The actual cost was as agreed in advance.

L W Gas came and conducted our routine boiler service and at the same visit conducted fault finding and repair on a faulty pump. The engineer was on time, polite and explained what he was doing throughout. The company also always provides clear notifications of all appointments and invoices with timely communications reminding of upcoming visits.

I have been an LW Gas customer since 2011 and can only praise and recommend them for all plumbing, heating and gas service requirements. Our experience of them over the years has been one of reliability, courteousness and excellent service. They have a good team of full time qualified engineers and technicians who are able to respond to customer needs from annual services, installation to breakdowns. Moreover, they have sufficient flexibility allowing them to react to breakdowns without significant delay, which sometimes can be lacking with other companies. I highly recommended them!

We have used LW Gas for around 15 years now. The engineers are always very efficient, polite, take care in their work and provide good advice. They were also on hand when our boiler broke down over one Christmas period. Have had 2 boilers installed over these years, new radiators, disconnecting gas fire and yearly servicing. Would not use anyone else now.

Efficient, friendly and helpful service from all staff. Good advice and prompt resolution of issues. Always use them for boiler servicing, and love that they send a reminder when this is due. Also, when our boiler needed servicing during the pandemic, the engineer was very covid aware and took all appropriate safety measures.
