I have always had great experiences with them, whatever I have needed they have come out to me quickly. I have had my toilet repaired, my boiler installed and serviced and a new shower installed! All done in a quick time and work carried out to a very high standard! Friendly and reliable team and I will always continue to use them. Can’t speak highly enough about the experiences I’ve had.

We chose this company over others as they are local and were on the Which? Trusted Traders list. We were not disappointed! Stuart, Patrick and Sonny turned up promptly on the appointed day and prior to commencing work, laid dust sheets over all areas leading from the loft to the outside. They were very friendly and entirely professional in their dealings with us and completed the boiler installation within the day. All debris was removed prior to their leaving. We would definitely recommend this company and will continue to use them for future services and any other associated work.

Great service and great lads. Honest advice initially about the state of the original boiler and then replaced and fitted within a week at a fair price. Really careful and tidy in the house, would 100% recommend.

I had my new boiler fitted by Stuart and his son. Arrived before 8 am dust sheets down and old boiler removed and new one fitted with the minimum of fuss and mess. Much appreciated as we had enough mess of our own having just returned from holiday the day before. All the old stuff was taken away. Stuart explained how new boiler worked and off they went. All completed with a pleasant manner as always as Stuart regularly services our boiler and always helps with any problems. Always comes back to us if I leave him a message. I have no hesitation in recommending him to anybody.

After 20 years of service my old combi boiler finally packed in. So, I asked my son in law who is a plumber if there was anyone he could recommend, he said without doubt Lyons Property Services Is one the best he has ever come across. Stuart came round to discuss the job and was very impressed with his knowledge and friendly advice. Stuart fitted a new boiler for me last week which I am extremely happy with. This boiler was a replacement for a boiler he fitted for me 18 years ago and which he has serviced every year since. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone looking to replace their boiler or for any other gas related work. I have always found Stuart to be totally honest, trustworthy and reliable and wouldn’t use anybody else.

Our gas boiler had served us well for about 15 years but was beginning to cause us problems. Stuart came to check it over, identified faults that had arisen since the previous service, and told us what we already knew... that it was time for a new boiler. He provided a very good quote within 48 hours, and once we'd accepted it, he quickly gave us a date for the job to be done, just 2 weeks later. He arrived on time, completed the job in a bit less than the two days that had been allowed, and left us with a boiler and thermostat system that work superbly. And cleared up and cleaned up everything. Cannot recommend more highly!

Having been called in to address failure of an aged boiler, Stuart provided a concise report on the condition of the old boiler and recommended renewal as being more cost-effective and efficient than repair. His quotation for supply & installation of a new boiler was competitive and he completed the work within a week. The new boiler is working as advertised and we are very happy with the work carried-out.

Stuart and Patrick were contacted through the recommendation of a friend. From contact to quote to installation was just two days. We had 3 quotes for the removal and replacement of the worcester bosch 4000. Lyons Property Services were by far the most competitive. Father and son arrived on a Thursday morning at 8.00 am, prepped up with dust sheets and were working away within 10 minutes. Not even a nice cup of tea could slow them down. As foster carers we are in and out all day. They just worked around this. On the day of installation a mains water pipe burst on the main road. Stuart explained all about water pressure and how this may effect our installation initially. Good advice. At 3.00 pm they had completed. Stuart then explained the worcester bosch 4000 to me in laymans terms and presented the manuals and instructions. He allowed me to use the panel and explained its basic functions. Having previously removed the old temperature regulator he explained how it could have been better placed. The one Stuart gave us is now in the living room not the hall as sited previously. One week later, after i bled a small radiator, the pressure dropped on the system. (My doing). I called Stuart for advice and he came the next morning. He fixed all of my DIY in 5 minutes, got the system back working perfectly and once more explained how to use the temperature settings for optimum use. In todays world i was impressed by the quality of work and after care service. Brilliant.

Had to replace 5 radiators and remove some old plumbing. Lyons Property Services were prompt, did exactly what they said they would do, had lovely customer service and I would say went above my expectations as well. Everything looks great and I would definitely recommend.

Stu was great from start to finish, initially contacted due to issue with current boiler but decided to replace. Never pressured on this choice, just gave good knowledgeable advice and options. Speedy, reliable service, both Stu and his son (who worked on the install with him) were very friendly and considerate. Explained everything, never complained, and completed quality work. Came back the next day to check all OK and tidy up a wire (even though it looked fine as was!). Price as per quote. Will 100% use again and recommend.

We needed a gas engineer in a hurry, to change a pipe in readiness for a new cooker. Was getting nowhere with other firms until I contacted Lyons by email. Stuart rang me almost immediately to arrange a survey visit. Survey duly done, quotation emailed to us, and the job was done just over a week later. Exactly the job that we needed, very neat workmanship, and a fair price. Couldn't have asked for more! Already lining up more work for them! They will be doing our central heating boiler servicing from now on. Sorry, British Gas, we've left you.

Stu and his team came to upgrade the extremely old boiler system in my new home. He took the time to talk through the options of boiler placement (it's a complicated layout in the house!) and got the work done quickly and without mess. The team also installed 2 new radiators, and Stu was really helpful in advising which ones to get. I can't rate them highly enough!

We have used Lyon’s Property Services for years Stuart fitted the central heating system initially and services it every year, excellent worker clean tidy very helpful and knowledgeable. He is approachable and I feel I can ask any question. The boiler is now 13 years old, Have no hesitation recommending him/company and will use him again when it comes to renewing the boiler. The price is as stated if we have had any problems nothing is too much trouble.

Contacted Lyon's for a quote, came out very quickly and at the time arranged. Clearly explained to me what was needed and made recommendations on best boiler for my needs. Fantastic price on quote. Arrived exactly on time for the job, and got going straight away. Explained process, and how long it would take. Very clean and considerate, putting sheeting down in work area and between rooms and telling me when there would be some noise. Job finished to a very high standard, no mess left at all Old boiler taken away. All works perfectly and as explained when quoting and definitely meets my requirements. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company. Very honest, very reliable, great price and excellent at that they do. Will definitely use this company again. A great experience.

I booked this company to carry out my own boiler service. The provider arrived on time, well organised with tools, meters and dust sheets. He informed me of the need for additional works which will be required at a future service. He carried out the work professionally and left the work area clean and tidy. He has previously replaced my boiler and more recently my daughters boiler which broke a two weeks before Christmas. She has three young children and they pulled out all the stops to get hold of and fit her boiler. In both cases the work was carried out as expected in a professional and friendly manner, leaving a completed test report covering the work in both cases. I would highly recommend them for boiler replacement, repair or service works.

Lyons Property Services came to service my boiler as he has done every year since he saved its life in February twenty eighteen. He was his usual friendly, helpful, efficient self. He was recommended to us by a friend whose boiler he services who was very happy to recommend him as, like us, he trusts him to do a good job. I really know if I am told I need a new boiler it’s because I do need a new boiler.
