The team fitted a new boiler. The whole job was carried out in a professional manner with very little fuss and mess. Michael is prompt, polite and respectful of his clients home. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their work to others.

I've been a customer since 2016, and Michael is always responsive, friendly and very competent. I've used his company for all aspects of plumbing and heating work and never had an issue. He's also really good at responding to heating emergencies. Prices are always fair. Today's job was diagnosing and fixing a boiler fault - as ever, done very efficiently and with a smile.

Got new boiler, pump, tank, thermostat installed replacing old one. Very pleased with the work. Reasonably priced. Most happy about post installation support, has been approachable whenever I had any concerns. Replaced a valve 12 months after installation under warranty free of charge. Very friendly to talk to and helpful.

Absolutely amazing service from start to finish. my old gas pipe to the cooker got damaged couldn’t be repaired has was going through a wall. so Michael come out and explained how he was going to do it. He went away and sent us a quote then he kept us up to date when the work would be done which was a suitable time and day for us. He came on the day got the job done for the agreed amount and left it clean and tidy. Very friendly always goes above and beyond. while he was here he also sorted a leak out on my combi boiler.

When my boiler developed a fault I had no hesitation in calling Michael. We've used his services before for a couple of boiler issues and he would always be my first point of call for any gas related issues. He remembered my boiler and was able to order the parts before calling to fix it today. His work is quick and efficient, clean and tidy. Everything was fixed within a couple of hours! He's so knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions I had. Thank you so much for another great job done.

I’ve had MB Heating out twice now, and can’t praise them enough! Michael and Carl have been out and been able to solve my problems right away, while being happy to explain every step and the issue that’s occurring. Left no messes and were exceedingly polite. Kate in the office is also a pleasure to deal with, and I have had no issues with communication, timeliness, or with the work done. Wholeheartedly recommended!

After numerous calls with British Gas, Michael came out to us through local traders. He was so helpful, found what was wrong with the boiler, kept us up to date on what was happening with a specialist part that needed ordering, and kept in contact with us. He didn’t stop until the job was done, and also followed up with us a few days later to make sure everything was still ok. Would definitely use him again and recommend to friends and family.
