Initially had a call from my mother (81) with loss of electrics 19:15, after driving over to Romford found a fault with the circuit breakers so I called MBM as I had used them previously, and explained that mum had no power on any of her sockets and as mum is housebound i was concerned. After taking a photo and sending via text to MBM an engineer (Mitchell) arrived within 10 minutes We were flabbergasted at the speed. within 15 minutes Mum was over the moon as her hero had reinstalled power albeit a permanent temp repair 20.30hrs. I received a formal quote within an hour and the work was scheduled to be carried out within 4 days later. They turned up at the exact time as per quote and the work was carried out in the most PROFESSIONAL manner. Well done Mitchell James and Martin. Cannot recommend this company enough.

This is the second time I have used MBM Electrical and I have once again been very happy with their work. They always listen carefully to my requirements and deliver the appropriate service. This time I required some new sockets, a light fitting fixed (not originally fitted by them) and a disused electrical cable made completely safe. They arrived promptly double checked my requirements and cracked on straight away. They worked constantly and cleared up any mess made and were polite and respectful throughout. Would definitely recommend MBM.

They came and erected 5 lights which turned out to be a faulty batch. As soon as we contacted them, they were straight round, to fit new units free of charge under warranty. We are very satisfied with the way they conducted themselves. Would use again.
