We began with a visit to the showroom. Liam showed us the options and asked about how we'd use the door, as in left wide open, only open to go in/out etc. He advised us about the cost Vs benefits of each door type. He then arranged Mike to measure up and cost the job. Mike was good at showing us that our usage would be better served with the cheaper of the 2 options, but he'd price both. A few days later, the quote arrived with the emphasis on the preferred option. Via email and a phone call we made our choice, sorted a fitting date and just waited for the date. We thought about a brickwork job we hadn't remembered and asked for Mike to come back and quote for it. Again, booked the job to fit in with the door fitters so we had all work underway at the same time. On day 1 of the brickwork, brickie turned up, got stuck in and made a dent in the job. Door fitters arrived day 2 and worked around the brickie. Day 4, all done, door working perfectly and the bricks looking really good. I'm surprised they could match the bricks as well as they did, because they are a bit hard to find. Liam, Mike, Jon, Paul, Dean and Phil all showed they actually enjoy what they do and care about getting it right. Brushing up after each day, hosing down to keep it under control, it's a pleasure to deal with these fellas. The price was very good, the service was excellent from the showroom to my house, being dusted down when they left. I'd recommend the company and its team.

MD Joinery lived up to their Which Trusted Trader status. The job itself (2 new doors) has been completed to the highest standard. The fitters were professional, diligent and left our house neat and tidy once the job was completed. All the staff have been excellent to deal with and are knowledgeable and helpful. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Good work done replacing our window glass . Excellent job done by Jason, Dead and,Paul . All worked their socks off and had to carry extremely heavy and large Pane up 3 floors , as was too big to fit in the lift. Would certainly use this company again , and no mess left behind .

We started out by visiting the showroom. We were immediately impressed with the Rock Doors to replace our existing double glass doors in the porch and also the solid wood front door. We were easily able to select the glazing style for the Doors and then for replacement windows we needed. Mike came to our home to measure up and then quote for the project. We agreed the project details, paid the deposit and agreed a date for fitting. Carne and Jason arrived on time and worked very efficiently to complete the project by the end of the day. We were really impressed with their skills and workmanship during the day. Now though a few days later I am even more impressed with the project as I am undertaking the small amount of decorating needed to finish things off. Many thanks to Mike and his team for an excellent job.

This company provides excellent customer service from start to finish, a fair price and a great job well done. I’ve just had new double glazing fitted by Krane and Eric and I’m delighted with it all. They worked so hard and everything was left neat, tidy and clean. Would absolutely recommend this company,

MD Joinery did a brilliant job replacing our windows and flat roof which were both well past their best. Working like a well-oiled machine they were efficient, skilful and always considerate working in our home. The job entailed a lot of unpleasant demolition which was undertaken smoothly followed by a thorough clean-up. A very professional outfit.

We have used MD Joinery once before. In 2020 we had a conservatory and 2 replacement windows done. We had a good experience then, so we approached them to replace 8 windows. Communications with MD Joinery were good, as they were last time. The installers did a fine job and, as important, they were considerate when working on our house. Whilst here, they also resolved a conservatory door minor snag - aftercare is a priority at MD Joinery, which is good to know. The project was completed to specification, schedule, budget and quality. We are once again very pleased with MD Joinery and are appreciative of their customer focus.

Done to the agreed schedule and budget by their fitter Karne who has done a great job fitting the doors and window, a super fitter who took has completed the fitting. They are a fantastic team and always do a brilliant job and are always on time, and met all my expectations. THANKS FOR A GREAT JOB.
