Thorough and reliable boiler service
Matt from MJ Burrells came out the very next day in an emergency to check my boiler and heating system which was faulty. He spent around two hours carrying out a full boiler service, thoroughly checking, testing and cleaning everything. The work was completed professionally, carefully and without rushing,m and everything was done as agreed. Matt was extremely knowledgeable, explained what he was doing, and gave helpful advice. What really stood out was the level of care and aftercare — he even checked in afterwards via WhatsApp to make sure everything was working well. Excellent communication, very reliable service and a genuinely professional company. I would highly recommend MJ Burrells to anyone in the local area.

I had an unattached pipe in my loft which meant horrible odours were circulating around my loft and home (yuk!) that should have been directed out of the roof tile. I rang near Christmas 2025 expecting to have to wait until the new year but the lovely Laura in the office (so empathetic and professional) managed to arrange for a quick visit that week to reattach the pipe. I have to say I was really impressed by the efficiency and knowledge of the plumber. Very happy customer and I shall be using Burrells again in the future. Happy Xmas to all of you!

We’ve needed a new boiler for at least 5 years and have been saving hard. Matt fitted a new cloakroom makeover 5 years ago and was our first choice of tradesperson as he was so great and lovely to deal with. His quote this time felt very fair for all the work required so we didn’t even bother to look elsewhere knowing we could trust him and the team to do a great job. They did a super job in just two days while we were out at work. Thank you again Team Burrell!

Had an ignition issue with combi boiler. Our old Plummer failed to fix the problem several times. Selected Burrells and Matt knew exactly what the issue was, ordered a new ignition cable - fitted it and boiler is like new again. Great job
