Although Matt just came to do a boiler service, he spent extra time checking all radiators and giving helpful advice about our newly moved-into property. Very grateful to receive such careful attention from an expert in his field.

Matt and his team were very professional from start to finish. They installed my boiler in a day but had some frustration from the Gas board as they were unable to turn the gas meter back on due to its age. The Gas board were not helpful so the job took longer than it should have. The work was completed efficiently after that and everything was cleaned up. Whilst working in my home I found the team to be very respectful and considerate and will not hesitate in using Matt and his team again and will certainly recommend him to friends and family.

MJBurrells responded to an emergency call out of hours and was able to initially talk me through the plumbing issue and provided reassurance regarding the overflow of a bath. MJ Burrells then came out to fix the issue as soon as they could and completed the repair to a high standard and with excellent customer service.

Matt has done a fair few jobs at my home and I can review him and his team very highly. He is considerate and patient, making time during a recent suspected gas leak to prioritise popping by. He is always extremely thorough and a very smart young man.
