Matt has been servicing our boiler after we were referred to him by our previous plumbers, who couldn’t fit us in. He is fabulous and so kind and friendly. He has completed emergency work for us, when our boiler started leaking through our ceiling. No fuss and super stress free. More recently, his engineer Alfie came and fitted our new electric shower and fixed our toilet, and Matt came and did the boiler service. Great communication, and so reasonably priced. Would recommend them to anyone!

Matt and the team fitted a new boiler, tank, and 16 new radiators over 5 days. Arrived promptly every day, worked a full day, tidied and cleaned up at the end of each day, and were really respectful of the house and me working from home! A really nice team that made the disruption bearable! All rubbish was removed on completion of work, and Matt took care of the paperwork regarding guarantees. The quote was not the cheapest we had, but it was very fair and well worth it.

Matt produced an accurate quote based on the job description and photos sent to him. He kept us informed of when the work would be completed. The 2 lads he sent were very polite, helpful, and efficient. They did an excellent job in the allotted time that Matt had quoted. All areas were left very clean and tidy. They talked us through the new shower and ensured we were left with the leaflets to support further. The second time we have used them, and extremely pleased with the service. Great work at an excellent rate. Nice to find a company that doesn't want to rip you off. Will use again and have already passed details to family/ friends should they need anyone in the future. Matt and his team were very professional from start to finish. They installed my boiler in a day but had some frustration from the Gas board as they were unable to turn the gas meter back on due to its age. The Gas board were not helpful so the job took longer than it should have. The work was completed efficiently after that and everything was cleaned up. Whilst working in my home I found the team to be very respectful and considerate and will not hesitate in using Matt and his team again and will certainly recommend him to friends and family.

MJBurrells responded to an emergency call out of hours and was able to initially talk me through the plumbing issue and provided reassurance regarding the overflow of a bath. MJ Burrells then came out to fix the issue as soon as they could and completed the repair to a high standard and with excellent customer service.

After assessing fault on old boiler a replacement Viessmann was fitted along with p/p and 3way v/v. In addition a desairator and magna clean units were fitted. The work was completed within a day even though an electrical fault was found and completed by an electrician. This was done with no extra charge! They were professional very polite and helpful. Cleaned up after all was finished. Called back that night to check all was OK and a day later. A trader to recommended. He was found on the Which Trusted trader site.

Great communication although the plumber was a little late arriving he kept us in the loop which makes a great difference. Worked methodically through our system quickly identified the problem re set the system and stayed to make sure everything was working. Good to get a follow on call to check all was well.
