I have been a customer of Mark now for 7 years, and annually he does an excellent job pruning a very large hedge, approx. 3m high and 10m long, as well as 12m of pleached Hornbeam, that both border my garden. The work is always charged as per the agreed quote, the team are always punctual, polite and they clean up/remove all the waste. I would always recommend this company, and I am planning to have them remove a large pine tree in the New Year.

20' long, 7' high hedge between ourselves and a neighbour had become very overgrown and needed trimming and some shaping. Also wanted an old ash tree stump ground down. Mark and his team of 3 turned up on time, fully kitted out and had both jobs done in about 2 and a half hours. They were friendly, professional and knew exactly what they were doing. Thoroughly cleaned up after themselves and actually think they left the area tidier than it was before they started. Very happy with their work and would highly recommend.

I needed my large cedar tree in the front garden reduced and thinned out. Over the years I have had issues with numerous tree surgeons but with Mark, I found a team that were highly skilled, professional and passionate about their an excellent job. They did not disappoint. I will certainly be using them again when I have further tree work.

Superb job, excellent price. Mark and his team rescued a tree removal job that we had originally arranged with someone who came to our door offering tree surgery services and who had completely botched the job - destroying two of our garden steps, as well as a neighbour's fence panel - and only successfully removing the very top of the tree. Mark's team removed the entire tree quickly and safely, we're delighted with the result. They also spent time cleaning up the area afterwards - it looks tidier than when they began. Would absolutely recommend and would happily use again in the future.

I would highly recommend M&J Tree Specialists. Mark and his team dismantled a 50ft pine tree in our garden which bordered on our neighbours’ property on schedule and for the agreed fee. The work was carried out in a very professional manner with information provided and advice given throughout. Following completion of the work the team thoroughly cleaned up wood debris from the garden. In addition, M&J went the extra mile by assisting with the temporary removal of a fence panel which was necessary to allow access for a cherry picker.

Mark and his team did a great job today, with extensive cutting back of conifers, beech trees, sycamore silver birch and hazel, and shaping and tidying of a long privet hedge. 4 person team with top equipment got the job done smoothly and quickly. My neighbours gave me a bottle of whisky to say thank you for getting such a good job done!
