From his initial scoping visit to the completion of the work, Shaun and his team were fantastic both with the heat-pump work and the bathroom refurbishment. Having just moved into our new home, a very quirky wood-built house, we wanted to move on from a gas to a heat-pump system. We didn't know any trades in the area so were nervous about who to choose. Shaun's visit reassured us - not just his obvious technical knowledge, but also his ability to look for solutions to potential problems. At the same time we drew his attention to our bathroom, which was in urgent need of refurbishment, something that his firm was well placed to sort out. Both jobs were completed over a period of three and a half weeks, though Shaun had been working for some time prior on the technical aspects of the heating system to ensure maximum efficiency, and we couldn't be more satisfied with the outcomes. The bathroom was totally refurbished - tiles, floor and all the sanitary installations - and looks great and, importantly, fully functioning. The heat-pump system was obviously more complex entailing new radiators as well as the pump and water cylinder. That work required a lot of problem-solving due to the nature of our house, all of which the team took in their stride with humour and skill. We have no hesitation in strongly recommending Shaun and his team. Their positive attitude and cheerfulness, even when encountering a problem, ensured that we were fully informed and comfortable throughout.

Shaun and his team did a truly excellent job installing a new hot water system and boiler in our Victorian property. They were joys to have around the house for a few days. Thank you so much indeed.

We have a newly built house (2025) with underfloor heating and a heat-pump, which has never worked correctly. Shaun was asked to look at the system by our builders and he diagnosed the wrong size pipework had been installed to the heating manifolds. He spent 4 days here with his team and replaced the originally installed pipes to the correct size. We now have a lovely warm house, first time in 12 months. Shaun has been amazing the whole way through, his knowledge of this new heat-pump technology is outstanding. His advice and support has been fantastic, considering the original instal was nothing to do with his company. We were having a heat pump system put in to replace our old storage heaters. Shaun talked us threw the whole system in easy to understand language. He turned up on time to all the preliminary meetings and patiently answered our questions. The team turned up on time to start the work and were polite and friendly. The job was finished in a week and we were left with just a small amount of decorating where two old heaters were. They double checked that we were ok with the sighting of the rads and water tank before fitting The neatness of the work was excellent with the minimum of pipework on show. Totally professional and felt comfortable with the team in our house. Highly recommend them and will definitely use them for our servicing.

Heat pump failed to deliver hot water to underfloor heating system during a very cold week. Contacted M&M and spoke with Shaun who more or less diagnosed problem over the phone. He arrived the next morning and within fifteen minutes had confirmed the diagnosis and rectified the problem. Excellent, friendly and efficient service thoroughly recommend this company.
