We were visited promptly for a temporary fix to our underfloor heating just before Christmas, followed by a further visit to carry out a full repair and boiler service. All work was carried out well and tidily and clear advice was given to us to improve our system. We also had a minor issue with one of our radiators which was also rectified whilst on site. Very happy with the work carried out, will use again and would recommend.

Martin and his son have done some excellent work for me over the past 3 - 4 years. They replaced a defunct central heating boiler, and designed and refitted my bathroom. Most recently a leaking hot water cylinder was replaced within a couple of days of me making them aware of the problem. Work is always done to budget, of high quality of workmanship and with the house always looking tidy afterwards. I have always found them very helpful and knowledgeable. Phone calls, voice mails and emails are always answered promptly

Martin came and removed an old gas pipe for me. He was prompt, efficient and very knowledgeable. We was able to advise on some additional works I am looking to have done, including a boiler replacement and replacement radiators. I now plan to use him for this work. I would highly recommend.

Called for help for vulnerable residents to fix 2 leaking sinks and replace fault shower and water pump. Martin attended quickly, was polite and understood what was needed immediately. Arranged this in double quick time, well communicated and everything was fixed super quick the next day. I was amazed at the speed of service. Great service at a reasonable price, highly recommended. M&M Gas Services have been used by me on almost a daily basis for over 5 years now and colleagues for over 15 years in a professional capacity for a leading letting agency in St Albans. I have also used M& M Gas Services for works within my own home and for family doing all types of works from boiler services to new central heating systems and bathroom fitting. They are a joy to work with being very friendly, proactive, reliable and willing to go above and beyond to help. On rare occasions there have been problems but always advised of the need in advance of agreeing to works. Repairs are completed to complete satisfaction, in a timely fashion, feedback is always detailed and on the very odd occasion there is a small hiccup this is always resolved swiftly without any qualms. I highly recommend M&M Gas Services!

THeir work is of a high standard, they are timely, responsive and always happy to help. They are also near and tidy tradesmen as well as honest and reliable! Martin is very helpful. Anything urgent he and his firm prioritise. Frequently, they let themselves in with a spare set of keys and are reliably left to undertake work on their own.

Used them for various thing including; boiler replaced with a combi boiler in different location, toilet fixed, taps changed, and landlord annual gas safety checks on three properties. Very happy wit hthe work, you get very fast responses and I trust him to go into properties without me present. He was recommended to me by Leaders lettings agency when I purchased first rental property in 2006 and Martin has never let me down with his reliable and speedy response to any tenant issue.
