Mark has replaced floor joist and boards, new internal doors. Mark will be installing my new kitchen and putting up new shelving in my sitting room and new flooring throughout the house. The work that Mark has done so far has been of a very high quality and I have no hesitation in recommending him.

I have contacted MRK Joinery on two occasions and both times they have never got back to me. I have emailed the address given within his portfolio on the Which Trusted Traders site and he has never got back to me to either say he can do the job or no he can't. I've been completely ignored. This is not the kind of service I expect from a Which Trusted Trader as I thought they were chosen for the customer service as well as their professional service.

Mark fitted a kitchen for me and laid hard flooring throughout the lounge, hall and kitchen. I have no hesitation in recommending Mark. Mark is like an old-school artisan, taking pride in the quality of the work he does. He always considers what will work best for the customer, making suggestions for improvement and does the little things to make sure the job is completed to a higher standard than you actually asked for! He worked hard to ensure the job was completed on time despite unexpected setbacks in delivery of the kitchen and uncovering a pre-existing, undiscovered leak under the French Windows.

Fitted new kitchen, cupboards, drawers, work surfaces, arranged plastering walls, refitted new and smaller kitchen window and plumbing of units. New window to front of house, bathroom and floors throughout the whole downstairs. Mark is an excellent tradesman, workmanship is to a high standard in all areas. The kitchen and house has been transformed as a result of his work. He manages his time well, works efficiently and keeps you informed of his movements and times. He solves problems that come up. He is trustworthy and honest, I could not recommend him highly enough. Use him he's great!
