We had our flat painted/decorated and cleaned by Mario and team to prepare for a sale. They did a good job and the flat looks good as new. Mario project managed this from start to finish. I gave him the keys on day one and collected them from him at the end of the project. Mario sent me updates on WhatsApp, including a nifty mid point video. They left the flat clean and tidy, and I've not had any complaints from the neighbors about noise or disruption.

Makoexpert - Mario and his team were great when we recently hired them to repaint our entire house. They were timely, dedicated and precise. The job took place with me and my family in the house and they were flexible and considerate whilst still being very hard working. Indeed, we had a strict time limit and they worked some weekends and evenings to ensure they were done on time. Mario and his team were always friendly and polite throughout. They were also very clear at communicating - what was needed, when things would be done etc. They were good not just at the basics of the job - ie painting all the rooms, but also other details like installing dado rails, minor carpentry and silicone replacement in the bathrooms. They even cleaned the windows when finishing the bedroom at the top of the house! Mario also engaged with us and helped think through problems we met along the way together. All snagging requests were dealt with in a timely manner. The house was left clean and tidy both during the job and at the end of the job. Overall we are really happy with them. They were extremely professional and good to work with. They were competitive on price and diligent on execution. I would certainly recommend Mario and his team for other jobs and am confident we will use them again when we next need and refurbishment work done.

Mako Expert were set the challenging task of painting our entire house in under a month. They did a brilliant job.l, and completed 2 days ahead of the deadline. The communication about what to expect, which rooms would be completed when, payment schedule, cost of paint, exactly where one colour should end etc was absolutely excellent. The painters were all professional and reliable, with protection put down to protect our flooring, lights etc. Mario did an excellent job of managing the project, ensuring I was happy with the standard of the work and communicating options for additional work. From my initial email Mario phoned me the next day and was able to give me a confident quote over the phone, to which he stuck to, and explained exactly what work it would involve them doing. The work was undertaken by one of his team, and Mario oversaw the work by dropping in most days to check progress. He was super responsive during all aspects of the job. I felt very assured by the quality of the team and asked for quotes and work for several other jobs around the flat, for which Mario quoted each and clearly explained what would be covered, giving fixed prices for all work. Mario clearly had a lot of experience but then also brought in his gas engineer and carpenter as part of the quoting and work for specialist parts of the job. They brought all the professional equipment needed such as the wood- shaving machine to take some layers off the door bottom. They were more than happy to pick up all the small points I noticed during snagging, and I always felt like my satisfaction was their primary priority, always more than happy to discuss my needs, the work, and their approach.

Mario and his team did a great job of completely renovating the top floor of my house. 3 Bedrooms, walls, floors, including some tricky challenges they found in my underfloor, they were able to resolve them creatively and to really high standards while keeping me informed of my options. I will call them again for my next project.

I used MakoExpert to do a range of work, including plastering, painting, brick pointing, carpentry, decking, electrical work, and some other repairs. I chose them due to the previous Which Trusted Trader reviews. Mario was very professional, and put down materials to keep the floors clean from dust while working, and used DeWalt and Mirka machines to work. He kept me informed of work progress, and proposed a range of other things that he thought should be done. The final work done is good and I'm happy with the flat. The only thing to consider is that it ended up being a lot more expensive than I had thought, and I ended up paying over double the initial contract from additional work (a lot of which was quite essential to do but was gradually added on), materials, etc.

Mario and his team did a great job on our house across a variety of different issues including roofing, pointing, general repairs. Mario has a keen eye for detail, is scrupulous is his approach and always provides solutions. He and his team are the tidiest and cleanest builders and always left the working area in an immaculate condition.

Mako Expert are a totally reliable and professional company that I have recently used for external painting of my house. They are trustworthy and completed the work to a high standard of finish. Queries were answered clearly and swiftly and their staff are well trained and the continuity they provided over the several weeks of the work was excellent. The office was efficient and the use of other professionals to whom they delegated work was also extremely well managed. They kept the site tidy and clean and well protected throughout. I recommend them very highly.

For the second time in the past 12 months, we have just used MakoExpert to coordinate and carry out a significant amount of work at our Buckinghamshire home. Our 5-bedroom detached house had been rented out for six years while we were overseas and was in need of substantial care and attention to return it to its original (new) condition. This was a large and complicated project that took place over a period of three months, with Mario leading teams of specialists to address items including interior repainting, grouting renewal, French polishing of a heavily scratched oak staircase, carpet removal and relaying, garage heating installation, garage floor painting, repainting of all window frames, renewal of all caulk linings throughout the house, overhaul of all doors and drawers to ensure proper opening and closing, deep cleaning of kitchen and utility room, testing of underfloor heating and associated IT controls, full electrical testing and repair, full heating system testing and replacement of boilers and pumps, plasterwork repair, and numerous other repairs and upgrades (e.g. window closing mechanisms, light switches, door stops, toilet flushing, window locks). The brief was essentially to make everything new again, as if the property had never been rented, and we simply couldn’t have achieved this without having someone we trust take care of everything. MakoExpert were excellent on every front. We recommend them strongly to anyone with a large or complex project.

I much appreciated the firm’s thoroughly professional approach. I was given a clear schedule of works, with costings, which was consistently adhered to. As the need for various further work became apparent, costings for those were promptly provided, and the additional work was carried out in an efficient and timely manner. All the work was done to a high standard, and I was regularly invited to inspect it. I had confidence in all the builders and decorators involved, who were consistently courteous , expert, conscientious and hard-working. The entire project was far from cheap, but executed to a high standard.

I asked them to refurbish a London flat, mostly complete redecoration. Mario and Joanna were very efficient and always got back to me quickly. Mario has good attention to detail and spotted other jobs that needed doing (all of which were then costed extras). The finished result is good. He is pleasant to deal with on site and works hard with his team to get the job done. Materials are generally not included on the quote and are bought at cost price. Leftover paint etc was offered to me to keep. The contract system included Stage payments and seemed very professional. It was pricey I think, with the disposal of rubbish being an optional costed extra (£300+VAT) when I’d expected it to be included. Mario was upfront about this from the start though. The final result is very good, so I may have paid more than I might, but a good result completed on a tight schedule was appreciated.

We needed some plastering work done on our walls. We engaged a number of vendors but Mako were the most in-depth and willing to come back to all of our follow-up questions. The quote was the priciest of all of the quote we received but we feel that we got good value for money: Mario was very responsive during the work; the job was done to a very high quality level and most importantly, they were very diligent about the post-work clean-up and waste removal.

We live overseas and needed a trustworthy and high-quality team to do a number of jobs at our five-bedroom detached home outside London, in our absence. MakoExpert took care of it all, including: repairing all window frames and doors to address weather-induced damage (including wood rot); rebuilding a first-floor balcony to give it a properly waterproof base and fit wooden decking; unblocking all guttering; identifying and replumbing an internal leak above the attached garage, with ceiling repair; advising on future interior refurbishment. This was a sizeable project that required full scaffolding front and back, and a crew of several individuals. The team was on site for two weeks. Mario kept us updated regularly with photos, videos, WhatsApp messages and calls. He was completely transparent throughout and ensured we were able to make informed decisions on issues discovered as work progressed. Joanna ran the administration, producing a clear contract, quotes and status reports to follow Mario’s on-the-ground feedback. All elements of the jobs were priced. The work was done to an excellent standard and we will have the team back next year for interior work before returning to live in the house. It’s refreshing and reassuring to find a business that delivers both technically and professionally, not least in the building trade. MakoExpert are such a business.

MakoExpert Ltd sent us a schedule of work with a starting date for scaffolding to be erected. All went exactly to plan. However, once the scaffolding was up it gave Mario a close up view of pipes without covers sticking out of the wall and some sewage pipes that were insecurely attached to the walls. Mario sent us a clear new estimate of what further work was needed. He brought in a specialised roofer who recommended how a small extension roof should be repaired, with an estimate. He also quoted for a complete refelting etc of a first floor balcony, from where water had been leaking into a pair of columns at the front door. All these new quotations were accurate and covered the amounts we were invoiced for. The work done was of the highest quality. There was minimum disruption of the household while work was in progress Mario paid us a courtesy visit every morning, reporting on ptogress.

Mario and his team did an excellent job and were so easy to work with. They were very professional and communicated well, keeping me informed about progress and timings etc. I originally contacted Mako to repair a hole in the wall and to paint a couple of rooms in my flat in preparation for sale. Mario was aware that I am looking to sell and made some excellent suggestions for additional pieces of work that would be good to complete ahead of sale (e.g. repairing the kitchen kick board, grout and silicone replacement in the bathroom, maintenance of door handles etc.). Mario was very good at explaining the options and work being undertaken at each stage. The work was performed to a really high standard, and they left the flat in a perfect condition on completion of the work (no dust, damage etc.). Joanna in the main office was also easy to deal with, and the invoicing process was really clear. Overall a fantastic job and I would definitely use Mako again.

Quoted me £6000 for laying 60m^2 of laminate flooring, that is £100 per m^2, which is almost unheard of. Different builders have quoted between £1500 and £2500 for the same job. As he was my first quote, we arranged to meet in person for a more detailed quotation on a few additional points. Initially, Mario was very friendly, but I was disappointed when he proposed just using scotia/beading around the flooring, without proposing any alternatives, for £6000 I'd at least expect him to replace the skirting. Mario also suggested that he could get a cheaper price for the flooring if I bought it through him, this is often no longer true with online wholesalers, he would know this. Having got a couple of new quotes since provisionally accepting his, I mentioned that his wasn't very competitive and that I'd be looking for closer to £1000 to £2000, he then got angry, accused me of 'wasting his time', and threatened to try to invoice me for his petrol and congestion charge. When I asked if it was because he doesn't like laying laminate flooring, or if the job was too small (I mentioned that we'd get him back to do the kitchen and bathrooms if all went well), he denied that this was the reason, and that this was just his price. It appears Mako Expert profits by charging extortionate prices to those who don't know better (as emphasised by his quote), and then doing decent but not excellent work (as emphasised by him proposing beading and not skirting replacement).

I asked Mario and his team to paint three rooms in our grade 2 listed home. When they arrived, the electricians had left the rooms in quite a bad shape and made some damage that Mario hadn't seen when he quoted for the work. We were working towards a really tight timescale, as we'd booked carpets being fitted and moving in. Despite all of that, Mario and his team were unfazed by the unexpected work, talked me through how it could be fixed and reassured me from the beginning that they could handle it and still provide great results in the timescales we'd agreed. Wow! They didn't disappoint. The team worked so hard to get everything done in time for us and the results were incredible. The finish they achieved was unbelievable, considering the state of the plasterwork and woodwork when they started. The rooms look brand-new, even though the house is hundreds of years old. We weren't living in the house, or nearby, when the work was being done. So Mario messaged me regularly and called every evening to let me know how the work was progressing. That level of communication and management was excellent and beyond what I expected. Once the work was done, Mario insisted on doing the handover in person and used a high powered LED spotlight in each room, to make sure I could see there weren't any floors. They left the house immaculate, having cleaned up after themselves and the other tradesmen and left us all the unused materials for us to reuse. I can't recommend them enough.

Mario and the team from MakoExpert carried out a major refurb on our large apartment in London after we moved back from abroad. All the rooms were painted, plumbing works in both bathrooms, installing new lighting, repairing decking in the outside area, and a number of smaller jobs. Every job was performed with a huge amount of care, and the results are fantastic. The flat was thoroughly prepared in advance to minimise mess / disruption, and on every visit during the project, it was obvious that the team took great pride in their work, and in looking after the property. We found MakoExpert through online reviews, and our first meeting with the project manager Mario was very positive. He made great suggestions on what to fix, and was very transparent on costs and timelines. The work was carried out very professionally, and we are delighted with the results. We would recommend the MakoExpert team for any decorating / refurbishment work.

Mako Expert was recommended and selected to do repair and decorating work both outside and inside our flat. Mario of Mako Expert conducted both the briefing and the works himself. He has a strong work ethic and prides himself on delivering a high standard of finish. He also has various tools and machines which helps deliver a good finish and save time. Joanna of Mako Expert managed the contracts and invoicing and was efficient answering my questions. I was pleased by the attention to detail showed by Makoexpert. This included covering all flooring and furniture to protect everything. Whenever I raised an area I wanted further attention, Mario was happy to take a look and fix the issue if reasonable. I took his recommendation on paint products which tended to be more expensive but the finish was worth it. All materials were purchased by Makoexpert with receipts shown as proof of purchase when invoicing. The project was estimated to take four weeks. In the end more work was required than expected so works took just under five weeks. Mako Expert were not the cheapest but they charged a fair price for the quality of works delivered. On the whole I’m pleased with the result and will look to use Mako Expert on future works. If using again, I will do more to clarify what works are in scope and out of scope so I’m clear on potential extras. Finally, I’d recommend giving final works a detailed look to ensure nothing has been missed.

We had our flat painted and decorated by Mario and his team - 2 bedrooms, reception room, stairs and hallway. The property is Victorian and as well as painting the plaster needed a lot of attention. I am really impressed with the results - there was a lot of detail involved with different pieces of woodwork, windows, stairs, colours and it all looks very neat and tidy. Mario and his team were very professional, making sure we were well informed of the process and exact costs and why at every step of the way. As well as the painting, they also repaired the staircase which looks fantastic and painted some outside railings which I'm very happy with. Highly recommended.

I used MakoExperts for a repair to my bathroom ceiling following a leak from an upstairs flat. The work was carried out well, and completed quickly. Mario explained the stages of the work beforehand, so that I was clear about the process, and he was a tidy and careful worker.

Mario and Kostya attended at short notice to an exterior repaint of my flat, (with some current ongoing after-care), and finished a great job on time and on budget. The communication throughout was just as impressive as the handiwork, with Mario immediately "getting" the desired effect of our choice of paint colour and finish, and making sure he kept me informed of the progress of the job throughout. He drew my attention to a number of flaws and defects in the exterior surfaces that needed remedial work, and always kept me informed about which stage the job had reached and the time remaining to finish. We contracted Mako Expert to undertake an extensive refurbishment job on our house in the Suffolk countryside. This included: - stripping wall paper, - plastering - making walls good - painting ceilings, walls, doors, radiators, window frames - renovating and retiling a fireplace - fitting a cat flap to solid unit UPVC door All work is of an excellent standard, and was completed on time and to budget. We noted that high quality tools were used (Makita and Milka). Dealing with Mako Experts was extremely professional throughout - Mario's initial site visit to prepare a quote was on a Saturday, and undertaken in great deal - Preparation of the contract, and subsequent invoicing, with Joanna was very professional; and linked directly to the initial site visit and progress of works Mario, Costa, Michael and Raz were diligent in their work, and extremely courteous throughout the 3 week period of being on site. During the works, the house was kept clean and tidy and attention to detail was high. All the work is excellent, but we would like to emphasise the quality of: - Plastering finish (on old walls, difficult to work with) - Overall paint quality finish - Fireplace renovation - an old tired, fireplace looks superb - Cat-flap fitting On completion of the project, the house was left in a clean and tidy state, with all excess materials (paint, plaster etc) left for our future "touch up" use. We could not recommend Mako Experts strongly enough.

We employeed MakoExpert Ltd Team to carry out a full painting and decorating in a five story dwelling in Marylebone. They worked tirelessly, with a high level of detail and efficiency, often turning up early and staying late to get the job done. They had a good professional attitude throughout the project as well as being polite to deal with and trustworthy. Mario, Operations Manager, was always available to provide advice on products and styles. He ensured the property was always kept clean and pushed to finish the works quicker even despite delays from Covid. Mario was unbelievably helpful from start to finish. He build our trust from day one and would always go the extra mile (working late and at weekends) to make sure we finished on time. We used MakoExpert Ltd. for a complex set of jobs in our kitchen, and was very happy with both the quality of work, and the service. Unlike other traders I've used previously, Mario and his colleagues involved us in all decision-making processes, and ensured we were satisfied with the finished result. Any questions about the jobs were answered immediately, there were no "surprises". I found Mario to be professional, he obviously has a wealth of experience to draw upon, he always gave honest answers and was keen for us to be satisfied with the work. All the work undertaken on-site by MakoExpert and their contractors, was completed to a high standard. All the materials were properly accounted for, with the remainder left with us after completion. I would recommend MakoExpert, and will use them where possible for future work.

Our roof suddenly poured with rain water through two floors, and in our hour of need Mario was kind enough to go out of his way to contact roofers, one of which was able to assist us immediately. Mario checked up on our progress and made sure that all was solved.

Mario has just completed the painting front and back of my house which was in a sorry state. It required a full scaffold and there were various minor repairs and replacements to guttering which he did without hesitation and for an extra charge. Both painting and repairs were done to a high standard as he is a perfectionist and the finished result is very smart. The work is not cheap but I wanted a good result. It took a few weeks to finish as he works alone and there were extra jobs but I prefer a job like this to be done well rather than in a rush. Of course the work must pass the test of time and winter weather but there is a guarantee which I will not hesitate to use if necessary. Mario was consistent and punctual and kept me in touch with progress at all times. He is neat in both work and appearance and respectful of my space and time and always attended to details; he was present at both the construction and removal of the scaffolding. I will not hesitate to use MakoExpert again.

What work did they do? Mario and his team replaced the decking on my balcony last week and I am delighted I found him. He is helpful, honest, professional, friendly and a great tradesman I imagine I wasn't the ideal client as I constantly changed what work needed to be done, due to issues with my Freeholder. It was quite a stressful period but Mario was amazing. He was in constant communication with me and was always happy to amend the work. I also had a deadline and Mario made sure the work would be completed on time. The work itself was impeccable. The job beforehand was atrocious and rather than cover up the mistakes, Mario and his highly skilled carpenter cleaned and corrected the previous tradesmen's errors. He also did so at no extra cost, which was most kind. The decking was laid perfectly and looks great! Having moved to London from overseas it meant I lost my network of trusty contractors, so after three years I am delighted I met Mario. In this city, there are a lot of cowboys but Mario is certainly not one. He is not only trustworthy but he is great at his job and will always make you feel at ease. I cannot recommend him enough!

We spoke with Mario today on the phone who came across as super efficient and punctual with how he deals with the business and the potential job at hand. He said he would create an invoice without first visiting the property as that was the way he does things which was something I wasn't used to do but I like to give everyone a chance, it was certainly different. I told him it was a very small one bed house and needs painting throughout. A couple of hours later I was emailed a quote. The quote stunned the hell out of me, I thought it was a joke at one point! The quote was for £6,800 and that was for labour only.....not paint / equipment or VAT. I was shocked because we've had around ten quotes now for our small one bed house that needs painting throughout and was offered quotes of around £1,000 to £2,500 all in....labour / paint and VAT etc. I'm not here to complain as theres nothing to complain about as traders are free to charge what they like of course, but I just couldn't fathom that amount for our little house when the rest of the quotes were much much lower. I'm free to say no as much as the trader is free to charge what they charge so yes this isn't a complaint Mario as you came across as extremely efficient but yeh, just stunned by the labour cost! :)

Mario and Joanna have been a pleasure to work with. I was let down by a design company and had to get a new painter and decorator and someone to lay a new kitchen flooring in as soon as possible, to complete a fraught job on my new flat. Mako Expert were quick to respond and Mario was in to view the property and work to be completed in days. Mario is extremely knowledgeable, constantly problem solving in a badly designed kitchen, he is detail orientated and a perfectionist, which i appreciated. Mario, laid a beautiful new kitchen floor in for me, prepared my walls, doors, frames and skirting boards and painted them beautifully. I also used a plumber though Mako Expert and discovered they have other trade to complete a job. A great one stop shop!

Mario and his team did such a great job decorating my home that I asked him to do some internal repairs and external work. In addition to the work I asked him to do, Mario advised me on preventive measures to avoid damage to my house. I had no hesitation undertaking the improvements he recommended. Mario consistently delivers outstanding work, is cheerful and cooperative, and he always goes beyond the call of duty.

I can only give excellent feedback for Mario and Mirek and the work they did for us. We had previously had a builder leave our house renovation project incomplete. There were multiple issues that needed to be addressed including issues with heating, plumbing and leaks, electrical work, decorating and making good on previous issues as well as dealing with snagging issues. Some of this work was very complicated as it required uncovering what a previous contractor had done and required scaffolding and other equipment but was effortlessly handled without disruption to us. Mario and Mirek were very friendly and easily contactable. They arrived promptly to assess and give us a quote for the work we needed to complete. They made a lot of effort to keep us regularly updated throughout the day as to what they were doing and what material they needed. Where we needed anything extra to be done (as other issues were uncovered as they began to work) they let us know early and we were able to agree. They went to a lot of effort to make sure that the area was kept clean during and after their work each day. This was especially appreciated as my wife was pregnant and something they were both mindful of without even having to ask. At the end of the project they walked through with us both to ensure we were happy with the work. They have remained contactable since. We are so happy with their work we have recommended them to our parents and would happily use their services again.

Mario from MakoExpert did a great job putting down a new kitchen floor, plastering and painting the kitchen and solving some quirky issues we had been putting up with such as a fridge that quite didn't fit! He was very hardworking, very professional, punctual and tidy. I very much appreciated that he was able to schedule the work to suit me and he communicated with me very well about options and solutions. We engaged Mako Expert to repaint the exterior of our three-storey house. Mario quoted promptly, completed the job in the timescale agreed and also arranged and liaised with the scaffold company. Both preparation and finish were excellent and Mario and his team were polite, tidy and punctual. I could not recommend Mario and MakoExpert more highly. The estimate for painting the outside of our house was fair and done quickly. The Director Joanna came initially and checked in throughout. Mario is an exceptional worker who manages to combine speed with meticulous care. He is a real perfectionist including tidying up at the end of each day. He is also a good person whom we were happy to trust with our keys when we had to go away for two days towards the end of the work. They have done an outstanding job on the house and over and over again went the extra mile. If you have a job to be done, include them in your list to quote. MakoExpert provided a very clear and reasonable quotation for the exterior painting of a three story terrace house. There work was supervised at ever stage including the erection and removal of the scaffolding. MakoExpert painters were hard working, tidy, affable and very polite. Mario has transformed my 3 bedroom flat, correcting and repairing numerous errors left by a previous builder. Mario redid all the decorating bringing it up to an excellent standard so the flat now looks beautiful. Repainting, smoothing all the woodwork, sealing the floorboards, fixing the work surfaces. He fixed and improved so many things, largely following his intuition when discovering problems. He organised smoke sealing, plumbing and other bits and bobs. He working really hard and professionally. He was communicative and helpful. The job took longer than expected but as it was a repair job its hard to judge accurately and many new errors requiring fixing were discovered along the way. I would highly recommend him to others.

I have no hesitation in recommending Mako Expert if you're looking for a premium and 'good natured' decoration service. Our decoration job involved co-ordinating between tenants and two owners, with one of us an absent landlord (our house is two separate flats in a Share of Freehold agreement) which isn't straightforward but this company handled it superbly. Mario is excellent at communication with strong interpersonal skills making him easy to work with and troubleshoot access issues as they arose. The decoration work appears a quality job, with care and attention to detail and plaster being used where needed and the windows given new edges. Time was taken to discuss the best paint colours and products before work began. I also appreciated that the decorators identified a problem with an exterior corroded pipe and approached me with a problem and quote to fix it. Using Mako Expert gave me peace of mind and has saved me time. Their quote was one of the most expensive we got, however, I don't think any of the other decorators we approached could have run the job as smoothly or provided such a detailed or rounded service. This is a company keen to please and go out of their way to ensure a good result. My tenants who were reluctant to have strangers in their house reported back that the Mako painters were pleasant and polite. The job was finished on time and Mario has revisited to sort out several final details. For future decoration work, I plan to use Mako Expert again.

Everything about the work done by Mario and his team was perfect. We needed it to be done quickly due to getting our house on the market and Mario fit around this without missing anything on quality. He and his decorative art manager Boguseaw Skinder did amazing work both touching up and repainting large areas. It looks as good as new, and to top off they also managed to remove stains from wooden desks, re-varnished the outside where there was worn woodwork, fix an expanded door frame and replace bathroom silicone, which saved calling out anyone else! We can’t recommend Mario and his team enough!! We were having a full house refurbishment done and were let down at the last minute by two decorators. Mario came to the rescue at the 11th hour – and for that we are infinitely grateful. Mario's quote was reasonable. He rearranged his personal schedule to help on the job and got the work underway in less than two weeks! Right from the start Mario was professional, friendly and engaged in the project – it wasn’t just another job. He listened to what we wanted and offered good advice. His team were simply the best. They were punctual, efficient, meticulously clean, and friendly – they actually made the refurb so much fun!! The quality of work of every decorator was outstanding with real attention to detail. It's rare to find such pride in workmanship. We have used Makoexpert for painting and decorating common parts of a large residential block situated in the west end. We found them to be well organised, very good quality finish to their work, reliable and pleasant to work with. They respected the terms and conditions, presented by the building management of working in the building and respecting residents privacy. The whole team was friendly and well presented in their uniform at all times. The work finished well before scheduled date.

Makoexpert have decorated the outside of my house. The work is excellent and was carried out quickly and with care. Mario was on site many times to ensure that I was happy with everything, and they did extra jobs as requested so that the whole house now looks lovely. They were keen to listen to what I wanted and were very tidy. I will use them again soon for other work.

MakoExpert redecorated the exterior of our house in Kilburn (as part of a leasehold), along with separately decorating the inside of just our flat at the same time. They were total professionals throughout and Mario visited the property several times beforehand to make sure he knew everything we needed, including going out of his way to come very late in the evening on one occasion. He made the whole process very easy despite it working as two different jobs under two different contracts. Once the work started, MakoExpert had a team of people busy and completed the whole building in under 2 weeks, the quality of the work was excellent, they were very flexible, and responded very quickly to any communication throughout. I had the pleasure of working with MakoExpert in February 2017 on a project to completely re-decorate my rather unconventionally shaped flat in West Hampstead (lots of stairs and curves and fiddly crevices). From the first meeting to the last day of work, Mario and his team were professional, polite and enthusiastic. They were very open to how I needed the project to be run and listened to my brief, following it to the letter, whilst adding useful and practical suggestions of their own. Their contract was detailed, very clear and comprehensive which gave me complete peace of mind that I understood what was going to happen and how. Once work got underway everybody was punctual, respectful of my property and extraordinarily meticulous in their attention to detail and quality of workmanship. Every team member took pride in doing everything to the highest possible standard, from laborious and careful preparation work to the finishing touches. I was so impressed with the standard of workmanship that I requested them to do additional work on refreshing our two bathrooms. I am so happy with the way the whole flat looks – much better than when I first moved in – and the two week process has been a pleasure to undertake with this company. Mario committed to completing this substantial job inside a specific and quite limited time frame and his team worked exceptionally hard to make sure this happened. Mario and his team did a great job to redecorate my 2 bed flat in N London. I live abroad in Australia for work and so I needed someone reliable with good results to manage the redecorate project so new tenants could move in on time. Mario also managed to source and install some new shelving to the kitchen without my presence. Since the job is complete the property agent has inspected the job they found the work to be of a high quality. The pictures also look great. I took 3 quotes for this job, Mario was the middle quote but I'm glad to pay for the piece of mind and great friendly service. Would certainly recommend.

Mario and his team painted the outside of our three storey house and did an excellent job. The house had not been painted since we bought it 8 years ago, the plaster was crumbling and the sash windows were in a bad state. We are now the smartest house on the street! Mario was very reliable, true to his word and a pleasure to have around. We are very pleased with the outcome and would thoroughly recommend him.

We hired Mako Expert to repaint the outside bay window of our ground floor flat. The window was in an awful state with the paint peeling, but after Mario and his team finished the job, it was completely transformed. Mako Expert are an excellent company. They wallpapered and painted two rooms in my flat along with under taking electrical work replacing lights and fittings. The work they did is superb. MakoExpert has just completed painting the exterior of our Victorian terrace house in Central London. Everything was perfect. First impressions of Mario were excellent, he listed exactly what needed to be done, noticing things I hadn't seen. The contract was absolutely clear about what was covered, what would happen about extras, when payments were due. The lovely team of guys showed up on the first day in their immaculate white overalls and proceeded with thorough preparation of the stucco and the many peeling railings. They were considerate and careful, taking off shoes to walk through to the back, tidying at the end of each day. Mario checked for anything overlooked at the end of each day and they were cheerfully completed. They team really was a team, each with their own special talent. One came back to replace a faulty gutter and Mario re-painted the wall where the storm had splashed mud onto it. They were a pleasure to have around. Everything was perfect and we will definitely use them again.

As garden designers we deal with a lot of joiners and painters, Mario will be the one that I recommend from now on. It was pretty much faultless from beginning to end. Everyone was polite, efficient, helpful and clean and did a really good job. As part of the job we had a tricky wooden conservatory roof that needed re-varnishing. Mario not only achieved this but also managed to re apply some silicon that completely got rid of a leak that had started to appear. If I have any more decorating I will definitely use Mario again. Highly recommended.
