Ingrams is a superb removals company. From initial contact to completion of work they have been helpful, friendly and highly professional. The office communication is first rate, swift to respond and fully aware of the work required. The removals team are excellent - careful, thoughtful, a delight to have around and extremely good at what they do. They have seen us through a complicated 2 stage move and have taken the complexities in their stride. They couldn’t have been more positive or helpful. I recommend them 100%.

Every aspect of our dealing with Ingrams has been professional, courteous and seemless. I telephoned Ingrams for a quote and Malcolm came out to our home within days and arrived on time. We moved from Brandon to Inverness and Malcolm explained at the outset that it would be a 4 day move. On the day of the move the crew arrived on time and made introductions. We had packed ourselves and explained where everything need to go. They were very efficient and worked well as a team and the loading only took a few hours. i was given their mobile number as a contact when we arrived at Inverness. On the day of delivery they arrived on time and worked constantly unloading. Everything was taken to the correct rooms and nothing has been amaged. I would definitely recommend Ingrams to anyone moving house.

Excellent professional service from the moment I called Malcolm to arrange removals.Malcolm and Ian are amazing and go out of their way to offer a great service. The removal guys John,Ray and Hayden arrived early morning and worked until 7pm as we were moving out of town returning the next day to finish.They worked with great care and even removed a window to get our sofas in.Extremely efficient and professional but also very friendly and trustworthy.Went above and beyond without complaining and no hidden costs.Fantastic team.We are very grateful.

Ingram's recently moved our contents. They are, by a distance, the best removal company we have worked with. The price was fair, the work was conducted incredibly efficiently, and by staff who were incredibly courteous, polite and helpful. None of our possessions were damaged and everything was packed to ensure this would not happen. I endorse them without hesitation and fully recommend using Ingram's.

From start to finish Malcolm Ingram was a great help in making the process stress free. We were moving 2 households from Durham to Wiltshire and this was organised very efficiently. The move took nearly 4 days start to finish and the process went smoothly. The lads involved with the move were polite, friendly and had a great sense of humour. This was the second time we used Ingrams Removals as they provide an A+ service, from the delivery of boxes to the actual removals. The chaps are highly skilled and wrap everything carefully and are experts at manoeuvring furniture. I can highly recommend their company from beginning to end.

My sister and I between us have moved scores of times, up and down the country, but Ingram's is without doubt the best removal firm we have used. From the moment I spoke to Malcolm on the phone, I knew I was in safe hands. He epitomises everything that I now know Ingram's stands for: courtesy, friendliness, professionalism, understanding, patience, care – I could go on. Over three days we moved from North Yorkshire to a house and also a storage facility in Suffolk. We were dreading it initially, but I increasingly felt reassured by, first, my contact with Malcolm; second, my meeting with John (who delivered, on a weekend, the best quality packing materials we have ever received); and then our experience with the three men who came to pack up the house on the first day. After that, Kevin and James took the greatest care of us and our things. Their experience, carefulness and politeness made the whole three-day event far more agreeable than I could ever have imagined. Thank you all! I don’t think I can find enough words to say how brilliant our experience has been with Ingrams. Due to difficulties with our house move we had a last minute moving date and they were fantastic from the minute I called them. “Yes we can” was the response I kept getting from that initial call to the last item they unloaded off the van. The office staff are polite, patient and professional. The operational staff are very accommodating, highly experienced and nothing at all was a problem. Very friendly too. As I watched them unload the items they are extremely careful and didn’t scratch a single door, wall or piece of furniture. Honestly I can’t find enough words to describe how brilliant the staff are and would highly recommend Ingram’s to anyone wanting a smooth hassle free move. With Ingrams we didn’t feel any of the moving house stress that people talk about. Thank you to all the team at Ingrams!

From the moment I called Ingram's and spoke to Malcom, I was treated with respect and care. Quotation was precise and reasonable. We have moved 2 homes from London to Durham, so not a small job. Simo, Ray and Scott were fantastic, careful, helpful and very understanding. They got on and done the job, kept us informed of what was happening and are masters of Tetris (with all the boxes and furniture they had to fit into the van). Drop off was easy and the guys put the items were we needed to make things easier for us. It was a pleasure and fun spending time with these guys. Would we use Ingram's again. The team of Simo, Ray and Scott helped us move the entire contents of the house on a day where non stop torrential rain caused floods in the area. The guys were constantly cheery and extremely professional taking care of all of our valuables with a real conscientious attitude and genuine concern for our move. I can’t recommend them enough!

We moved from Teesdale to Kent but required storage for twelve months while we renovated the property in Kent. From start to finish Ingram’s service could only be described as outstanding, the estimate was spot on and packing was exemplarily demonstrated by no breakages or damages despite some our belongings being valuable and delicate. Being ex-military and having been moved from abroad and to and fro to Germany by many different removals companies some fourteen times, I would have no hesitation in putting Ingram’s firmly in a class above all the others. The staff, from Malcolm to the packers/drivers are highly efficient and motivated to provide what can be a fraught time to one of almost serenity. Quite simply the best and I have absolutely no hesitation in highly recommending Ingram’s as the choice to make. Well done Ingram’s and thank you.

Apologies Malcolm & Ian - Time has flown by and l am sorry it has taken me till now to thank you and your team for their totally professional service throughout our elongated move from one side of the country to the other. The team who packed us up in Bishop Auckland back in September and those who delivered our belongings to Blackpool in July could not have been more helpful, courtious and professional not least your directors young son who kept calling me 'the gentleman' despite me advising him to call me by my first name !!! - He is a credit to himself, his parents and your firm. That said the three members of your team worked like trojans on Monday despite the soring temperatures and were more than worthy of the generous gratuity I gave them. As things worked out I was on my own on the day and the delivery was seamless not least down to their organisational skills and attention to detail, not least ensuring the pendulum was fitted correctly to our Grandfather Clock. Kindest regards to you all and we are very much obliged.

This is an amazing company to do business with. Everyone we came into contact with were efficient, professional, friendly and courteous. We were very impressed. Just to make it even better they were excellent value for money. We can't recommend them highly enough.

This is a family run business and this was reflected in the care taken in our move and the quality of service that we received. Malcolm Ingram is a very personable individual and it was truly a pleasure to do business with him. On our removal day, the crew of three arrived on time and the removal van was fully loaded within 3 hours. Two of the removal team travelled with our possessions to Ireland , arriving two days later. On both occasions they were spot on schedule. On moving in, the crew took special care with everything and put down carpet protectors wherever they would be carrying items into the house. Everything was moved in without any damage to either walls or fixtures in our home or to the items being carried by the crew. We could not have asked for better service or a more pleasant and helpful removal team and are thoroughly satisfied with the excellent service that we received.

Moved large 5 bedroom house from town to village location Difficult process move was on and off Great communication with Malcolm prior to the move, put me at east On day lads turned up prompt - nothing a bother- we helped them as much as we could . To be honest a great experience Had to call in extra staff which again was not a bother Worked tirelessly all day .. All i can say is they weren't the cheapest quote I had, but you get what you pay for, and I cant emphasis enough how priceless their service that day was So well done to Ingrams

We used Ingrams for our house move, from the start of contacting Malcolm the service was outstanding. The three lads arrived promptly on moving day and could not have worked any harder, they are an absolute credit to the company. Polite, humorous and worked with such care, everything was loaded with absolute care, we knew all our possessions were in safe hands. The unload the following day was seamless and nothing was too much trouble. They definitely made such a stressful time much less stressful and were able to make it feel calm. I would highly recommend Ingrams and their outstanding first-class service from start to finish.

Our first contact with Ingrams was by email; their prompt response in providing a quotation and thereafter speaking on the telephone with both Malcolm and Ian instilled in us a high degree of confidence. We were not disappointed - the house move went exceptionally well. Both Malcolm and Ian were a pleasure to deal with and gave advice and were very helpful. The crew on moving day - Simon, James and Jack - were polite, professional and friendly. They dismantled a king-size bed and re-assembled it for us in our new property. No items were damaged and the whole process went very smoothly and, what we thought would be an anxious day, turned out to be quite an enjoyable day. The crew are a credit to Ingrams. The guys also had to exercise a great deal of patience in waiting for the legal process to finalise on completion day, however they moved all of our possessions into our new home with a great deal of efficiency. All the work carried out was to the agreed schedule and budget.

I was involved in a complex and protracted removals situation. I was organised. However the judicious forethought, attention to detail and planning from Ingrams prior to the storage and then moves was absolutely first class. Some criteria of the move remained uncertain. Plans were made for each eventuality. There was a last minute overseas shipment to be arranged and involving near last minute storage, shipping arrangement and co-ordination with storage on the other side. Every aspect happened smoothly and without a glitch. Items - larger small and precious - were meticulously wrapped and packed and / or stored. Everything came out of 6 week storage in the condition in which it went in. No breaks, no knocks. And the Team - Michael and James specifically, then Ray and latterly Cameron and his colleague - were cheerful, considerate, helpful, relaxed and simply brilliant at what they do. I have never met a team of professionals that has been as proficient and personable and unbelievably made me feel like they really had everything under control. This was an horrendous move, a completely daunting undertaking and Malcolm and his team (with special thanks to Michael and James) from start to finish not only did what they were signed up to do but provided complete reassurance and confidence. Just Brilliant!
