From the moment I got in touch Ingram's were helpful and friendly I used them because I had previous excellent experience 22 years ago. MIchael and Alex arrived in Worcestershire to collect my belongings and remained cheerful despite the extreme heat.They worked hard that day and the next morning being patient although I had a large number of boxes of books and some very heavy furniture.They packed everything aboard including the dogs' biscuit tin!-yes they even put up with having to work around my three large canines.They arrived up in Weardale at my new home the following morning and Michael's driving skill was awesome as he had to negotiate reversing along a narrow lane,round a tight bend and up a slope not made easy by a parked car in the way.He immerged from the van cool and smiling and proceeded to unload along with Alex my copious number of boxes and bags plus furniture still patient and helpful and still working in baking conditions Everything was delivered undamaged I cannot recommend Ingrams highly enough for their professional and caring service which I really appreciated Thankyou so much

Great experience with Malcolm and the team. Everything went to plan. Totally flexibility and good price for a long haul move over three days. Well worth it and had zero issues which for a house move is incredible. Very professional team with a long tradition. Stick with those who care about your possessions abc not go with cheap and unknown.

Our whole move was handled professionally and diligently by Malcolm and his team. The lads who turned up to clear our house were on time, professional and courteous. We were in a chain of house moves and their was a delay in our new house being cleared due to a removal team from AnyVan not turning up. Ingrams kindly agreed to offload some essentials and securely stored our belongings before re-delivering the next day. If you are considering a house move, please do not go with a poor alternative, go with the best, which is undoubtably Ingrams.

Every single interaction we had with every person was just super friendly and efficient I cannot recommend this company enough. And temporary wardrobes are a game changer!
