Mansour and his team have done a brilliant job installing a walk in shower. They were very friendly and worked hard to get things done. Everything was cleaned and tidied up at the end of the day. The price was very reasonable and the work to a high standard. I recommend Mansour without hesitation.

My central heating broke in the coldest week this winter but Mansour quickly had my new boiler in & explained how it worked. He also changed a bulb in a cumbersome, heavy ceiling light that I couldn’t reach. He was courteous, kind & efficient & I highly recommend his work.

Mansour has undertaken work in my property many times over the last 6 years, repaired, serviced, installed boiler, installed taps, toilet, light fitting. The place has improved with his work and choice of fittings over that time. He responds quickly, and will assist and advise. It has not been necessary to turn elsewhere, although other plumbing services used in earlier years proved very good. I would say highly reliable !

Mansour and his team at Heat Input can be relied on to be professional and competent whether stopping a leak, replacing a boiler or renovating a bathroom, all work they have done for me. They were prompt to attend and worked quickly, being careful to clear up when they had finished. Walk in Shower room. Plumber arrived on time and gave excellent advice on type mixer to buy. The installation was quick and carried out with care by a very pleasant and courteous plumber. He cleaned up thoroughly after completing the work. 10 out of 10.

Our boiler broke and we needed someone ASAP. Heat Input was recommended by a friend so trust was already established. Mansour arrived the next day to have a look and gave us an honest opinion on our boiler. Beyond Repair (it was 14 years old). He looked at the pipework and recommended a brand new boiler - to be fitted within a few days. On the day, he arrived early ready to go. New boiler was fitted in one day. Reasonable price and excellent customer service. I trust this guy and will be calling him every year to service it.

Mansour came to fix our state of the art taps and built in electric toilet flush! He checked what he needed a few days before then arrived with the parts. He fixed the taps and they're now working far better than ever. The toilet flush also. Whilst here it was coincidental that the dishwasher washer was on and I noticed a 'drains' type smell and asked him to take a quick look. He discovered the problem...a (hidden) leak. He diligently went straight out to get the parts required and fixed the problem there and then. Everything done with a smile. I'd highly recommend.

Mansour from Heat Input has fixed our boiler, changed our taps and fixed our malfunctioning toilet flush, all done quickly ad competently. His prices, while not cheap, seem pretty reasonable, and he comes at short notice if needed.

Heat Input plumbers are excellent! I needed to have my boiler checked & they arrived on time, quickly did the work & left the place clean & tidy. They were very courteous as well. They charged me exactly what they said they would & helped me out with a dodgy light switch in the bathroom at no extra charge! Can’t recommend them highly enough!

My boiler was faulty and had no hot water and no heating . I called Mansour and he advised me the best option. I found home experienced engineer so I asked him to proceed the jobs . He replaced my boiler and radiators and hot water cylinder, he also replaced my basin and toilet. I am extremely happy with this company I recommend him without hesitation.

Mansour will bring round his extended family and do a generally good job at a good price. Quality is slightly lacking as I had a water leak soon after he left but he was good enough to quickly turn around the van and come and fix it. However, I found his after sales to be poor and after payment I heard nothing whereas I was expecting to receive an extended guarantee & some paperwork. Maybe it's in the post...

I needed to upgrade my central heating, kitchen and bathroom. I found Mansour's company. I found that the prices he quoted were reasonable compared to the other companies I contacted. I have had the pleasure to work with Mansour and his team to set up a new combi boiler and retire the former one and water storage tank. The work was done quickly after our previous boiler ceased to function - something which we truly appreciated in the midst of Winter. The finishing was also greater than what I would have expected when compared with other heating jobs I have had done at home. Today Heat Input (Mansour) responded very quickly to a heating breakdown today and went to some effort to find the right part and solve the problem. He explained clearly and simply what he needed to do, and rearranged his schedule to prioritise our job, to save us making complicated travel arrangements. They arrived on time, worked quickly and quietly, and the job was finished and everything cleaned up well before the end of the normal working day – including the fitting of some new radiator thermostats, for which again he gave a very fair price.
