Manzoor and his two colleagues fitted a new boiler for me, as well as power flushing the system and installing both magnetic and limescale filters. The service was excellent and they decided to work late to finish it in one day instead of the day and a half they'd quoted. He's an accredited installer for Vailant so he's arranged for their full 7-year guarantee. They left the flat clean and tidy after they'd finished. Arranging the installation was a bit difficult because he's very busy and in high demand but it's worth persevering.

Much to my surprise and relief Mr Manzoor came round literally 15 minutes after I rang him on a rainy Sunday evening with my plumbing emergency. He diagnosed the source of my problem and fixed it quickly. He explained what was wrong clearly and listed my options. I have no hesitation in recommending his service.

Manzoor explained different options for routing the gas pipes and was accommodating of our preference. He was very professional and completed the work to a tight schedule, true to his word. He always turned up on time and worked consistently without supervision from us. Manzoor was very polite and approachable throughout the job, always happy to answer our questions and keeping us generally informed. Three months after installation of the new boiler everything is running perfectly smoothly and we are very pleased with the quality of work. I found Manzoor to be a trustworthy tradesman and I would wholeheartedly recommend him.
