We needed two external doors replaced and contacted Marathon in early March 2026. They were very quick to submit the quote, which was acceptable to us. The work was carried out to the promised schedule by highly competent installers. They are an excellent company to deal with, and we would not hesitate to recommend them to others in the future.

Great from start to finish. The windows look great and the fitters were so polite. More importantly, they left no mess and took great care to fit the windows without damaging any of the decor, which I know is a difficult task. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Have used Marathon Windows since the eighties for various doors and windows so I had no hesitation to contact them when I needed to replace a 6 year old badly fitted sash window. Marathon quoted, surveyed and replaced three of our main front windows, a replacement panel over a French window, and a bathroom window in approximately 6 weeks. We have been using them for over 20 years and have always had the same level of timeliness, competitive pricing, quality product and clean and efficient fitting. The business owners are always involved in the first visit and give advice on options, finishes, timing; and follow up with a competitive quotation. The fitters are well known to us and are efficient, flexible and leave the job clean and tidy. After installation we discovered a very slight fault on the inside face of one of the bathroom windows; it only became apparent in bright sunlight. We took a photo, sent to the office, and they immediately ordered a replacement panel. Excellent service and a company that is a pleasure to deal with.

I was very impressed by the professionalism every step of the way as well as the fair pricing. Marathon windows replaced our doors and windows downstairs and our double glazed glazing upstairs. Their communications were accurate at all stages from first contact to payment receipt, they turned up punctually and completed the job in a timely manner. The two fitters were skilled and friendly and enjoyed their tea!

All the staff were pleasant and helpful. The quote was reasonable compared with another. The fitters were polite, cheerful, moved 1 heavy item of furniture that I could not and cleared up at the end of each day. A deposit was required before start and they invoice promptly but was not hassled to pay quickly when I delayed the last payment for a few days until a missing item was fitted. The windows and doors now look very smart.

We had a back door and an upstairs bay window fitted. The window in particular was very tricky since it supported whole of the roof overhang. We felt very confident that we were in good hands. Everyone from the Surveyor to the fitters were very professional, knowledgeable and hard working and made sure that everything was perfectly in order before they left. Friendly but polite and considerate. Would not hesitate to use them again.
