Marathon were called in for a quotation to replace a rotting back door, complete with new frame and sill.. The work proceeded a few weeks after acceptance and was carried out by Adam and Anthony who did a splendid job which met all my expectations. Everything was left very clean and tidy.

We are really pleased with our whole house window replacement from quotation through to completion. Such a neat job. Dust sheets everywhere. Cleaned up afterwards. No making good needed on inside and minor painting over small areas of render on outside will be needed. Also done in good time. Compliments to your installation team, Luke, Jack, Les and Adam. Would have no hesitation in recommending Marathon to anyone.

Initial quotation process was good, engineer arrived on time and was quick and precise, no problems good work, very reasonable quotation. Good delivery time, called to arrange installation very reasonable time scales. Installation engineers very good, clean and tidy, professional installation and very quick to be honest, knew what they had to do and done it. Cleaned up after all very good, no complaints.

They installed windows on my period property look fabulous & in keeping with its character. Throughout the whole process of replacing our windows and French doors - from estimating to installation - we have been very impressed by Marathon. Jane visited to advise and measure for the estimate and was really helpful. Anthony handled the installation work and took a real pride in his work. We are delighted with our new windows - the end product is excellent. And after the installation our guarantee paperwork and FENSA certificate arrived promptly. We had four replacement windows, a large bay window and door frame with side window and composite door installed by Marathon. There was an expectation of problems with the front door as there were some potential issues with a course of bricks above the frame but, as it turned out the install went extremely well. When an install of this size is undertaken, people need to be aware that there will be unforeseen issues. What matters is how the installers deal with them at the time. Anthony and Paul dealt with all of these extremely well and everything was completed to the highest standard, as promised. I would definitely recommend Marathon to anyone needing such work done and will use them in future, should the need arise.

The team were all polite and mostly very good at getting back in touch. The products ordered were custom but delivered wholly according to spec which was impressive. When the special order handles arrived too late they were very prompt in coming out and fitting them too (no extra charges at all). While delivery times can be a bit long this is due to industry issues and they were very quick to schedule in fitting once arrived. A fault with one door was patiently tracked down and corrected. So, while nothing in life is perfect Marathon were about as good as it can get to managing everything to do with new windows and new doors. I don't think they were more expensive than anyone else would have been either.
