We had a superb experience with Marathon Windows for a new stable door. Jane and Tony were always in constant contact with regular updates and the entire experience felt tailored just for us. The final door installation was excellent and it looks fantastic. I would recommend them to anyone looking for windows or doors to a high standard.

Marathon have been reliable and efficient from planning to installation. Communication was good. They replaced 4 window panels also resealing window frames where needed, several heavily used window handles, serviced patio doors and replaced the front door. The chaps doing the work where polite, efficient and competent. The windows look new again and the front door looks fantastic and has given the house a face lift, apart from being a pleasure to use ! Marathon fitted our windows originally 25 years ago.

All Marathon staff from first consultation to completion helpful, cheerful and professional. Work carried out on schedule and to agreed budget. Standard of work and quality of product excellent. Marathon have done several jobs for me - replacement patio doors, new door, front windows and now the back windows. Marathon are the sort of company you want to have to do your windows. We first used them 10 years ago to replace the windows in the front of the house, on the recommendation of a friend in Epsom. We’ve just had them redo the windows at the back and replace the front porch. They’re just as good now. All done in four days, rooms much brighter and lighter and no maintenance. They say they get their business by word of mouth, and I’m sure they do. I just told my daughter to use them for her new house in Reigate. The alternative are the big national companies who charge much more, you get all the high pressure selling and they’re only as good as the people who do it, who can be anyone. With Marathon you know who you’re dealing with.

It started with the windows pre-sales assessment and recommendations. I was very grateful here as I received straightforward, honest advice about my options. I had three other companies come over, but the pre-sales received here was by far the best. The quote was the second best, but the assurances were there. It also helped that several of my neighbours had used the service. The survey was done on a Saturday which helped me a lot. (Pre-sales assessment also offered on a Saturday.) The fitters also came early and I could get to work on time and did a great job, leaving no mess. Throughout the service was quality, timely and competitive. No hesitations on recommending this company. :-)

This was the second time I had used Marathon Windows as I had been very pleased with the initial service. Second time around Marathon surpassed my expectations. I needed a quick job to replaced three windows.A competitive quote was arranged quickly followed by the survey and fitting followed within 3 weeks. I was kept well informed throughout of progress and at all stages Marathon came when they said they would and on time. Work was completed to a high standard and I was delighted with the final result. I have already recommended them to a neighbour. It was a pleasure to deal with a long standing local family business (in excess of 45 years) and will have no hesitation in using them again.

Good experience from start to installation. However, bad experience and poor communication when dealing with poor quality control on 3 double glazed units. After 2 visits in May and July, replacements still had scratches, each replacement was worse than previous one! October now and still waiting, this time for the manufacturer to come over and have a look at scratched glass panels. Also, black substance oozing out of sealant at corner of window frame. Wondering how much longer I need to wait for everything to get sorted.

We are very happy with our new windows. Fitters were hard working, polite, quiet and helpful regarding difficulties regarding our animals. Pleased with the look and quality of windows.

After doing our due diligence and receiving several quotes we chose Marathon. We knew we had made the right choice when Tony who came to measure up repaired some damage to our front door on the spot after being asked if it could be repaired as part of the overall work. We had a patio door and kitchen windows fitted by Adam and Billy who were efficient and professional throughout. Very pleased with the finished product and have no hesitation in recommending the company and would use them again.

Marathon replaced all the original sash windows in our house with similar uPVC ones. We are delighted with the result and the service we have received. The saleswoman who first called, the surveyor who measured up and the men who installed the windows were all polite and helpful - and above all professional. We are so pleased we selected this company.

Excellent workmanship and approachable members/owners... Very commendable. I particularly liked the fact that there was no ‘hard selling’ like some companies in the industry but yet, it was all comprehensive and a great service.

Have used Marathon before but this is the first big job they have done for us. They have just replaced all windows and doors in our rather dated new house, which involved knocking out part of the rear wall in the back sitting room to accommodate the new patio doors. We are delighted with the stand out service we have received from start to finish and the price was very competitive too. As always Tony has been helpful, honest & very accommodating to our needs and Jane was great in helping us choose a colour for the front door which needed to be in keeping with the style of the property! Thanks to the girls in the office too, who were efficient in booking appointments. Now, the fitters, well what can we say? Top notch, no other words for it! The work has been completed to a very high standard, with careful attention to detail and quality finishing. Adam & Billy were friendly, punctual, reliable, extremely hard working and incredibly helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. They always left everything clean and tidy at the end of the day and you would barely have known they had been there. It was an absolute pleasure having them in the house and we missed them when they had gone. Marathon Windows have done a wonderful job for us and we couldn't be happier. We would use them again and again and have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending their services to others.
