Months taken to come for the initial quote. Additional months taken to respond to messages, even when visiting the shop to chase for answers and our quote. Wrong handles supplied, despite waiting extra 6 months approx for these to be checked and delivered. Initial installation with windows incorrectly made for sizes that bore no resemblance to surveyed/quoted dimensions. Windows measured for upstairs room fitted downstairs (even though downstairs windows would not fit upstairs!). Some patterned glass installed upside down., and some the right way up. Silicone work very untidy, out of square, and large section of framing cut out at about 30 degrees to create a joint. Profiles not mitred or aligned. Newly decorated room plaster board joints broken around the newly installed windows. Took almost a day to clean away cement from the "making good" that they felt was perfectly OK and the floor. Trader left us feeling very poorly served and unsatisfied indeed.
