We had an open plan kitchen/lounge with stairs leading from one to the other. We wanted to isolate both rooms by installing a door. Marc visited us, we explained what we were trying to achieve and Marc proposed a solution and provided an estimate which was very reasonable. We agreed a date for starting the work and Marc and his colleague Ryan started on the planned date. It was necessary to change the design once work was underway. Marc communicated the reason and the cost implications well and worked progressed. Some plastering work was required and this was arranged quickly by Marc. Marc returned to complete the job the weekend after the plastering was finished. All the work was completed to a highly professional standard and within the agreed timescale and budget. Marc and his colleagues were a pleasure to have in the house and we were totally happy for them to be in there alone. This is the second time we have used Marc for very bespoke work and we would not hesitate to do so again. We would strongly recommend his services to others.

Marc refurbished our ensuite. He did a perfect job and we are very happy with the result which is absolutely stunning. He and his assistant Ryan consistently arrived punctually and they were always cheerful and friendly. They cleared up beautifully after each visit. The schedule and budget were kept to with no unexpected costs. Marc was always receptive to ideas we had and came up some very good suggestions and guidance. We would most definitely recommend them if you want a superb job done.

We have used Marc Voss for 2 large house renovation and decoration projects and have nothing but praise for his workmanship, trustworthiness and reliability. Marc is an excellent painter, decorator and carpenter as well as a first class project manager, drafting in other quality people (e.g plasterers/electricians/etc) precisely when they are needed. Marc and Ryan have carried out several projects in my bungalow, refurbishing the bathrooms and some smaller jobs also. Marc's communication has been great from start to finish and he is always punctual and reliable. Marc and Ryan have carried out a range of high quality renovation work at my house, such as laying out wooden floor, replacing radiators, hanging internal doors, painting and decorating. They also undertook the complete redesign and refurbishment of my bathroom to an exceptional standard of workmanship. This was the 3rd room Marc has done for us. This job was a lot smaller, decorating the small bedroom, new radiator & painting the ceiling and wall on the landing. We know MVP is quality, reliable and a good price. However to be honest it’s more than that, it’s the little things. I had a damaged floorboard, which he just replaced, I had a damaged door handle downstairs he went and replaced. No extra cost just Marc’s great attitude and attention to detail. He even hung all the mirrors my wife asked him to pop up. My son ask me why I didn’t paint it myself, one I’m not much of a DIY man and secondly and more importantly MVP does such a nice job, every room in our home is beautiful and that is down to Marc.

We have absolutely no hesitation recommending Marc and Ryan. They recently replaced our bathroom, including a redesign. Marc offered plenty of advice and options. The work took longer than anticipated due to unforeseen issues encountered whilst removing the old bathroom. Marc and Ryan then worked tirelessly to rectify the issues and install the new bathroom. They are great people and skilled workers. We have no hesitation in recommending them. The quality of the work alone speaks for itself.

We benefitted from Marc's wide knowledge and experience of all the trades necessary for a project like ours, and those tradespeople that Marc brought in were also top quality. Marc's eye for detail and his meticulous standards mean that, once the job was finished, we know that we have got the best possible outcome for many years to come. When it comes to tradesmen, Marc is in a league of his own. His workmanship is impeccable down to the finest detail. He is cast-iron 100% reliable. He schedules his work meticulously and keeps all his promises. As a project manager for full property refurbs he is second-to-none and always schedules similar expert tradespeople to do jobs (such as plastering), exactly when needed, so jobs run smoothly with no delay. Marc has done 2 large projects for us, we are delighted with both. He is a decent, salt-of-the earth person, absolutely honest and trustworthy.

Impressed by the standard of work they carried out on my son’s bathroom and kitchen, I engaged Marc Voss Property Solutions, operating in the East Midlands, to revitalise my Shower Room/ Not only did Marc Voss make several excellent suggestions, he arranged to carry out the work while I was away on holiday. I returned to find my tired-looking 1960s Shower Room transformed into a stylish, vibrant and modern affair. Marc and his staff were quick, extremely tidy and finished to a very high standard. I cannot thank them, or compliment them, enough and have no hesitation in recommending them.

On his visit to assess the project, I was impressed by Marc Voss’s knowledge, attention to detail and helpfulness. I found the quotation to be entirely satisfactory and competitive. With the exception of the re-plastering and electrical work (the latter included a new fuse box, wiring for an electric oven and hob, and the fitting of an extractor fan in the bathroom) Marc carried out all of the work himself, ably assisted by his apprentice Ryan. The re-plastering and electrical work were undertaken by the tradesmen that Marc engages for such tasks. Marc carried out the fitting of new kitchen units, including an integrated oven, hob and extractor hood; tiling and the installation of a new suite in the bathroom; some re-plumbing and the laying of vinyl plank flooring; complete redecoration of the whole of the interior; and the repainting of the external woodwork and the pebbledash on the external walls. Marc and Ryan were always most cheerful and courteous, as were the other men who worked on the project. Admin matters were the responsibility of Trace - she was always very efficient and a pleasure to deal with. Every aspect of the entire project was completed to a very high standard. Marc’s thoroughness and eye for detail extended to very sound advice regarding fixtures and fittings and colour schemes. I was more than happy to take Marc’s advice and the end result is something far better than I had hoped for. I am so grateful. I recommend the company very highly indeed.

We've long talked about having our kitchen "done," but various things, such as COVID, had put a spanner in the works over the last few years. On "Which Trusted Traders," we found Marc (highly recommended) who came to view our very small kitchen in October 2023. His earliest start date was January 2nd, not ideal, but we'd waited so long for this, so we grabbed it. We talked over what we would like to do with our limited space and the proposal from Howden's Kitchens, a firm he had recommended for the kitchen units. We liked the overall quality of the units and Marc's recommendations for what could be done. Since Jan. 2nd, we've had Marc, with his apprentice Ryan & at times electrician John Metcalf (all 3 very pleasant people) to gut our old kitchen, level the floor, re-plaster, paint, put in a new ceiling for new spotlights, establishing 2 extra double sockets, move and install new radiator, before they could start to build our new kitchen. Marc has also made sure that the new hob, oven, extractor hood and fridge were fitted, incl. reversing the fridge door. Now almost finished, the kitchen looks very good. When problems have arisen, Marc and his team have overcome these with good results; and his firm has been very helpful also when we encountered a minor problem from Howden's, Trace sorting it out to our advantage. The team has delivered good work to a high quality and are very pleasant to have around. We can highly recommend Marc & his team.

Marc & his apprentice Ryan, installed a new kitchen in our bungalow in November 2023, from first meeting Marc he made use feel relaxed & able to talk to him, He went through all we would need to do gave use time to think it through & when we were shore what we wanted, he gave use an itemised account of how much everything would be. On start date they arrived on time & were both extremely professional. Plumbing, electrics, plasterwork & floor tiling were also arranged by Marc. He kept use up to date every step of the way, he also installed new interior doors & moved our loft trap. Communications with Marc & Tracy were excellent, Marc went above & beyond to ensure we were happy every step of the way, even coming back after job completed to fit our splash back. We hope they will be returning in the new year to do more work for use. We would highly recommend Marc & Ryan & we love our new kitchen.

Our 1980s bungalow needed insulating to modern standards so we searched Which trusted traders. Marc and Ryan were very knowledgeable and friendly. They understood exactly what needed doing and how to get it done. We will be recommending Marc’s company to other members of the family.

Marc and his apprentice Ryan recently transformed our bathroom as well as installing some shelves in our study and kitchen. The bath was removed and a walk in shower and toilet added with new flooring and wall panels. Marc and Ryan were extremely professional, meticulous and thorough, as well as being really nice friendly guys. Communication from Marc and Trace was excellent and Marc talked through all the work he had to do (including problematic old plumbing) and always ensured we were onboard with any work. We love our new bathroom and highly recommend MPVS.

Marc decorated our front room and fitted a picture rail, shelves and t.v. bracket etc. The standard of work was excellent all discussed with me and carried out as we agreed. Marc is a true professional friendly and helpful. The work he does is perfection. Also very clean and tidy. Communication at each stage and for each visit. Great value for the work done Would recommend without any hesitation.

Marc came along to assess the work required. He impressed me with his initial attention to detail to fully understand the requirement. He arrived as promised, with Ryan his apprentice, to start the work and I was fully consulted on on the setting out to ensure that fire was properly installed into the timber studding. The plasterer Nigel followed and Marc completed the coving and skirting all perfectly matching into the existing profiles. The work was completed on time within budget to an excellent standard of materials and workmanship. The overall effect of the completed work is stunning. Most importantly Marc is such a good approachable person who keeps you informed at all stages, can be trusted and relied upon to get the job done.

Marc refitted our kitchen and organised replacement flooring and electrics. He was honest and up front about budget from the beginning and communication from both Marc and Trace was exemplary. Marc was always helpful and went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy with the job. He even tackled damp issues discovered when taking up the floor and he returned once the job was finished to fit our splash back which was delayed in its arrival. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Marc again and would recommend him without hesitation to others.

Marc was recommended to us from a colleague at work. We wanted to replace our old kitchen and utility room. Marc organised the entire project from kitchen design to installation. We had the kitchen completely ripped out with floor taken up, ceiling replaced and the walls re plastered. We are delighted with the final kitchen and utility room. Marc always arrived on time with regular communications regarding how the work was progressing and what was happening. Having the kitchen out of action for several weeks is disruptive, but Marc did everything he could to minimise the disruption and was always clearing up as he went along. Given the nature of the work, I don't think he could have done any more. We would definitely recommend Marc and would use him again.

MVPS recently completed a kitchen renovation at my property. From start to finish the level of service was excellent. At all times Marc kept me fully informed of progress, and was happy to be flexible in working around my schedule. There were no hidden costs and all work was completed on time. The final product was to an excellent standard. If any future work is required I will be engaging with Marc as a first port of call.

Marc is the consummate professional. In my full house renovation, he managed the entire project, as well as completing the parts of the job that required his skills. When other tradesmen were needed, he scheduled them, and they arrived, like clockwork. Their standard of work was just as excellent as Marc's own. The whole project ran to time. Marc always kept a sharp eye on the budget and his ongoing communication with me was second to none. I have never known a builder who combines excellence not only in his trade, but in all aspects of project management and communication. Trace was every bit as professional and efficient on the administrative side. You expect such large projects to have some stresses, but Marc and Trace made my life so easy, there were no stresses at all. It was a real pleasure working with Marc and Trace. Both are total professionals who produce excellent quality in everything they do, showing care and consideration to the customer every step of the way. I could not have wished for a better builder and project manager – a true partner, who made my life easy by taking complete responsibility. I would give them 6 stars if I could!

Having been recommended through Which Trusted Traders I emailed Marc Voss Property Services, through there website regarding some alterations to a small office space in May of this year. Unfortunately he/they failed to respond. In anticipation that there may have been a backlog due to the pandemic, an issue with the website, or an error by myself I sent a polite email to the enquiries@ email address (as per their contact us details on the webpage) repeating the request I’d submitted online. Unfortunately I still didn’t get a response. Not even a courtesy acknowledgement. Obviously I can’t rate any work quality or value but I can acknowledge my disappointment in the lack of Customer Service.

Marc repaired and painted rendering on the front of the house, painted a Georgian door surround, and arranged for a roof replacement over the door. It was a thorough job, very pleased with the work and Marc's prompt arrival. Thanks again Marc

After Marc transformed my lounge 3 years ago, I had no hesitation in asking him to do my kitchen. It was another complex job with everything needing replacing and some unusual requests such as a new aluminium bi-fold window, real brick tiles etc. Marc organised the whole job very efficiently ensuring that everyone involved: plasterers, brickies, window fitters, plumber and electrician were available when needed and all did a brilliant job. Marc and his apprentice Adam did a great job with the painting, brick tiles, carpentry and kitchen fitting and were always cheerful, mindful of the fact that I worked from home and making sure that everything was left as tidy as possible in the evening. Marc was also happy to fix other things around the house and also made sure he came back for the finishing touches. I am delighted with the results and love my new kitchen!
