We had an open plan kitchen/lounge with stairs leading from one to the other. We wanted to isolate both rooms by installing a door. Marc visited us, we explained what we were trying to achieve and Marc proposed a solution and provided an estimate which was very reasonable. We agreed a date for starting the work and Marc and his colleague Ryan started on the planned date. It was necessary to change the design once work was underway. Marc communicated the reason and the cost implications well and worked progressed. Some plastering work was required and this was arranged quickly by Marc. Marc returned to complete the job the weekend after the plastering was finished. All the work was completed to a highly professional standard and within the agreed timescale and budget. Marc and his colleagues were a pleasure to have in the house and we were totally happy for them to be in there alone. This is the second time we have used Marc for very bespoke work and we would not hesitate to do so again. We would strongly recommend his services to others.

Marc refurbished our ensuite. He did a perfect job and we are very happy with the result which is absolutely stunning. He and his assistant Ryan consistently arrived punctually and they were always cheerful and friendly. They cleared up beautifully after each visit. The schedule and budget were kept to with no unexpected costs. Marc was always receptive to ideas we had and came up some very good suggestions and guidance. We would most definitely recommend them if you want a superb job done.

We have used Marc Voss for 2 large house renovation and decoration projects and have nothing but praise for his workmanship, trustworthiness and reliability. Marc is an excellent painter, decorator and carpenter as well as a first class project manager, drafting in other quality people (e.g plasterers/electricians/etc) precisely when they are needed. This means Marc keeps to his promised completion times as well as respecting the agreed budget. We are always delighted with Marc’s work and impressed with his professionalism. Marc and Ryan have carried out several projects in my bungalow, refurbishing the bathrooms and some smaller jobs also. Marc's communication has been great from start to finish and he is always punctual and reliable. The quality of work completed is always excellent and it is evident that Marc takes a great deal of pride in his work. Marc is always happy to answer queries and give helpful advice. He maintains a positive attitude towards the work even when there are challenges. He and Ryan always tidy up well at the end of each day and respect our living space at all times. Marc and Ryan have carried out a range of high quality renovation work at my house, such as laying out wooden floor, replacing radiators, hanging internal doors, painting and decorating. They also undertook the complete redesign and refurbishment of my bathroom to an exceptional standard of workmanship. This was the 3rd room Marc has done for us. This job was a lot smaller, decorating the small bedroom, new radiator & painting the ceiling and wall on the landing. We know MVP is quality, reliable and a good price. However to be honest it’s more than that, it’s the little things. I had a damaged floorboard, which he just replaced, I had a damaged door handle downstairs he went and replaced. No extra cost just Marc’s great attitude and attention to detail. He even hung all the mirrors my wife asked him to pop up. My son ask me why I didn’t paint it myself, one I’m not much of a DIY man and secondly and more importantly MVP does such a nice job, every room in our home is beautiful and that is down to Marc.

We have absolutely no hesitation recommending Marc and Ryan. They recently replaced our bathroom, including a redesign. Marc offered plenty of advice and options. The work took longer than anticipated due to unforeseen issues encountered whilst removing the old bathroom. Marc and Ryan then worked tirelessly to rectify the issues and install the new bathroom. They are great people and skilled workers. We have no hesitation in recommending them. The quality of the work alone speaks for itself.

When it comes to tradesmen, Marc is in a league of his own. His workmanship is impeccable down to the finest detail. He is cast-iron 100% reliable. He schedules his work meticulously and keeps all his promises. As a project manager for full property refurbs he is second-to-none and always schedules similar expert tradespeople to do jobs (such as plastering), exactly when needed, so jobs run smoothly with no delay. Marc has done 2 large projects for us, we are delighted with both. He is a decent, salt-of-the earth person, absolutely honest and trustworthy.
