Mark arrived the day and time arranged. He inspected the boiler and identified the parts necessary to repair it. He fully explained what caused the problem and ordered the parts required. He then contacted me when he had all the parts and arranged to come and fit them. When he finished the repair he showed me all the parts he had replaced and said he would email me an invoice showing the cost of each part and the labour cost to fit them. I fully recommend the quality of his work and his reliability and integrity.

Mark and the team completely refitted our bathroom (including tiling, new water tank, extractor fan and lighting). We are really pleased with the result, it was completed on time and cost close to the estimate despite some necessary adjustments. Mark, James and their apprentice Jimmy were all helpful throughout. I won’t hesitate to use them again.

To replace the sink clicker require the basin to be lifted out, which was a bit too much for me. All done quickly, efficiently, and re-sealed back up to leave it as good as new. Very happy.
