Mark came round on the same day we called him to discuss a leaking Hot Water tank. He identified quickly that the tank required replacing and also suggested moving its location to give us more space around it. The quote was provided later that same day and the work was done the following week on an agreed day. As he was draining the central heating to replace the tank he included replacing a failed plinth radiator. Mark's work was to a high standard and he ensured that everything was covered to avoid dirt and water. We cannot praise him highly enough and have already asked him to return later in the year to quote for replacing several very old radiators. It is clear Mark is a tradesperson who is not only capable but is also prepared to offer sensible suggestions to improve the overall job. The work was completed within the allocated day and for the agreed cost.

Called Mark to repair a leaking drain down stop cock and he repaired it with the minimum of fuss. Have used Mark for over four years for both plumbing repairs and boiler servicing, and on each occasion I have always received exceptional and friendly service, and this was no exception. Mark replaced and fitted a new hot water cylinder, corrected the pipework which was prone to airlocks and replaced some damaged sections of pipe. Mark is very approachable and knowledgeable and works to a very high standard. Communication throughout was always very clear. All the work areas were kept clean and he tidied up afterwards. This is the second time I have used Mark and would have absolutely no hesitation in using him again.

Mark replaced four radiators, removed a fifth radiator and capped pipes and also serviced the boiler. He installed all the radiators perfectly level always checking with me the locations I would like them to be fitted and altered pipework very neatly. Mark works to a very high standard and is really approachable. He kept the areas clean and tidied up afterwards. He stayed very late as not to leave me without hot water or heating and made sure everything was working correctly before leaving. I would have no hesitation in using Mark again.

Mark did a full central heating and gas boiler install, everything was done to a high quality degree with attention to detail. Mark cut/capped existing 15, 22 and 28 mm pipes and installed six lever valves in our bathrooms, staying until 8 pm to ensure that everything was complete and to his usual high standard. We have used him twice before as his commitment to a high quality of work and standards and meeting the needs of the customer is paramount. He always discusses, explains and listens to customers' needs and instils confidence. He is very friendly, approachable and committed to everything that he does.
